Law and History: Analysis of the relationship between law and historical development, including how law adapts and changes over time in specific historical contexts. Legal Culture: The study of how cultural values and social practices influence the formation and application of law. Human Rights and Ethics: The study of human rights from an ethical perspective and how ethical norms can influence and be influenced by legal frameworks.
