Abstract

D'Moze Salon is a company engaged in the sale of salon services established in 2009 with its first branch located in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta. Some of the factors faced by D 'Moze Salon are handling verbally delivered complaints, a large number of customers visit make a long waiting list for treatment, and it is difficult to identify and retain loyal customers. Implementing CRM is one way for companies to be able to create good relationships with customers and mutual benefits. Along with the development of information technology requires companies to apply technology in business because business competition is increasingly high. By applying the Electonic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) model that provides a means of interface for customers that can help solve existing problems so that they can benefit both customers and the company. The interface provided is a web-based E-CRM system created with the PHP programming language and MySQL database. Using this E-CRM system D'Moze Salon is easier to manage the provision of services so the level of customer satisfaction increases also their loyalty. Thus, complaints will be reduced, testimonials from satisfied customers are increasing. This will capture potential new customers to choose D’Moze as the salon for treatment.

Abstract

Diabetic retinopathy is a complication of diabetes in the form of damage to the retina of the eye. High levels of glucose in the blood are the cause of small capillary blood vessels to rupture and can cause blindness. The signs of this disease can only be seen using retinal fundus images. To identify diabetic retinopathy, a computerized process and analysis are needed, one of which uses artificial neural network methods to determine its performance so that it will help the doctor in analyzing the disease and diagnosing whether a patient suffering from diabetic retinopathy or not. Texture feature extraction method using Gabor filter can represent feature value information that is skewness, kurtosis, mean, entrophy, and variance to be processed at the identification stage using artificial neural network methods. The comparison results of the DIARETDB0 dataset testing with the total of 130 fundus images using the backpropagation ANN method before randomizing the data yielded an accuracy value of 82.30%, a precision value of 71.28%, a recall value of 82.30%, and an f-measure of 76.39%. Whereas after randomizing the data for 30 times, the results of accuracy value were higher than before randomizing the data, namely the accuracy value of 83.07%, the precision value of 71.39%, the recall value of 83.07% and f-measure value of 76.78%. The tests carried out included in good classification.

Abstract

The pharmacist is a professional degree for someone who has taken the oath of pharmacist position. Pharmacists are expected to be able to improve knowledge, skills, behaviour to be able to interact with patients. The form of interaction is giving information on medicines and counselling. In its service, pharmacists identify, prevent, overcome drug-related problems, and this has the possibility of medication errors. This research aims to build communication media between pharmacists and patients "SIATAP". The application will be developed using the extreme programming method. The advantages of this method can increase client satisfaction due to good communication so that it gets direct input from clients. Android application is designed for communication media between pharmacists and patients, the website application design to manage data for the administrator and pharmacist. To ensure the feasibility of the system, testing is done by using alpha and acceptance testing. The results of the alpha testing of all functional systems can run as expected. The results of the Acceptance Testing, using a questionnaire obtained a percentage of 92.57% with the conclusion that the application can be a good response from users so that the application is feasible to be implemented. Abstract

Pada era teknologi yang serba online saat ini, salah satu upaya untuk menjaga kualitas jaringan yang diberikan kepada pelanggan dibutuhkan suatu sistem atau network yang membantu untuk mengatasi gangguan yang berkepanjangan di pelanggan. Untuk upaya mengatasi dalam permasalahan ini PT Lintasarta menggunakan jasa Internet Protokol Virtual Private Network (IPVPN) dan akses Fiber Optic(FO) yang terhubung antar kantor pusat dan kantor cabang. Pada umumnya akses fiber optic mengalami gangguan seperti FO Cut, dimana dibutuhkan waktu penanganan yang cukup lama. Dengan ini peneliti mengusulkan di suatu perusahaan mempunyai backup link yang cepat pemasangannya dan mudah dalam implementasi dengan sistem failover, dengan minimalisir downtime sebesar 80 %. Fortigate 50 E menjadi alternatif pengganti jika akses mainlink bermasalah. Backup link menggunakan internet The Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM) yang dibuat Virtual Private Network (VPN), salah satu fitur dari VPN yaitu IPSec Tunneling yang memberikan keamanan pada lapisan internet protokol (IP) sebagai pertukaran data. Hasil dari penelitian dengan dual link jaringan FO lebih bagus dibanding dengan modem GSM, dengan nilai rata – rata FO sebagai berikut packet loss 1% , delay FO 0,105 s, dan latency dual link sangat bagus. Namun disisi lain jaringan GSM mampu membackup ketika jaringan FO down, sehingga meminimalisir terjadinya downtime.

