The Journal of Social and Society (JOSS) is an international academic journal supported by PT Tarombo Research Development. The journal accepts compelling original articles that draw on the latest research concerning policies and developments in the social sciences and society at national, regional, and international levels. The journal accepts scholarly articles—both theoretical and empirical—that analyze various aspects of social policy and its relationship with society from diverse perspectives. Contributions on issues of teaching and learning within this discipline are also welcome. Each issue contains peer-reviewed articles and, uniquely, a themed section edited by a guest editor. Each themed section includes an introductory article, a series of peer-reviewed articles, a selected review of key literature, and a guide to key resources in the field. Journal of Social and Society (JOSS)is an international, open access journal with rapid peer-review, which publishes works from a wide range of fields, including anthropology, criminology, economics, education, geography, history, law, linguistics, political science, psychology, social policy, social work, sociology and more, and is published June-December online by Journal of Social and Society (JOSS) All articles must be of high academic quality and must also be accessible to a wide audience, including policymakers, academic staff, and students both within and outside Indonesia.
