Jurnal Teknik Komputer AMIK BSI
Jurnal Teknik Komputer merupakan jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh LPPM Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika. Jurnal ini berisi tentang karya ilmiah hasil penelitian yang bertemakan: Networking, Robotika, Aplikasi Sains, Animasi Interaktif, Pengolahan Citra, Sistem Pakar, Sistem Komputer, Soft Computing, Web Programming, Data Mining, dan Sistem Penunjang Keputusan. Jurnal Teknik Komputer berisi pokok-pokok permasalahan baik dalam pengembangan kerangka teoritis, implementasi maupun kemungkinan pengembangan sistem secara keseluruhan. Diharapkan setiap naskah yang diterbitkan di dalam jurnal ini memberikan kontribusi yang nyata bagi peningkatan sumberdaya penelitian di dalam bidang informatika dan komputer. Tim redaksi membuka komunikasi lebih lanjut baik kritik, saran dan pembahasan.

<![CDATA[Abstract— Seiring berkembangnya teknologi dalam pembuatan website, sebuah aplikasi yang dapat menjalankan suatu Web Server. Aplikasi itu harus mudah digunakan dan dapat digunakan di hampir semua peralatan. Tidak menggunakan memory yang cukup besar adalah suatu fitur yang harus dimiliki aplikasi Web Server agar memory yang tersedia tidak digunakan sia sia oleh server nya sendiri. Karena memori adalah salah satu hal penting yang berada di dalam sebuah server, jika memory penuh karena digunakan oleh sistem nya dengan sia sia, maka kebutuhan klien akan menjadi terhambat. Masalah yang biasanya muncul yaitu Web Server tidak dapat merespon permintaan klien karena sumber daya komputer server terlalu berat atau Overload. maka dibutuhkan aplikasi yang sangat ringan agar tidak membuat server berat. Aplikasi yang dibuat menggunakan bahasa c Sharp ini akan digunakan untuk menjalankan Web Server secara sederhana dan untuk mencoba sebuah web dapat berjalan secara bagus atau tidak, tanpa harus menginstall aplikasi web server yang biasanya berukuran besar dan agak sulit di install. <![CDATA[Sebuah tuntutan akan penggunaan internet sangat dirasakan oleh para pekerja. Oleh karena itu sangat dibutuhkan sekali sebuah jaringan internet di sebuah perusahaan. Tidak adanya pembatasan dalam penggunaan koneksi internet dapat mengganggu keamanan jaringan dan penyalahgunaan jaringan, untuk itu dirancang pengaturan akses internet. Salah satu metode yang digunakan adalah Metode Access Control List yang diterapkan pada Server ClearOS. Metode Access Control List merupakan salah satu teknik permintaan akses sambungan komunikasi data dan pengiriman sejumlah paket data dari satu komputer ke komputer lainnya. Hasil riset yang penulis lakukan membuktikan bahwa ClearOS dengan metode filtering berbasiskan Access Control List dapat menyaring identifikasi perangkat berdasar akun user dan serta pemilihan permintaan layanan data berdasarkan alamat website yang dikunjungi]]>

<![CDATA[– In the world of college education, the course plays an important role in developing the assessment of the student's personality also. Education is a process that accepts input in the form of a student with a low level of understanding, then trained through beberpa stages to produce qualified individuals. Assessment of students to the understanding of the subjects taught is determined by a process of learning and course material provided by the college. Student satisfaction in the process of receiving a course ZAHIR shows the quality of teaching carried out, the satisfaction of student assessment also indicates whether the subjects were given indicates the quality of the learning process and can be accepted by the students themselves. In this study, the research model was built based modeling Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) is used to determine student satisfaction based on a syllabus based ZAHIR, which resulted in RMSE of 1.3213e-006 with 300 epoch. <![CDATA[Untuk menunjang kinerja pegawai di Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Kabupaten Bogor dilakukan pemilihan pegawai berprestasi pada setiap periode, dalam proses pemilihan pegawai yang memiliki kompetensi sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan maka diperlukan metode yang dapat membantu dalam mengambil keputusan. Sistem pendukung keputusan dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) diharapkan dapat membantu Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) dalam menentukan pegawai berprestasi, metode ini dipilih karena mampu menyelesaikan data terbaik dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, seperti Kualitas Kerja, Integritas, Komitmen, Disiplin, Kerjasama, Kepemimpinan, Inovasi, dan Komunikasi. Dengan dilakukannya proses perangkingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang optimal tentunya proses ini dapat membantu Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kabupaten Bogor dalam melakukan proses penilaian kepada pegawai berprestasi di lingkungan Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kabupaten Bogor. Dan untuk mempermudah proses implementasi metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) maka dibutuhkan implementasi sistem informasi berbasis web yang akan mempermudah dalam proses pengolahan data yang ada sehingga hasil yang diharapkan dapat lebih akurat, efektif dan efesien.]]>

