Abstract

Diverse parties require more extensive, pertinent, exhaustive, and timely information to aid decision-making. This research aims to determine how financial information quality (FIQ) affects voluntary disclosure (VD), particularly when it is moderated by corporate culture (CC). We employed two stages of data collection. The first stage was carried out by distributing questionnaires to company accountants, auditors, and educator accountants concerning the FIQ, CC, and VD. The selected respondents were considered competent with the intended research topic to obtain the respondents' objective and professional perceptions of the distributed questionnaires. The second stage was conducting semi-structured interviews with the competent participants to obtain their professional judgments on the variables studied. The data was processed using a variance-based approach to answer the constructed hypotheses. The study proposed that high-quality financial information could significantly influence the increase of VD. This study also showed that an opened CC could strengthen VD. The supervisory role of top management and the board is crucial to producing reliable, high-quality financial information and building a more open CC. It also influences the growth of VD, reduces information asymmetry, and increases capital market investment transactions.

Abstract

The main objective of this study was to find performance determinants of the employees of UD. This research data is sourced from the dissemination of questionnaires conducted by as many as 98 employees of trade businesses spread across ten districts and cities of Province Central Java. Following data collection, smart partial least square (PLS) software is used to evaluate the data. The analysis is started by putting the outer model to the test to see how the indicator and the variables it represents relate to one another. The study concluded that the power distance had no impact on employee performance and that situational leadership style has both direct and indirect effects on employee engagement, but the energy space can be increased by implementing employee engagement. Employee engagement positively influences employee performance as a mediation between situational leadership styles and power distances.

Abstract

The development of banking is increasing rapidly, especially for creative economy actors based on Intellectual Property Rights that can be used as credit guarantees or bank financing. So that there is legal certainty, the government issues regulations, namely through Government Regulation Number 24 of 2022 concerning Implementing Regulations of Law Number 24 of 2019 About the Creative Economy. This research uses normative legal analysis, which is library research that examines document studies, using secondary data such as laws and regulations, namely Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright, by using qualitative analysis. This study concludes that the regulation of Intellectual Property Rights can be used as collateral for debt credit/financing to banks through Government Regulations, namely the creative economy based on intellectual property, facilities for developing a marketing system for innovative economy products based on intellectual property, such as licenses, franchises, technology transfer, brands, jointly, transfer of rights, and other forms of partnership. The application of intellectual property rights regulations as objects of bank credit guarantees has been studied by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) because they need government support to prepare and form institutions for registration.

Abstract

E-commerce has led to the emergence of web-based purchasing and selling. It has altered the conventional purchasing and selling trade, where previously direct transactions between sellers and purchasers have been replaced by indirect transactions. Shoppe is one of the Indonesian online trade exchanges that are currently expanding. Despite the fact that regulations regarding the technical implementation of e-commerce have been established, these rules still lack legal protection because parties in electronic transactions, including both sellers and buyers, are frequently harmed by parties who violate the agreement and dispute resolution offered through the platform. Consequently, the purpose of this research is to determine a market-wide overview of consumer protection laws against electronic transactions. This study employs a normative-empirical research design and a statutory methodology (law). The study's findings indicate that Indonesia's Consumer Protection Law and Information and Electronic Transactions Law have mandated consumer protection principles for e-commerce, which are acknowledged by individual customer assurances. Information, justification for web-based business exchange, standard provisions, and strategies pertaining to the purpose of online business exchange. To offer legal clarity for consumers, the Consumer Protection Act and the Information and Electronic Transactions Law allow disgruntled consumers to make claims. The government and society also play a significant role in consumer protection via their oversight duty

Abstract

The distributing processing Avtur to customers with a good quality according to standards. The parameter quality of avtur such as density, electrical conductivity, colour, and water content. One of them the electrical conductivity was investigated daily operation of distribution avtur if a demand avtur needed for flight operation, because that standard specifications of electrical conductivity Avtur must be good stability. The electrical conductivity value avtur less than standard operation cause static electrical to appear and became causes a fire. For this reason, a strategy is needed to increasing quality of Avtur by using the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) method. The result of analysis of level decline electrical conductivity to avtur using the SQC method has 6.6335 pS/m per day. Therefore, a strategy is needed to increase the electrical conductivity value, and optimalization for adding additive X. However, a facility to adding additives X has not implementation for receiving processing avtur, than suggestion to add additive injection facility. After implementation of additive injection facility, the value of electrical conductivity requires the addition of additives as become to 211.442 cc comparization before add additive is 103,595 cc.
