Abstract

Information and communication technology is currently growing rapidly. Internet is one of the information and communication technology that is currently very popular and liked by the public. Internet today many uses, among others, to seek information, promotion, and so forth. School academic information system is one of the web-based information system created in order to provide convenience especially to teachers in informing the data value to students. That way the data reporting process of the students can be informed quickly and accurately. Academic information system containing information about teacher data, the data value, the data subjects, and schedule data. Abstract

The ability to formulate a plan of action learning and learning as well as the use of methods and utilization of various resources / media in learning aimed at achieving the maximum in an education. Abstract

Research is done to make a choice of an employee who is entitled to get a bonus with the methods anp, In which method is using the factor that there are companies, according to the terms of the criteria to look for the precedence of any criterion for determining criteria that is more important. So for every focusing only one criteria of judgment dominant.So that it can be used as a guideline to give judgment against the employee, For employees can motivate others to improve its performance. A decision can be taken based on the results of stimuli that respondents a questionnaire containing comparisons between the criteria and alternative as a test ( employees ) decision maker involved in its evaluation employees. Research methods used are questionnaire, librarianship, and respoden. Opinion of respondents very important in the provision of opinion calculating-wise priority cluster because with the data of respondents we can know that the alternatives that are compared having their priorities different. Based on the above test had employees who are entitled to a bonus that employee A and C whereas with methods that are in use by the company employees get bonus is employee E.Keyword: decision, motivation, criteria

Abstract

Microsoft Excel is a spreadsheet application that can be used in business applications Community satisfaction index, is a data and information about the level of community satisfaction with the results obtained from the public opinion in obtaining the services of officials of public service providers by comparing the expectations and needs. 14 elements of the "relevant", "valid" and "reliable", as the minimal element that must exist for the basic measurement of community satisfaction index is the following service procedures, service requirements, Clarity care workers, service personnel discipline, responsibility care workers, ability officer service, speed of service, a ministry of Justice, Courtesy and friendliness of staff, fairness of service charges, cost of service assurance, service assurance schedules, Leisure environment, the Security service. The purpose of this study was to Knowing how much the level of community satisfaction in the service, to determine the performance of service personnel, in this study using quantitative methods of data processing is to be anggka the provision of respondents based on factors which are then processed to determine the calculation of HPI to get the results .Keyword: Community Satisfaction Index, Public Service Management.

Abstract

Poverty is a situation where there is an inability to meet basic needs such as food, clothing, shelter, education and health. Various development programs organized by the government in an effort to reduce poverty have not managed optimally. Some families are really poor do not get help while the family is considered to be sufficient to get help. This is due to the poor families of data that is not valid because the selection of poor families based appointment system and unofficial estimates. To determine whether a family is included in the category of poor or affluent in this study using fuzzy logic to figure calculations use the Microsoft Excel.Keyword: fuzzy logic, microsoft excel, poverty

Abstract

Recording traces of web activity current penggunjung be one way to determine the behavior and habits of website visitors . In e - commerce visitor behavior of data will be very useful to know what became of interest from prospective buyers to read what he was looking for content , so it can be considered a decision to provide the products most frequently searched for visitors . Web - bugs at this time to be one way to record a web visitor activity which works unnoticed by them . This research aims to exploit the server variables contained in webserver , PHP programming especially the track record in capturing visitor information website . This study uses an experimental research and application development method using the waterfall model . From the results obtained that an image element in HTML can be used to insert code that can trigger action of web - bug on the server which is then used to record the activity of website visitors .Keyword: web-bug, web transaction log, e-commerce

Abstract

The company is an organization that has a complexity of problems in managing the relationship between retailers and distributors to maintain product distribution process runs smoothly. Changes in market structure, products, and technologies of production continues to occur so that the effect is determined at the discretion of management. In this regard, the case of Inventory Routing Problem (IRP) often occurs in uncertainty in coordinating some activity distribution of products to a number of retailers. Product distribution system that is run without the basic result in reduced services to retailers. In other words, the distribution companies are not able to maintain service levels remain high. When the distribution system planned without basis in estimating demand so there are a number of retailers retailers that are not provided in time, the planning time horizon for the retailer must wait for resupply performed again at the next cycle. Determination of suboptimal solutions to some complex decision problems can face a bottleneck in terms of product quantity, time and cost can use a heuristic approach in building Decision Support System. Product Distribution DSS is a tool used to generate and produce suboptimal solutions in generating support for scheduling distribution. The decision resulting from the DSS Product Distribution is determining the time distribution will be made, determine many products that will be distributed, and determine the route to be traversed.Keyword: Inventory Routing Problem, heuristic, Decision Support System

Abstract

Internet increasing is also exponentially increasing intrusion or attacks by crackers exploit vulnerabilitiesin Internet protocols, operating systems and software applications. Intrusion or attacks against computernet works, especially the Internet has increased from year to year. Intrusion detection systems into the main stream in the information security. The main purpose of intrusion detection system is a computer system to help deal with the attack. This study presents k-nearest neigbour algorithm to detect computer network intrusions. Performance is measured based on the level of accuracy, sensitivity, precision and spesificity. Dataset used in this study is a dataset KDD99 intrusion detection system. Dataset is composed of two training data and testing data. From the experimental results obtained by the accuracy of k-nearest neigbour algoritm is about 79,36%.Keyword: k-nearest neigbour, intrusion detection

Abstract

Currently developing information systems development, which is a common, if Library has also adopted a separate information system to facilitate members of the library. libraries typically functioned by visitors as a medium to find references and information. Problem often encountered is that many libraries that have not implemented an integrated information system accessible to library members or prospective members of the library. With a library information system computerization it will provide convenience to the members of the library for reference and obtain the necessary information. This study aims to analyze and design a computerized library system and examine performance-based library information system. Library-based computerized system with the ability to accept registration data, display data in the form of searching for books, provide the book data availability, borrow and return books as well as the calculation of fines and report daily, weekly, monthly and yearly on the library system.Keyword: E Library, Information system, UML

Abstract

Students will carry out the final level where the final project is a graduation requirement that students were entitled to a diploma in that field . In the implementation of the final project , students are required to consult the counselor that the final work done properly and on time . Problems experienced are often the least appropriate time to meet and consult on the development of the final project of the student . Many things such as what to do ? how to get started ? What kind of references that should be used ? Being the questions most frequently asked by the final year students in starting work on their final project . Web-based system is a computerized system that uses the Internet medium as a solution to the problems of time and place . Web is a medium that can be accessed by the user with an interface that is structured according to the needs of the user . Knowledge managmenet system ( KMS ) using Nonaka SECI model in its development , so that the transformation procedure tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge becomes clear and tersturktur .
