Universitas Islam Negeri Alauddin Makassar has an annual conference named the International Conference on Social and Islamic Studies. It was first held on December 2021. The conference invited some experts, academicians, researchers, practitioners, stakeholders, and other scholars to attend the conference to discuss the coverage areas in Social, Interdisciplinary Studies, Humanities, and Education.
