The focus and scope of this journal are to discuss all Christian Leadership research reports in a biblical, systematic, historical, and practical; Christian Leadership Reports on community service such as coaching in churches, ministry with unique themes, and empowering congregations; and finally,, a report on the implementation of Christian Leadership in professionals such as government offices, banks, and companies.
