Abstract

Appropriate Supply Chain Management (SCM) is essential for corporate competition as it ensures supply and coordination with suppliers, intermediaries, and market needs. The use of information and communication technology (ICT) in SCM has a positive impact on companies that implement logistics, especially as collaboration improves the quality of information available to suppliers and buyers. [14] The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationship between ICT, Strategies and SCM. Supply chain management is considered as a strategic operational status in the service and product industries. Over the past ten years, companies have been heavily focused on supply chain managementstrategies within their organization. Data were analyzed using structural equations, EQ software and linear regression model with SPSS software. The importance of this is that quantitative studies in the manufacturing sector, especially in terms of factors affecting productivity and, consequently, competition. The study of SCM and the comet strategies of this industry explains the regions economic growth in recent years, its improvement ininfrastructure, and a significant increase in jobs. And above all, it forms almost all exports. Therefore, this study is essential, especially for SMEs, which, despite the industrys most dynamic, still face challenging challenges in organizing, communicating with other sectors, as well as generic productivity. The results show that in fact, information technology and information technology affect the performance of SCM. The use of information and communication technology (ICT) facilitates the management of information resources (materials) and delays, which not only reduces costs but also increases customer satisfaction [18and 7] And as a result, it increases the overallorganizations competitiveness. Keywords: Strategies, Information and Communication Technology, Supply Chain Management

Abstract

This article is about Mona Lisa’s gaze where it is accepted for about 500 years that she is looking at her viewers from all directions she is viewed from. However,a thorough experimental study about her view has never been done. As a researcher, the author has decided to check this phenomenon experimentally. 500 people were asked to look at her picture from right, front and left sides. The results were surprising and negate the well-known myth that Mona Lisa looks at the observer from all directions viewed. Only 65% confirmed that Mona Lisa gave back a look to them.In addition 93% confirmed that Mona Lisa was looking at them while observing at her from the right, 72% from the front and 78% from the left. Following this result brought the author to formulate the following principle: “if you look at any detail in a picture and this detail turns to you, it will turn from each direction you view it: from right, from front, from left, from above and from below. However, from your looking direction the element does not turn to you, it will never turn to you.” Thus, don’t view a picture only from the front. Move from right to left and the opposite and you will start to feel that the elements that turned to you from acertain direction will start to “move” in your brain to every direction from which you view them

Abstract

The study explores the affective domain of teacher student relationships. Here produced a synthesis of information that guides a classroom teacher in the development and maintenance of teacher relationships with their students. The resulting analysis and interpretation provided a description of major themes that developed regarding strong teacher student relationships, as well as, specific components to the interactions considered essential for the student’s learning environment. The outcome of this study is an account of experiences and procedures that guide the development and maintenance of relationships between a teacher and the students. Based on the findings, of the study represent an interpersonal framework for the learning environment. Conducting this study was to provide more specific examples of and empirical findings for how teacher student relationships are created. Identifying specific factors associated with teacher student interactions could provide valuable information to an educational learning community. Implications for how these findings can impact the learning environment at secondary level in Bangladesh]

Abstract

Community health in contexts affected by floods, fires or frost, coffee marketing proves to be an example to follow to observe the local entrepreneurship. In this sense, the objective of this study was to perform a non - experimental, transversal and exploratory study with a nonrandom selection of 300 trader’s coffee. From a structural model ⌠χ2 = 1.335 (5GL) p = 0.935; GFI = 0.982; AGFI = 0.947; RMSEA = 0,000⌡se established reliability (perception scale enterprise with alpha 0.724) and valid for five allusive to perceptions of economic opportunity (32% of the total variance explained), financial (22% of the variance), sales dimensions (16% of the variance), social (10% of the variance) and environmental (3% of the variance). the fourth factor reflected the construct (β = 0.47), followed by the first (β = 0.30) and the fifth factor (β = 0.16). Based on theoretical and conceptual frameworks the study of entrepreneurial perception vulnerable groups dedicated to the sale of coffee as a way of subsistence is proposed. The findings allow to establish a link between the rational choice theory and human capital theory regarding the theory of the commons and the theory of social entrepreneurship as conceptual frameworks to highlight the intervention of Social Work. Keywords Entrepreneurship, finance, sales, social, environment.

Abstract

Nursing, one of the bachelor offered by Faculty of Top Studies Iztacala, UNAM, there are special interest on teachers that teaching research methodology, in which the education of the Statistics (basic tool in scientific methodology) uses as far as possible the educational available technology in the faculty, as the Internet and specialized software (SPSS and Excel). Thus, the former strategies are left behind as the resolution of exercises in which the students, using a calculator, realized a great quantity of mathematical necessary calculations to demonstrate a statistical hypothesis, or the consultation of tables of diverse distributions probabilísticas with an immense quantity of numbers in that one was looked especially and where the students were ending accidentally to know nothing of the numbers. In this work there appears the form in which the use of predictive models included in the statistical software SPSS, specifically the model Classificatio and regression tres, helps to understand concepts hypothesis testing, value "p" and probability.Results. A nursing student obtained his professional title and demonstrated sufficient knowledge it brings over of basic concepts in Statistics. We concludes that the use of predictive models support the learning of the students. Key Words. Nursing, Teaching, Statisitc, forecasting models

Abstract

Recommender systems are those systems which try to provide some suggestions that have accordance with personal desires and help him/her in the decision making process, based on performance, personal preferences, Behavior of user and depending on the context in which they are used. For this purpose, several algorithms have been used that most of them are based on two algorithms, Collaborative based Filtering and content based filtering. In this study, one method is presented which will offer recommendations based on users’ comments. For this purpose, a data set is formed of the comments about movies, then some features are extracted from comments of users by using Ontology and text processing, and then provides recommendations by using K algorithm of nearest neighbor (KNN) and based on user profiling and profiling items. Obtained results of this method show that effects of user’s comments on the accuracy of recommender systems are appropriate and by considering that this method can also be used to improve the content based methods, it will be very useful. One of the other important benefits versus other methods is privacy. Keywords: Recommender system, opinion mining, Ontology, K algorithm of nearest neighbor, item/user’s profile.
