Abstract

ABSTRACT Civil Service Discipline stipulated in Government Regulation No. 30 of 1980 that was later revised in Government Regulation No. 53 of 2010. The purpose of this study is to investigate the application of public administration ethics / duties of the State in the implementation of the bureaucratic apparatus in the district secretariat Talaud Islands.The method used is descriptive. The focus of this study: Responsibility, Service,; Faithfulness,; Sensitivity, Similarities,; Deserving. Data sources / informants drawn from the number of employees by 10 informants structural officials, and 10 staff employees, the number of informants as many as 20 people. Collecting data using interview techniques.Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis techniques interaaktif models. Based on the analysis of data drawn the conclusion that the application of ethics in the discharge of public administration that appears on the attitudes and behavior of personnel in performing their duties and responsibilities of office as, devotion, loyalty, sensitivity, equality, and decency in the bureaucratic apparatus regional secretariat Talaud Islands in general carried out effectively.Based on the results of the study generally recommended advice to the government secretariat Talaud Islands region through the implementation of public administration ethics are viewed from the aspect of responsibility, devotion, loyalty, sensitivity, equality and kepantasanya now rightly claim to do the moral or ethical considerations in conducting action intensified to more streamlined.Keywords: Application of the Public Administration Ethics

Abstract

ABSTRACT : Referring to the Law No. 32 of 2004 on Regional Government and the law No. 33 of 2004 on Fiscal Balance between the Central Government and the local Government the responsibility for every area to meet the needs of their respective regions. Law No. 33Tahun 2004 Local Taxes , Levies , Regional Wealth Management results were separated and Miscellaneous Revenue Legal areas . Revenue by source mentioned above the most potential and give input area is the largest in the cash taxes and levies .Based on Government Regulation No. 66 Year 2001 on Regional Retribution , Kepulauan Talaud district government imposed a Regional Regulation No. 04 Year 2011 about Retribution in optimizing revenue in Kepulauan Talaud District . One of the existing retributions , namely Market Service of retribution . And technical institutions or who runs the billing is Departement of Markets Management, Sanitation and Landscaping Kepulauan Talaud District . Issues to be addressed in this study how the effectiveness of policy implementation services levy market on Market Office , Cleaning and Landscaping in Kepulauan Talaud.This study used qualitative methods , this study aims to describe , analyze and determine the effectiveness of the policy market service charges . Results of research conducted through the collection of data obtained through observation and interviews based on the following indicators : ( 1 ) responsiveness , ( 2 ) development , and ( 3 ) Sufficiency . Based on the results of the study conclude that the policy of market services at the Department of Market Management , Sanitation and Landscaping Kepualauan Talaud is quite effective . Based on the conclusion of the study , it is suggested , Department of Market Management, Sanitation and Landscaping Kepulauan Talaud optimize any policies / programs that already exist and new ones will be implemented in order to optimize revenue retribution.Keywords : Effectiveness, Optimize Revenue Retribution, Implemented And Policy Of Retribution.

Abstract

ABSTRACT : This study entitled influence health and safety studies on the performance of the employees of the Department of Social Outreach and Local Development ( SLD ) and Community Relations ( CR ) PT Freeport Indonesia Personal safety is the protection of employees from injuries caused by accidents related to job . A safety risk aspects of the work environment that can lead to fire , fear of electricity , cuts, bruises , sprains , broken bones , organ damage , vision and hearing .The purpose of this study was to Knowing What Occupational Health and Safety effect on Employee Performance in Social Ministry Outreach & Local Development / Community Relations ( SLD / CR ) PT Freeport Indonesia . This study uses a descriptive analysis and a quantitative approach using simple linear regression analysis techniques aided by the SPSS program . . Variables examined in this study consists of two variables , namely : ( 1 ) . Safety and health influence of independent ( independent variables ) are symbolized by X and ( 2 ) the employee's performance as the dependent variable ( bound ) are symbolized by Y.In this study population were all employees of the Regional Office V Pawnshop Manado . Based on a simple regression analysis were done , it can be obtained regression equation is Y = 19.835 + 0.461 X. This indicates that the variable x the safety and health of employees have a significant effect on the performance of the Department of Social Outreach & Local Development / Community Relations ( SLD / CR ) PT Freeport Indonesia . Demonstrated a significant influence on the calculated F value = 12.089 . is significant because it means greater than F table = 4.00 . With a significance level of 0.001 which is much smaller than ( < 0.05 ) mean safety and health and a significant positive effect on employee performance .Keywords : Safety , Occupational Health , Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT : Based on Manado Mayor Regulation No. 05 of 2011 in the administration set to the Employee Income Supplement PNSD Regional Government within the city of Manado . Earnings improvement allowance policy is expected to boost morale within the apparatus of Manado City Government . By taking the test site Personnel Board and Regional Training Manado City , conducted research to determine the extent of the influence of policy in improving morale apparatus . This study uses quantitative methods . Sources of data / research respondents set as many as 30 employees were taken with the technique of sampling srtratified 55 employees Personnel Board and Regional Training Manado City . Instrument and data collection techniques used questionnaires and assisted with interviewing techniques . Data analysis used statistical regression analysis and product moment correlation , processed using the computer program SPSS version 12.0 for Windows .The study found : ( 1 ) the regression coefficient of earnings improvement allowance policy on morale and apparatus are significant posifive ( 2 ) the correlation coefficient and the coefficient of determination of income improvement allowance policy on morale is strong and apparatus signifikan.Berdasarkan research concluded that : ( 1 ) earnings improvement policy impact or a positive and significant impact on morale improved apparatus , (2 ) earnings improvement allowance policy makers have the power / morale significant influence on the apparatus . Based on the research results , it is suggested that the government continues the policy of the city of Manado can benefit the earnings improvement and continue to evaluate and make improvements to the weaknesses .Keywords : policy , morale.