<![CDATA[Dalam era globalisasi sekarang ini, tekonologi informasi berkembang dengan sangat pesat, baik dari segi infrastruktur, jaringan, perangkat dan juga perangkat lunak. Hal tersebut mendorong digitalisasi dalam segala aspek kehidupan, tak terkecuali dalam pelaksanaan ujian pada berbagai lembaga pendidikan. Ujian sebagai salah satu cara untuk mengevaluasi proses belajar untuk mengukur taraf pencapaian kemampuan, kepribadian dan intelegensi peserta didik. Sehingga menjadikan ujian merupakan tahapan penting dalam proses belajar mengajar. Beberapa tahun yang lalu, pelaksanaan ujian diberbagai sekolah di Indonesia masih menggunakan cara manual, yaitu menggunakan kertas soal dan jawaban. Ujian dengan cara seperti ini memberikan berbagai persoalan yang sangat kompleks, dimulai dari tingkat kecurangan dan kendala pendistribusian soal ke berbagai daerah. Untuk itu pemerintah mulai mencanangkan Ujian Nasional dan Ujian Sekolah berbasis Komputer untuk mengatasi kendala-kendala tersebut. Termasuk SMAN 58 Jakarta, yang sudah mengimplementasikan Ujian Nasional Berbasis Komputer (UNBK). Berbeda dengan UNBK, USBK menjadi kewenangan Sekolah baik dari sisi penyelenggaraan dan infrastrukturnya, sehingga standar setiap sekolah bisa berbeda. Untuk itu penulis mengembangkan aplikasi Sistem Informasi ujian online pada SMAN 58 Jakarta, untuk memberikan kemudahan didalam pelaksanaan dan pengolahan data ujian bagi siswa maupun guru. Aplikasi Ujian Online ini dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan perangkat lunak database MySQL dari Oracle dan terkoneksi melaui internet. Dengan adanya Sistem Ujian online yang terhubung melalui jaringan internet, diharapkan solusi ini menjadi pilihan terbaik untuk menekan berbagai persolan dan hambatan dari pelaksanaan ujian manual.]]>

<![CDATA[Filling vacant positions in the promotion process is often run into trouble because the candidate who can occupy that position by matching employee profiles and the profile is less well defined positions. Methods to support the decision to increase this position is the method of matching profiles. This research was conducted by finding the weight values for each criterion, such as aspects of intellectual capacity, aspects of the work attitude, behavioral aspects and aspects of intelligence work and then look for the value of core factors and secondary factors, the total value and the final value is the value of the ranking. Profile Matching method used here to get an assessment of each prospective employee will be raised position. The smaller the value gap is generated then the weight of large value, which means that employees have greater opportunities to occupy these positions. The results of this study to determine the calculation regarding the selection of eligible employees into office with a matching profile method.]]>

Intense competition universities both public and private in the competition, would require a strategic capable of winning the competition, the provision of internet facilities is one way to face such competition. Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Pondok Gede branch is one of the private universities which are currently improving the quality of service. In addition to the attraction of new students to register, internet facilities are also urgently needed at the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Pondok Gede branch during the learning process. In an effort to achieve the goal Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta branch in Pondok Gede who formulated the vision and mission, the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta branch of Pondok Gede try to provide the best facilities for its students is one of them by providing fast internet facilities by selecting a business unit of internet service providers accordingly. Study selection business unit of internet service providers are using the AHP approach (analytical Hierarchy Process) with the software Expert Choice 2000. The study is expected to generate an appropriate method in determining the business unit that Internet service providers suitable for use in Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Pondok Gede branch to an increase in the provision of services to students.]]>
