Abstract

SWOT analysis is an analytical method used to evaluate the 'strengths', 'weaknesses', 'opportunities', and 'threats' involved in an organization, plan, project, person, or business activity. The aim of this paper is to review the body of knowledge and academic research on SWOT analysis. This shows significant concerns and trends and knowledge gaps around SWOT analysis. Applying PRISMA's guidelines for conducting and summarizing systematic reviews, literature reviews were carried out systematically. Based on a systematic search of the Springer database, a total of 21 articles were included. Within the topics of conceptual models, research frameworks, and measurement and evaluation of SWOT analysis, a research agenda for future studies in this field is offered.

Abstract

Small traders are one of the informal sectors that are an alternative for those who do not have special rules that require them to work. This study aims to determine and also to analyze the income of small traders, especially in the culinary field during the New Normal period located in Karangasih Village, North Cikarang District, Bekasi Regency. The research method used is using a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. The data collection tools used interviews and observations. There are as many as 35 population samples taken in this study, namely from small traders in the culinary field in Sugih Waras Village as many as 35 people. Based on the analysis and discussion of the results of interviews with informants regarding the impact of the New Normal Era on the income of small traders in the culinary field. So it can be concluded that the New Normal Era has a positive impact, increasing the income of small traders, especially in the culinary field. It is proven by all the research populations experiencing an increase in income from the pandemic era to the new normal era.

Abstract

The existence of Sidomoyo Makmur village business unit gives economy contribution playing roles in improving economy condition of the village members of society. BUMDes is one of village units which works in economy, social, and culture which plays roles as society aspiration centre and is used in planning development. BUMDes has many names such as in Sidomoyo which is called BUMKal or BUMDes; village land in the form of field and village land located around the field which is made as circuit. Therefore, BUMKal or BUMDes with all their potentials are expected to be empowered in order to improve society prosperity and Original Local Government Revenue in Sidomoyo village. The study aims at analyzing the effectiveness of BUMDes management in improving Original Local Government Revenue of Sidomoyo village of Sidomoyo Godean Sleman DIY. The study used qualitative method and the data collecting technique was through interview and observation. The result of the study showed that the main objective of BUMDes namely improving Original Local Government Revenue is still not effective yet because the profit of Original Local Government Revenue contributed to PADes is not maximum yet. However, the management planning of BUMDes is good. Keywords: Effectiveness, BUMDes management, PADes.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of profitability, liquidity, solvability, and company growth on going concern audit opinion in consumer cyclicals companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2019-2021 period. This type of this study was causal comparative research. The population in this study is Consumer Cyclicals Company that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange on 2019-2021. Sampling technique that used in this study was purposive sampling. The number of samples used in this study was 51 companies from total 124 consumer cyclicals companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange on 2019-2021, so the research data analyzed amounted to 153. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistic and logistic regression analysis. Research data is processed using SPSS software. The results of this study showed that profitability and liquidity have a significant negative effect on going concern audit opinion, while solvability and company growth have no effect on going concern audit opinion.

Abstract

Government agencies are guided by the public sector accounting recording method which contains the accounts used in recording the operations of government agencies. High-level state entities and agencies, which include municipalities, agencies, major parties, and many other non-profit organizations, are covered by public sector accounting. Public sector accounting is closely related to the digital era because it will be used for the publication of financial reports. The purpose of this study is to see the impact of public sector accounting as a means of fraud prevention in the public sector in the digital era. This study used a qualitative approach using descriptive techniques to explain the results of the study. The results of the research produced are that public sector accounting has a close relationship with fraud prevention. in other words, through a positive attitude that is applied to the existence of digitalization, it will determine a device as a problem or responsibility that can be used as a form of increasing identity

Abstract

PT Central Biotech Indonesia is a company with rolling technology that has a Farmer Doctor Program which aims to be able to get maximum customers by using direct product management and being able to satisfy customers. The farm doctor who will be run is able to attract customers with the quality of the company's products. This research was conducted with the aim of evaluating and assisting companies in promoting products in the marketing department. The method used to analyze this research is qualitative, which is carried out by observing directly, in-depth interviews, collecting documentation, and secondary data carried out at the company. From the research that has been done in marketing the product, it is less effective in maximizing the application of marketing carried out in marketing the company's products. Research conducted in companies can evaluate programs using utility theory with the application of Adopt Innovations which are implemented in conducting communications at PT Central Biotech Indonesia in supporting farmer doctors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of loans from foreign parties on economic growth in Indonesia. This study used a qualitative method with a literature review approach. The results of this study show that economic growth in Indonesia is significantly influenced by loans to foreigners. This loan is used as a source of coffers for development, especially to overcome the imbalance of domestic savings and investment. This loan also helps increase the efficiency, effectiveness and productivity of economic activities for the benefit of the people.

Abstract

An information system or e-office application is one of the applications developed with the aim of helping office administration management to be more effective and efficient. As one of the UPT (Technical Implementation Units) within the Maluku Provincial Government, the Education Information and Communication Technology Center develops e-office applications as a form of electronic data management. The system development method used in this study is the Waterfall Model and was developed using the Laravel Framework and MySQL database. This research was conducted with the aim of implementing an e-office application at the Tekkom Office of the Maluku Province Education Office with guest/visitor book features, incoming mail filing, letter disposition, guest/visitor book reports and incoming mail reports. With this application, office administration management such as guest book data and incoming mail can be managed electronically so that it becomes more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Keterbatasan Pemerintah Negeri Larike dalam memanfaatkan sumber pendapatan dari potensi yang dimiliki sebagai akibat dari keterbatasan sarana dan parasarana yang dimiliki, kurangnya SDM dalam mengelola potensi yang dimiliki, pengetahuan informasi dan teknologi dalam memperkenalkan dan mengelola potensi wisata dan belum adanya pembentukan kesadaran masyarakat dalam bentuk sikap sadar wisata. Sehinga tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis strategi serta alternatif strategi pengembangan tempat wisata yang tepat dan sesuai. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dalam bentuk studi kasus, dimana objek penelitian adalah strategi pengembangan tempat wisata Negeri Larike, unit analisis adalah Pemerintah Negeri Larike yaitu kelompok masyarakat yang mempunyai kepentingan dalam penggelolaan potensi wisata Negeri Larike. Data yang diolah dalam penelitian adalah data kualitatif. Variabel penelitian yaitu strategi pengembangan, alternatif strategi pengembangan dan analisis SWOT. Kuesioner digunakan untuk memperkuat data yang dicari. Untuk menjawab permasalahan penelitian dilakukan analisis diskriptif dan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pemerintah Negeri Larike lebih memilih menggunakan strategi fokus atau strategi kombinasi dari cost leadership dan strategi diferensiasi. Dalam pengelolaan tempat wisata sudah melakukan dan menjalankan strategi pengembangan secara internal dan eksternal. Dan posisi strategi pengembangan tempat wisata Negeri Larike berada dalam posisi lemah dan masuk dalam kategori penciutan turn around. Kata Kunci: Strategi Pengembangan, Tempat wisata
