Jurnal Kajian Peradaban Islam (ISSN 2654-3974 - JKPIs - Journal of Islamic Civilization Study) is an international blind peer-reviewed journal studying Islamic civilization published by Perhimpunan Intelektual Muslim Indonesia. JKPIs is motivated by a lack of Muslim-spiritual values to understand the contribution of Islam to the development of many scientific disciplines for modern civilization. Hence, JKPIs attempts to integrate such kind science disciplines into Islam as a way of life in modern civilization. For this purpose, JKPIs is designed as a unique peer-reviewed open-access online scientific journal that provides an interdisciplinary, national, international, and interfaith forum for scientists from any discipline area. It encourages reflective thinking and progressive working on modern Islamic civilization. JKPIs welcomes theoretical or empirical studies about the application of Islamic and Sharia concepts in many disciplines including social science, economics, politics, natural science and technology, and law. The scope of Jurnal Kajian Peradaban Islam are: (a) Islamic Economics and Finance, (b) Islamic Politics, Law, and Governance, (c) Islamic Contribution to Science Technology and Art, (d) Islamic Education, Culture, and Social Interaction.
