Jurnal Ilmiah Hospitality (JIH) is an open-access, peer-reviewed academic journal published by Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Mataram (STP Mataram), Indonesia. The journal provides a scholarly platform for researchers, academics, practitioners, and students to disseminate original research and scholarly studies related to tourism, hospitality, hotel management, destination development, tourism business, and related interdisciplinary fields. Jurnal Ilmiah Hospitality is committed to advancing knowledge and encouraging evidence-based discussion on contemporary issues in tourism and hospitality, particularly those relevant to the development of tourism in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. The journal welcomes empirical research, conceptual studies, case studies, applied research, and interdisciplinary perspectives that contribute to the advancement of tourism and hospitality scholarship and practice. The journal particularly encourages manuscripts addressing emerging issues such as sustainable tourism, community-based tourism, destination management, tourism marketing, tourist behavior, hospitality management, hotel operations, culinary tourism, tourism innovation, digital tourism, tourism economics, tourism policy, cultural and heritage tourism, halal tourism, wellness tourism, and tourism development. JIH promotes rigorous academic standards through a peer-review process and editorial evaluation. Submitted manuscripts are evaluated based on their originality, academic relevance, methodological rigor, clarity of presentation, and contribution to the development of tourism and hospitality knowledge.
