In the case of hepatitis disease prediction has been solved by a method using Support Vector Machine (SVM) .Penyakit hepatitis is an inflammatory disease of the liver due to viral infection that attacks and cause damage to cells and organs function hati.Penyakit forerunner hepatitis is a disease of the liver cancer. Attributes or variables that have as many as 20 attributes which consists of 19 attributes preditor and 1 as the output destination attribute used to differentiate the results of the examination. Invene dataset from the University of California (UCI) Machine Learning Repository 583 as the data used and replace missing after the data is used only to evaluate the data 153 SVMyang approach proposed in the study ini.Hasil simulations showed that by developing this model achieved a reduction in dimensions and identification hati.Salah cancer of the optimization algorithm is quite popular is Naïve Bayes. A good traffic system will create a condusive social condition which results the establishment of order and comfort on the street. To be able in creating a good traffic system. As the result, there is a need of of trained and fast-moving team in handling the traffic matter, in this case is a team responsible in the implementation of the traffic is Dinas Perhubungan Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Pontianak/Dishubkominfo (Department of Communication and informatics). However, the realization of the implementation of a good traffic system is considered less optimal because of the lack of knowledge distribution among area of institution. The knowledge possessed only by some particular personnels in the form of personal experience. This kind of knowlede is called as tacit knowledge because of its invisible or unmeasured characteristic so that it easily die out or gone. It is the reason that constrain the distribution of knowledge in the area of institution. As the result, it will slow down institution’s performance in serving the people. It needs knowledge management system that can bind the tacit knowledge and document it into an explicit knowledge (visible or measured knowledge) and can be learned by other people which is Knowledge Management System (KMS). The KMS that will be developed is web and mobile application-based by using Specific Action method. Specific Action method used is developed by using After Action Review approach in such a way that it is provided to be able to capture specific action applied by the user to be reviewed further by the expertise and concluded into a new form of knowledge.

Zahir Accounting Software use this caused a reaction on its self, in the form of acceptance or rejection. Due to the success of the application of information technology is subject to acceptance by the user as the user of technology. A technology acceptance model known as TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) can explain and predict the acceptance of the technology by the user. TAM models used to determine attitudes, intentions and behavior of users by using two main input variables of expediency and convenience. This study by spreading the questionnaire number 117 in the form of a closed question in the form of statements to know how to influence the perception of self-efficacy variable of Computer Self Efficacy (CSE), Perceived Ease of Use (PEoU), Perceived usefulness (PU), the Attitude Toward using (ATU), Behavioral Intention to Use (BITU) and Actual System Usage (ASU). Basically the factors that influence the success of a company is with the marketing management in a company, these factors may include internal factors that effort factors that could affect the company as a product produced and servant, a factor that can not be controlled entrepreneur taste Buyers are always changing, the emergence of new competitors, the emergence of substitute goods, government regulation possibility of the action of competitors and others. factor is preferred marketing management in a company, other potential factors that are owned by the company will determine if the company excellence directed properly to the progress of the company for the purpose of this research can identify how the wisdom of marketing to sales volume in the company, and how they affect of the respondents to the Center of Small Industries Hasta Work At Babang Jagoi District of Jagoi Babang Bengkayang. In this study, the author uses descriptive methods, data collection methods used were interviews, questionnaires, documentary studies, and studies library. From the results of this study the authors conclude that the factors that influence the marketing wisdom to sales volume splint include: product quality, promotion strategies influence on consumer behavior, marketing costs, barriers exist to increase product sales and sales volume splint. In increasing sales volume purchases employers must respond to splint it sells. Thus the consumer needs a good quality can be met, so that not only will increase the volume of sales but also affect the benefits to be obtained in order to promote the progress of enterprise entrepreneurs for the development of Small industry center Hasta works.Keywords: Wisdom marketing and sales volume splint

