This study entitled Analysis of Influence Motivation Work To Performance With Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable (Empirical Study at PT. Asuransi Umum Bumiputera Muda 1967 Branch Pontianak) to analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance and job satisfaction as an intervening variable in PT. General Insurance Bumiputera Muda 1967 Branch Pontianak. This study uses a variable work motivation to analyze the influence on employee performance. In addition, this study also uses job satisfaction as an intervening variable to analyze the effect of indirect work motivation on employee performance. Methods of data collection using census sampling methods respondents are all employees except the leadership totaling 31 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire method is to give a list of questions directly to the respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study using path analysis which is operated by SPSS. The results showed a positive relationship between motivation and performance, the positive relationship between job satisfaction and performance as well as the positive relationship between motivation and job satisfaction. path analysis found that that motivation does not affect the performance through Job satisfaction. So it can be concluded that job satisfaction does not become an intervening variable between Motivation on Performance.

Web technologies have evolved very rapidly and have a positive impact on society. Information can be easily obtained by any society using mobile gadgets such as smartphones. Damage to roads is often a problem for people due to lack of valid information about it. Waterfall method used to develop application on this research. Google Maps allows users to access the world map with a smartphone via a web browser. Web browser will ask the user for permission to memproleh point locations that are stored on the smartphone's GPS display on the google map. Public reporting information system designed to combine Google Maps ability to translate latitude and longitude coordinates obtained from GPS smartphone to be displayed on the map. This system can display all the coordinate data from the database, where the data is obtained from the community and also report the coordinates of the road users who are accessing the system. Road conditions reporting feature has a simple interface to providing effective and efficient reporting. Upload photos done directly via the smartphone's camera that can reduce time to selecting photos to be uploaded. This information system can display data and image about roads damage in Pontianak and its coordinates on the map so users can be more vigilant in travel.

PT.Delta Jaya Motor is a company engaged in the sale of spare parts yamaha motor that serves the needs of consumers in large enough quantities. PT.Delta Jaya Motor to retain customers and gain new customers with a wide range of strategies used. The strategy is meant here is the strategy of CRM (Customer Relationship Management ) which is one of the tools of collaboration with customers who use a variety of companies to maintain the relationship and create a situation of win-win by improving the value of customers' lives every day through a variety of ways , so that the customer remain loyal to the services provided by these companies. So customer satisfaction will be measured by the success of product marketing. Design and analysis methods used in the development Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) is the system Linear Sequential atau Waterfall Model. This method is a classical model which is systematic and easy to understand because the successive stages of building a software ranging from process communication, planning, modeling, construction hingga proses deployment.

The existence of the technology in a system information becomes very important due to being able to support the process of work and business processes be optimized. SMAIA 4 Kemang Pratama is a formal private education institutions. Increasing management of information technology (IT) in school activities, demanded the holding of information technology audit, which focused on the security of the system, to assess whether the General control and security of information systems able to meet the goal. To find the measure of the level of completeness and maturity of the 5 areas that have been adapted to international standards, i.e. ISO 27001:2005 this research uses Information Security Index (us). The results suggested that Al-Azhar Islamic SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL 4th Kemang Pratama has High category in the role and TIK interests namely of 29 of a total of 48 overall assessment and results of the fifth area is done of the overall total of 588 381 fall into the category needs improvement. There is improvement strategy on information security governance area is adding a special staff, create a regular schedule for staff assessment and audit IT, while the information security technology area that is sikronisasi the whole system that has existed and evaluate and improve system security log recording primarily as security gaps.

Web-based application is an easy solution to execute a client-server concept. The web application can run on all operating systems such as Windows, Linux and Mac OS. The web application can be accessed using a browser and does not require a high specification computer. Application queue is an application that can help process the queue to display the sequence of queues based on the customers who come awal.Aplikasi queues can help a government or private agency to avoid Push-pressed between the customer when queuing to get service. SAP is a system that investigated its impact on user satisfaction in PT Hero Supermarket Tbk. In this study tested the effect of system quality and quality of information on user satisfaction using the basic method of success DeLone and Mclean. This study uses a quantitative approach to mapping the characteristics of the data by means of descriptive statistics. The results showed that the Quality System (X1) and quality information (X2) influential either jointly towards user satisfaction (Y) Promotion of SAP. T significant value for the quality of the system is smaller than the specified α (α = 0.05), ie 0,000. In addition, the test results also show the value of t is greater than t table (4.533> 1.672) for the quality of the information system, Based on the test results it can be concluded that H0X1 be denied that the quality system (system quality) no positive effect on satisfaction user (user satisfaction) and HaX1 accepted for the quality of the system means that the quality of information systems (X1) has a positive and significant impact on user satisfaction of information systems. Significance for 0,000 t of quality information. And t is greater than t table (7.050> 1.672)., So H0X2 HaX2 rejected and accepted, meaning that the quality of information positively affects user satisfaction. Results of the study also concluded that the quality of information (X2) has a dominant influence on user satisfaction (Y).

E-learning is a teaching method that uses electronic media (internet) either formally or informally. Elektronic Learning or better known as E-learning is one of the means used to carry out the teaching and learning process. In the E-learning method using electronic media, especially the Internet as a learning system, as well as the foundation and the logical consequence of the development of information and communication technology. With e-learning students can learn anytime and anywhere without being obstructed time and place, because E-learning provides the flexibility, interactivity, speed, visualization through the various advantages of each medium. In manufacturing method Software Development which is the waterfall model. linear sequential model life or groove classic waterfall model provides a workflow approach to software life or ordered sequential manner starting from the analysis, design, coding, testing and support phases. With e-learning can increase the quantity of interaction between the learning activities of teachers and students, because it is not constrained by a tight time schedule, so that students can make learning anywhere and anytime.

In this research, the writer used case study method with PT. Surya Mitra Sentosa Pontianak, as the research object, with the direct involvement of the writer into the field to gain the data in order to study the company’s condition based on fact. To analyze the data, the writer rised organization structure, sales flowchart and elimination of receivables and internal control questionnaire. Base on the result of internal control questionnaire, at can be concluded that internal control over receivables and credit sales in PT. Surya Mitra Sentosa is necessarily effective.

These problems can be solved by the development of information systems and information technology (IS/IT) is appropriate . Because the IS / IT can reduce operational costs and maximize existing human resources. It is necessary for the strategic design of the IS / IT analytical methods, such as SWOT, Value Chain, PEST, Five force Model, Mc Farlan and Trend Technology. Supervision and control of construction of buildings in the region is one of the tasks of the Spatial field in the Public Works department. In an effort to decision-making tools necessary in the form of map visualizations that can quickly determine the position of buildings and roads, so as to give a quick overview to the field of Spatial Planning to give a decision, whether or not a building may be established in consideration of the surrounding environment. Current information technology has made it possible to provide visual information in the form of map making it easier to understand. Current map information can be accessed online together, thus providing a transparent inforamsi to many people. To improve services in the field of Spatial Public Works Department Kubu Raya then needed a Geographic Information System Roads and Buildings for building data collection and facilitate their efforts to control the construction of the buildings by the community. Development of systems using the Software Development Life Cycle waterfall model. Library used for OpenLayers map visualization is based javascript. The data collected is stored in a database that has been installed PostgreSQL PostGIS for spatial data management.
