The journal focusing on critical approaches to law and legal institutions in Indonesia and the Global South. The journal provides a scholarly forum for examining law as a product of social, political, economic, historical, and ideological power relations. The journal encourages critical, interdisciplinary, and transformative legal scholarship that challenges formalistic legal thinking and explores structural inequality, legal domination, democratic crisis, and social injustice within the Indonesian legal context.
