Abstract

Wirausaha dapat diartikan sebagai orang-orang yang dengan keberanian, ketangguhan, serta kegigihannya mampu menciptkan aktivitas ekonomi yang diorientasika pada pencapaian keuntungan atau laba. Pemanfaatan stik es krim dan limbah kain perca merupakan ide baru untuk menciptakan produk kreatif dengan mengurangi jumlah limbah yang semakin meningkat. Lampion Jomblo Itik dan Mbah Kaca merupakan suatu produk handmade inovasi dari stik es krim dan limbah kain percah menjadi kerajinan miniatur rumah adat joglo yang dijadikan lampion dan kain percah yang dijadikan boneka karakter kemudian dikombinasi dalam satu bingkai sehingga membentuk produk yang unik dan menambah nilai guna dari limbah kain percah yang biasanya kurang dimanfaatkan secara maksimal. Tujuan dari program ini di antaranya adalah: 1. Memotivasi dan membuka peluang bagi mahasiswa untuk menghasilkan karya kreatif. 2. Inovatif sebagai bekal berwirausaha sebelum atau setelah menyelesaikan studi. 3. Menjadi cikal bakal kemunculan produk usaha di Indonesia karya mandiri bangsa. Metode yang digunakan dalam melaksanakan ide usaha ini yaitu tahap perencanaan dengan melakukan survei pasar khususnya di area Tembalang dan Banyumanik guna mengetahui prospek dan daya beli sasaran usaha, tahap produksi, tahap pemasaran dilakukan melalui dua cara yaitu secara offline dan online. Total penjualan bulan April- Mei 2019 sebesar Rp. 1.660.000 dengan harga pokok sebesar Rp 1.022.000 maka didapatkan keuntungan sebesar Rp. 638.000. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, maka usaha ini sangat menguntungkan dan dapat bermanfaat bagi lingkungan sekitar

Abstract

Dukuh Kaum, Jabungan, is one of the areas located in Banyumanik, Semarang City. As the fifth largest city in Indonesia, Semarang which incidentally as the capital city of Central Java Province developed into a metropolitan city. The development of Semarang City into a metropolitan city does not guarantee equal distribution of development in all aspects of the life of the people of Semarang. This can be seen from the environmental conditions in the Dukuh Kaum area, Jabungan which are categorized as slums. Therefore the RUTE RESIK Program offers solutions to existing problems. The solutions offered are: The establishment of a Garbage Bank. The Garbage Bank is present as an effort to eliminate the bad habits of the Dukuh Kaum community, Jabungan in managing waste, especially plastic waste. The establishment of the garbage bank program was aimed at the PKK Dukuh Kaum Group. The stages of the activity in forming a garbage bank group are finalizing and establishing a waste bank, a waste sorting workshop for the Dukuh Kaum Community, implementing and mentoring garbage bank programs, as well as evaluating. The Garbage Bank Group in Dukuh Kaum, Jabungan has been formed and was inaugurated on April 21, 2019 with the name of the Rute Resik Jabungan Garbage Bank. In accordance with the agreement with the residents, the implementation of garbage bank activities is carried out once every month as well as taking savings money every three months. The initial activity of the garbage bank was held on May 12, 2019 with the first number of customers as many as 19 people.

Abstract

As the times progressed, soft skills training to improve the creativity of the younger generation began to decrease. The younger generation tends to be more concerned with gadgets and games. This makes the younger generation tend to be lazy to think, lazy to move, lazy to be creative so that it becomes someone who has low soft skills and does not have any competence. The student creativity program (PKMM) at the At-Taqwa orphanage was held to enhance creativity by means of batik training, media promotion with CorelDraw, and marketing training. The purpose of the Creative Youth program is to improve the creativity, productivity and competence of children in the At-Taqwa orphanage so as to produce useful benefits for the welfare of the Orphanage. At-Taqwa Orphanage located in Meteseh Sub-District, Tembalang Sub-District, Semarang City houses 172 children from elementary school to college. The daily conditions of the orphanage children are formal schools and recitation. The results obtained from the PKMM program are that At-Taqwa orphanage children can develop batik artistic creativity and market it so that the benefits obtained can benefit the welfare of the At-Taqwa orphanage. The development of creativity by batik can increase productivity, and competence for At-Taqwa orphanage children

Abstract

The library has a very meaningful role, especially for universities. With good management, the library will have a positive impact on the users it serves. This study aims to determine the level of disparity between service quality perceived by visitors to the services provided by the library management, determine the level of visitor satisfaction with the facilities provided, and find out the quality of Semarang State Polytechnic Library service is still within the control limits. Primary data collection is done through a survey with a closed questionnaire tool obtained from 100 respondents who visited Semarang State Polytechnic Library. The results of research conducted based on the Importance-Performance Analysis show that there are still variables that have below-average performance levels but are of high importance, based on the analysis of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Library visitor satisfaction index Semarang State Polytechnic as a whole has succeeded in satisfying its visitors by 75.715%, and based on individual control diagrams in the sample indicate that performance variations are not within the limits reasonable (the process is not statistically controlled). Thus the performance of the Semarang State Polytechnic Library Service Quality still needs to be improved and improved.

