Loquēla (Journal of Linguistics, Literature, and Education) is an Open Access journal that aims to publish research outcomes with significant contributions to Linguistics, Literature, Education, and their influences on social transformations. Loquēla does not collect only research outcomes from different disciplines and methodological approaches, but also research carried out by interdisciplinary research teams. In this line, disciplinary and interdisciplinary works related to Cultural Studies are welcomed. In the field of Linguistics, it covers issues in both micro and macro linguistics such as Morphology, Phonology, Syntax, Semantics, and applied linguistics such as Sociolinguistics, Psycholinguistics, Discourse Analysis, Critical Discourse Analysis, Pragmatics, Stylistics, Corpus Linguistics, Anthropolinguistics, and others. In the area of Literature, it deals with Modern and Contemporary Literature, Comparative Literature, World Literature, Children Literature, and others. It also explores Cultural Texts and Practices, such as Popular Culture (Movie Analysis, Music Analysis), Sacred text, and others. In the Study of Education, it provides a vital forum for considering practice, policy, and research in education. It examines some of the most timely and important topics in the field of language and literature teaching and their transformations. In Cultural Studies, Loquela provides articles that examine how cultural practices relate to everyday life, history, structures of power, affect, ideology, economy, politics, knowledge, technology, and the environment.