Future information needs now fundamental to social life. The information provided in the present is in need of maximized by transforming data into visual form with aspects of other support so that the data can be processed into information for those who need it. Coordinate point is an important part of the mapping coordinates of the point where it becomes the initial data where an object is located. Hospital physical position we can know the location and its place in the data but sometimes it becomes abstract proficiency level so that the system is not able to optimally display information about the location of the hospital. Existing hospital in the city of Pontianak spread evenly. This distribution will be an issue in determining the route to the hospital if in an emergency. Based on these problems in this study aims to how to produce a web-based application that can be used to find the location of the hospital as well as how to obtain information about the route followed to get to the hospital. Web application designed to display information about the hospital in the town of Pontianak and convert latitude and longitude coordinates of the hospital to digital maps using Google Maps API as well as showing the way to the hospital by using the Google Directions API.Keywords: Google Maps API, Google Directions API, Pencarian, Rute Rumah Sakit

ABSTRACTPT Akcaya Utama Press is a company concentrates on the field of mass media especially printed media with its product namely Pontianak Post where in running the bussiness process it has not yet fully applied the use of IS/IT in the company, although as we recognize today or in the future there is the need of IS/IT to develop company business. Based on this reason, in this thesis the writer plans information system strategy and information technology that can be applied by the company in order to give the profit for the company if it is applied in the future. The method used in this thesis is Ward and Peppard method as the writer’s frame of thinking while as the analysis the writer uses some analysis techniques such as SWOT Analysis, Value Chain Analysis, KPI, McFarlan Strategic Grid, Five Force porter and Pest Analysis which based on these the writer’s analyses result in several strategies whether in the form of System, technology, or information management which is applied into an application portofolio which later will be proposed to PT Akcaya Utama Press and it will be provided that if this strategy will be applied it will increase the company’s competitive excellence as the biggest printed media in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat.Keywords: IS/IT Strategy Plan, Ward and Peppard, Application Portofolio

Research on Oil Palm Gatherers In West Kalimantan, which aims to analyze the company's business areas, making the information to make strategic enterprise information systems become more effective and efficient and can compete with its peers. In this study, using a form of case study and the methods used in this study was Ward and Peppard. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Analysis tools that I use in getting internal and external analysis of the company is a SWOT Analysis, Value Chain Analysis, Analysis Porter's Five Competitive Power. Results obtained from strategic planning of information systems in Palm Oil Gatherer In West Kalimantan produces useful information system to integrate information on internal and external processes, so that the working procedure becomes easier, focused, clear, and information can be obtained more quickly, precise and accurate. Strategies and policies in a profit-oriented business venture whose mission and vision emphasis on customer service. Implementation of information systems and information technology will have an impact on the quality of service that makes the competition more competitive. The more effective and efficient utilization of IS and IT support business activities, achieve organizational goals and services for stakeholders. These objectives can be achieved optimally when the synergy between IS and IT strategy with the business strategy of the company.Build a system within a company as mentioned above require careful planning and have to pay attention to all stakeholders with the system, be it the management as the party responsible for the performance of the organization, the developer is responsible for the system is built, as well as user who is responsible for the utilization of the system being built.Efforts to avoid interference with the harmony of the system, during the development of the system, is to do the planning of the system clearly before the system is built. Planning overall system (covering all aspects of the organization) is what is known as the Enterprise Architecture (EA). In the current era of globalization, information technology evolving so rapidly. The computer is the equipment created to facilitate the work of man. Cooperative employees rmembutuhkan once the existence of a system that can support the sales and provide better services to members. For this reason the author tried to designing information systems selling groceries on credit in the Cooperative Employees PT Frisian Flag Indonesia Plant Ciracas that until now there has been computerized and is still done manually, ranging from notes receivable, making statements to the data storage more still associated with the process of selling groceries, allowing the error occurs during the process as well as the lack of accuracy in recording the statements are made and the problem of delay in the search for the required data. This information system is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in this company. With a computerized system that can achieve an effective and efficient activities to support the activities of the company. A computerized system is better than the manual system so that existing activities in a company/agency to operate more effectively and efficiently and can be more conducive compare with the previous system.Keywords: System Design Sales, Sales groceries on credit
