Abstract

This study aims to analyze optimal investment options in the banking sub-sector in the Bisnis-27 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2022, usingĀ  the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) approach. Stock movement, risk, and return data were analyzed from 2020 to 2022 to illustrate capital market dynamics related to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and global economic factors. This quantitative descriptive research is to provide an accurate and systematic picture of stock returns and the systematic risks of the banking subsector in the Business-27 Index for 2022. All companies that are part of the Bisnis-27 Index and traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during that time period constitute the research population. This study uses the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) to evaluate investments by determining the potential returns and risks associated with stocks. To determine the systematic risk of an investment, we use Microsoft Excel to perform calculations including collecting data on the closing price of a stock, estimating market yields and yields, and calculating the beta coefficient. The results show that Bank Negara Indonesia and Bank Mandiri are among the efficient stocks, while Bank Central Asia and Bank Rakyat Indonesia are among the inefficient stocks. These findings provide valuable guidance for investors in making investment decisions based on stock efficiency and associated risks

Abstract

Augmented reality-assisted digital flashcards on doppler effect and polarisation materials that are valid and practical have been successfully developed. This research uses Rowntree's development procedure which consists of three stages: planning stage, development stage and evaluation stage. The evaluation stage in this study uses Tessmer's formative evaluation stage which consists of stages: self evaluation, expert review, one to one evaluation, and small group evaluation. Data collection techniques used walkthroughs and questionnaires. The validity level of this digital flashcard was assessed by three experts, namely material aspect experts, digital flashcard design aspect experts, and augmented reality design aspect experts. The results of the digital flashcard expert validation test at the expert review stage obtained data on the material aspect of 97.75% with a very valid category, the digital flashcard design aspect of 95.75% with a very valid category, and the augmented reality design aspect of 81.5% with a valid category. While the teacher's response was 94.67%, at the one to one evaluation stage an average rating of 86% was obtained in the practical category. At the small group evaluation trial stage, the average assessment result was 87% with a very practical category. Thus, digital flashcards assisted by augmented reality on Doppler effect and polarisation material are declared valid and practical.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of information technology innovation, particularly E-Government, in enhancing governance dynamics and efficiency in addressing challenges related to corruption. Employing a qualitative approach with phenomenology, the research focuses on elucidating individual experiences with the implementation of E-Proksi at the Kendari City Inspectorate. Data collection involved interviews and observations, with data validation conducted through triangulation to ensure accuracy and consistency. The findings indicate that the technological innovation introduced by the E-Proksi application in Kendari City has positively influenced both corruption prevention and the enhancement of public services. However, the application encounters challenges such as public preference for traditional methods, insufficient socialization, and suboptimal political and regulatory support. Adaptive organizational culture and dynamic capabilities emerge as crucial factors in ensuring the program's success. Continued efforts to increase public participation and responsiveness to change are essential for achieving governance that is efficient, transparent, and accountable. Through ongoing strategic updates and attentive consideration of community feedback, E-Proksi is anticipated to significantly contribute to fostering a more effective, cleaner, and adaptable government in Kendari City.