Abstract

Setiap perusahaan harus tahu bagaimana memberikan layanan terbaik kepada pelanggan mereka, karena itu perlu untuk mengetahui tentang apa yang dibutuhkan dan diinginkan pelanggan, Citra persepsi perusahaan yang baik tergantung pada persepsi layanan yang diberikan. Layanan dapat menciptakan kepuasan pelanggan, jika pelanggan puas dengan layanan yang diberikan mereka akan terus membeli produk.Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mensurvei layanan yang diberikan oleh penjual dari dealer Toyota CV Surya Indah Motor Kudus kepada pelanggan dan mensurvei atribut layanan dari dimensi Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, dan Empathy dari tingkat pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah pertama, untuk mengetahui karakteristik pelanggan, kedua untuk mengetahui pendapat pelanggan terhadap layanan yang diberikan oleh dealer. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Chi-Square dan Koefisien Kontingensi.Perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa dengan derajat kebebasan 30, tingkat signifikan 5% nilai analisis yang dihitung oleh chi square ke Tangible adalah 59.343, Keandalan 53.168, Responsivitas 59.931, Jaminan 52.052 dan Empati 63.825.Disimpulkan bahwa chi square yang dihitung lebih tinggi dari nilai chi square table. Oleh karena itu, kita dapat menyimpulkan daripada ada korelasi antara atribut layanan dan minat beli. Analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa nilai koefisien kontingensi terhadap Tangible adalah 0,705, Keandalan 0,685, Responsiveness 0,707, Assurance 0,682 dan Empathy 0,718. Setelah membandingkan nilai maksimum dari koefisien kontingensi yaitu 0,8944, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Empathy memiliki korelasi paling kuat dengan minat beli pelanggan.

Abstract

This study aim at to know that assertive training effective to develop non verbal aspect from assertive behavior.This Quasi experiment’s  pretest-posttest one control group design, Participants were 45 polytechnic students. The members of the experimentsand the control groups were randomly chosen. The treatment assertive training were given to the experiments group 0f 23 students. The 22 students did not experience the treatments. The data were collected  by questionnaires and doing observation. Different tes (t test) was employed to analise the data. It is found that  no difference non verbal aspect assertive behavior  between experiments and control groups in pretest situation. There is difference significantly between pretest and   posttest for non verbal aspect assertive behavior.There is difference significantly for non verbal aspect assertive behavior between eksperiment and control groups.. The finding imply that assertive training effective to develop non verbal aspects assertive behavior

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools basically have the task of guiding and being responsible for the survival of their students. However, the existence of Islamic boarding schools is often hit by various issues related to service limitations such as the absence of a fixed source of funds, limited facilities, and lack of professional staff. Therefore, entrepreneurship skills training is needed so that the santri can become independent, productive, and Islamic boarding schools will have a new source of income to help with operational costs every month. Oyster Mushroom Cultivation is here to answer the above problems because the prospect of Oyster Mushroom is quite good, maintenance is easy, does not require extensive land, and is much in demand by the community. The target of this service program is the santriawan and santri students of the Nurul Hikmah Islamic Boarding School and boarding school officials because they are ready to receive training in outline mushroom cultivation, the program to be implemented is gradual and continuous training and mentoring starting from planting, care, harvest to marketing. The marketing method used is conventional marketing and online marketing through the website and various social networks, because besides being able to save costs, energy, and of course online marketing can also increase the reach or marketing area

Abstract

This research was conducted in the campus area of Tembalang where  in the last 10 years laundry business began to be in booming. This study formulates the problem related to the dimensions of any underlying consumer interest variables and what factors can represent consumer interest variables. While the purpose of this study is to determine the dimensions underlying consumer interest variables and to determine the factors that can represent the variables of consumer interest. This research is a survey research by taking a sample of 100 respondents by using purposive sampling of a laundry customer population in the area of Tembalang. While the method of analysis used in this study is a factor analysis which is one multivariet analysis techniques that are widely used in marketing research. The results of testing instrument showed that the instrument is valid and reliable. While the SPSS processing results show that Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin value (KMO) of 0.857 exceeds the value of 0.5 which means that on the basis of this KMO test factor analysis is feasible. In this study,  to determine the number of valid variables, It is used Eigenvalue value. With this criterion, a factor having an Eigenvalue of one or more 1 is considered valid. The results concluded that the dimensions underlying consumer interest variables in using laundry services identified as many as 25 components. Of the 25 components, on the basis of factor analysis extracted into 5 factors considered valid. The five factors that can represent the variables of consumer interest are interpreted as hospitallity, accuracy, guarantee, performance and convenience
