The Journal focuses on the role of law as an instrument for understanding, addressing, and resolving contemporary social problems. The journal welcomes scholarly works that examine the relationship between law and society, including legal policy, law reform, human rights, social justice, access to justice, criminal justice, environmental issues, vulnerable and marginalized communities, customary law, digital society, and other emerging legal challenges.
