Abstract— Credit is a provider of bills or equivalent, based on a loan agreement or agreement between the Bank and another party that requires the borrower to repay the debt after a certain period of time with the amount of interest, compensation or profit sharing. Decision Support System is given to provide alternative solutions to the Bank or provider of loan money to who is entitled to credit. By using the Simple Additive Weight (SAW) method, the meal will be known to be feasible or not, smooth or not smooth during the payment process. The SAW method uses the criteria to get the best alternative results that are eligible for credit. The SAW method uses the matrix normalization process as a calculation with the results of a comparison scale with all available alternative ratings. Keyword: SAW, DSS, Credit

Abstract - With the advancement of the times, technology is also developing, especially application technology is growing rapidly, infrastructure can support the creation of a reliable system too. As for online game technology or offline games, games are not only favored by children, even teenagers and adults who are playing the game. But behind the presence of this game there will be an impact and not good for the user behavior. A real and destructive impact is that the user will forget the time. Game users will be addicted, change behavior so that they become lazy or lie. Innovation results in developing applications have shortened the age limit of the use of software and the use of previous hardware. The creation of games brings reality that can have a good (positive) and unfavorable (negative) effect for game users. This research is to analyze or find out and then examine the impact and behavior of online game users, especially in adolescents. Keywords: Game online

Abstract - Elearning is now a necessity to support the implementation of learning in various educational institutions. End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) is a method used to measure the level of satisfaction of users of an application system by comparing expectations and reality of an information system. In this study 5 EUCS indicators were measured which would determine the level of Elearning user satisfaction, namely content, accuracy, shape, ease of use and timeliness. In the Delone And McLean Model there are six factors which are indicators, namely system quality, information quality, service quality, usage, user satisfaction, net benefits. Of the two methods will be measured how the level of elearning user satisfaction at Bina Sarana Informatics University. This study uses random samples collected through electronic questionnaires. There are several limitations in this study and further studies are needed so that the level of elearning user satisfaction can be described correctly. Abstract - Ordering and billing transactions of food and beverages in a restaurant business are in the revenue cycle. Transactions in the revenue cycle have an important role for the company because from this transaction the company gets cash income. The use of information technology to support the transaction process can increase the effectiveness of the transaction process. Transactions can be processed quickly and accurately. Restaurant business can use accounting information systems to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of transaction processes in the revenue cycle. A computer-based accounting information system is needed in processing transactions. In this study, the authors developed the application of accounting information systems to process transactions in the revenue cycle for restaurant business activities. Abstract - Boarding house is the second place to live after living with parents. Boarding houses are usually chosen by someone who lives far from parents with the interests of studying or working. But in general boarding houses are identical to someone who is in school or college. With the many universities or educational institutions in the city of Purwokerto, many people rent their houses as boarding houses. But sometimes many boarding house residents move around for various reasons, such as rising boarding prices, far from the place of study, far from public facilities and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to choose a boarding house to reduce boarding house occupants who move. In choosing this boarding house, ELECTRE and SAW methods are used as tools to get a picture of the best boarding houses. Abstract - Posyandu is a unit of the Ministry of Health implemented a working area in shade local health centers. The Ministry of health integrated program is usually done each month. In service there are a number of issues including Posyandu officer posyandu do record keeping and reporting in the form of a paper record-keeping or paperbase. This is a very slow process of work of the officers of the posyandu and not efisien Posyandu services process and often the parents who come to the Posyandu by not bringing KMS made the parents do not have a handle to monitor Toddler development so that in this study enulis information systems Design Services make Posyandu as Monitoring Developments for parents (SIPELAKOR) as one of the solutions of the problems of the existing system running at Posyandu to help simplify the entire process of service development and monitoring of Posyandu Toddlers using Dynamic System Development Method (DSDM) as a method of development lnak and the Unified Modelling Language (UML) as an Object-based visual modeling tools for designing this Posyandu services system. Abstract - The BI Entrepreneurship Program is an annual Bank Indonesia Tasikmalaya Program with the aim of producing entrepreneurs who are quality and sustainable with a lot of knowledge from starting their respective product introductions to the Promotion Strategy. Participants who qualify for WUBI Selection will get funding from BI as the business capital of the participants. In the WUBI Participant Selection Implementation they still use a conventional system so that the WUBI Participant Selection Process takes a long time so it is not effective and efficient. Existing computerization systems that have not been computerized often cause difficulties in finding participant data because they still use files or documents. Solution to the problem in the selection of WUBI Participants, the authors designed the WUBI Participant Participation System based on the website and the Selection of Participants using the SAW Method using four criteria, namely Business Survey, Innovation, Creativity and Financial Managerial as supporting criteria for WUBI Participant Selection. Abstract - Motorcycle is a transportation with the most fans. Various types of motorcycle is used more, one of the motorcycle cub/moped. The underbone is one that is a favorite of the riders, especially men's riders. Some motor manufacturers such as Yamaha and Honda produces underbone, with a range of offerings and offered advantages from each manufacturer. It turned out to be one more attention from consumers, they started trouble choosing which underbone that best fits their criteria. In this case, the criteria taken into consideration, including the price, the use of fuel efficient, design body, and the dimensions of the motor frame. This needs to of a Decision Support System that could helped give any information and recommendations on underbone in accordance with criteria consumers. In the development of a decision support system there is one of the models that are commonly used, namely Fuzzy MADM (Multiple Attribute Decision Making). In this research will use one method problem solving of the model , that is simple additive weighting. This method was chosen because it can determine the best alternative of some alternatives so that in accordance with the criteria referred to. In this research will be carried out the calculation of the weighted alternative that will produce the best alternative, namely the underbone elected that could be a recommendation. Abstract - Expert system is a software package or computer program package that is intended as a provider of advice and help tools in solving problems in certain areas of specialization such as medical, education, and so on. The development of the development of expert systems in the biomedical field is one thing that is expected to improve the quality of human life. One of them is by applying an expert system by using the Forward Chaining method to diagnose psychotic disorders due to substances. This study aims to increase knowledge about how to make an inference engine to control the process of identifying solutions using the Forward Chaining method, as well as designing expert system applications using the Forward Chaining method to diagnose substance-induced psychotic disorders. Abstract - In running a medical equipment Inventory report PT. Bumi Permata Medika can still work conventionally, there are have problems in making reports. The number of stocks, the name of the item that must be recorded, causes data to be mixed and the need for a relatively longer time to do it, it must be done carefully. Lack of accurate information causes companies not to know the minimum storage limits and stages of medical equipment inventory for the next period. To overcome the problem at PT. Bumi Permata Medika in the supply of medical devices, the author makes information system inventory of medical devices using the program. To simplify the work in processing data on medical supplies that are useful.