Abstract

N-Queen problem is a form of puzzle game that uses chess rules for the queen on the standard chessboard with modified size. The challenge of the n-queen problem is finding the N ( N is positive integer) queens position on the chessboard, so that no queen can attack another queen on the board in a single move. Implementation of firefly algorithm in n-queens problem in this study aims to find n-queen problem solutions and count the number of iterations to achieve the optimal solution of each queen which will then be compared with the results of Sarkar and Nag's research (2017). This study uses an experimental method with a number of N between 10 to 20 and uses a population of 15 and 1000 firefly. The results showed that the firefly algorithm is able to find all the optimal solutions for the queen's position on a chessboard with dimensions 10 to 20 in a population of 1000 firefly. The firefly algorithm can find the optimal solution fewer iterations compared to the genetic algorithm. According to the experiment, firefly algorithm shows better performance in finding the optimal solution compared to genetic algorithm.

Abstract

The quality and success of a company is determined from the planning and efforts to meet the needs of Human Resources carried out in the selection process. This means that in an effective selection process good human resources can be obtained for a longer period of time. In this study, the effectiveness of student values ​​will be analyzed with a decision support system that is used to facilitate management in the selection stage of industrial class students. From the results of the assessment, the student will be recommended to become a new employee of PT BUMA who comes from the vocational level through an industry-based curriculum education program. There are 5 criteria in the process of calculating the assessment of industrial class students, including the average student report card grades, psychological test results, HRD interviews, physical checks and pre-medical. Value processing uses a decision support system with a Multi-Objective Optimization method on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) where if the greater the student's grade results, the better the rankings produced, the more in line with the criteria expected by the company. The MOORA method was chosen because it can provide ease in the ranking process by finding the best alternative from several alternatives.

Abstract

District of West Padang which is the area closest to the coast and has a high population. Therefore a geographic information system was created using the A-Star Algorithm method. The A-Star algorithm uses the closest distance estimation to reach a goal and has a heuristic value that is used as a basis for consideration. In this system there are alternative paths and show the amount of capacity and distance from the shelter to be addressed.

Abstract

Augmented Reality (AR) is known as an interactive technology that is able to project virtual objects into real objects in real time. Banyumas is an example of a district that has a lot of tourism commodities because of its diverse culture and its lack of promotion. This promotional media was created using AR with marked based tracking method. This method utilizes the function of the marker as the media that acts to display the virtual object, the marker will be recognized by the application through the camera device regarding the position and orientation of the object. For the process of making this application using Unity as a tool and Vuforia as a database for markers. The testing phase using the ISO 25010 standard is an evaluation of the quality of the software system specifically based on product quality consisting of eight characteristics, namely functional suitability, performance efficiency, compatibility, usability, reliability, security, maintainability, and portability. This study uses three tests of eight characteristics, namely function suitability, compatibility and usability. The results of this application quality analysis obtained functional suitability test results of 97.5% and compatibility results obtained results of 100% for usability with a percentage of 88.6%.

Abstract

Multilabel text classification is a task of categorizing text into one or more categories. Like other machine learning, multilabel classification performance is limited to the small labeled data and leads to the difficulty of capturing semantic relationships. It requires a multilabel text classification technique that can group four labels from news articles. Deep Learning is a proposed method for solving problems in multilabel text classification techniques. Some of the deep learning methods used for text classification include Convolutional Neural Networks, Autoencoders, Deep Belief Networks, and Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN). RNN is one of the most popular architectures used in natural language processing (NLP) because the recurrent structure is appropriate for processing variable-length text. One of the deep learning methods proposed in this study is RNN with the application of the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) architecture. The models are trained based on trial and error experiments using LSTM and 300-dimensional words embedding features with Word2Vec. By tuning the parameters and comparing the eight proposed Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) models with a large-scale dataset, to show that LSTM with features Word2Vec can achieve good performance in text classification. The results show that text classification using LSTM with Word2Vec obtain the highest accuracy is in the fifth model with 95.38, the average of precision, recall, and F1-score is 95. Also, LSTM with the Word2Vec feature gets graphic results that are close to good-fit on seventh and eighth models.

Abstract

Noise reduction is an important process in a communication system, one of which is radio communication. In the process of broadcasting radio Frequency Modulation (FM) often encountered noise so that listeners find it difficult to understand the information provided. In the past, noise reduction used traditional filters that were only able to filter certain frequencies. However, for future technologies an adaptive filter is needed that can dynamically reduce noise effectively. Register Level-Software Defined Radio (RTL-SDR) can capture signals with a very wide frequency range but has a less clear sound quality. So it needs to be done noise reduction. In this study, two methods are used, namely Least Mean Square (LMS) and Recursive Least Square (RLS). The data used five radio stations in Malang. The results showed that the LMS algorithm is stable but has a slow convergence speed, whereas the RLS algorithm has poor stability but has a high convergence speed. From the test, it can be concluded that the performance of RLS is better than LMS for noise reduction in RTL-SDR. The best performance is the reduction of White Noise using RLS on the Oryza radio station with an Normalized Weight Differences (NWD) value of -13.93 dB.
