PUSKAPSI Law Review is an open-access, peer-reviewed scholarly law journal that publishes original articles presenting the most recent research findings, conceptual analyses, applied legal studies, and developments in the fields of Pancasila studies, constitutional law, administrative law, legislation, legal politics, public policy, and governance. The journal is intended for an audience of academics, researchers, and legal practitioners, and serves as an academic platform for critical discussion and scholarly exchange on constitutional and governance-related legal issues. New issues of PUSKAPSI Law Review are published biannually, in June and December.
