Abstract

One reality show program that attracts attention is the reality show X-Factor Indonesia. Impressions has a value of information and entertainment and educative get enough servings presented by television stations in Indonesia. Of phenomena that arise from the television, there is a change to the Patterns Watching the audience watching the show program .. business broadcasting station is required to have the widest possible creativity to produce a variety of interesting programs. This study aims to measure and describe how big the "Fascination and Patterns Watching Watching Student Satisfaction and Communication Academy student BSI Against Youth Force 2014 Program show" X-Factor Indonesia RCTI (period of May - July 31, 2015) ". This study uses a quantitative research with descriptive purposes and the survey as a tool method of collecting data through questionnaires, with a sample of 60 respondents disharing through slovin formula. an idea that the appeal of the show X-Factor program against the respondents have a high appeal and provide the satisfaction of watching the respondents to the program X-Factor Indonesia. From these results, showed that between Fascination (X1) with the Spectator Satisfaction (Y) significant values 0.00 <0.05, which means there is a significant correlation and has a very strong relationship that is equal to 0, 976. Furthermore, between Pola Watching (X2) with the Spectator Satisfaction (Y) significant values 0.00 <0.05, which means there is a significant correlation and has a very strong relationship that is equal to 0.985. Furthermore, between Fascination (X1) with Pattern Watch (X2) significant values 0.00 <0.05, which means there is a significant correlation and has a very strong relationship that is equal to 0, 972. Thus the appeal and Patterns Watching and mutual satisfaction audience associated positive and strong.Key words: Reality Show Program, X-Factor Indonesia, At RCTI

Abstract

Problem in this research is how the formation of public opinion by making use of social media presence, this study aims to find out how social media utilized in the formation of public opinion in this case twitter account @SBYudhoyono. This research using the method of discourse analysis. SBY twitter account can be analyzed how the sentence form, grammar, semantics, and vocabulary used in SBY twitter account, so as to give rise to publik opinion.Of this results it is concluded that a text can cause a wide range of public opinion so the management must pay attention to social media instruments in the creation of a text or sentence.Key word: the use of social media, public opinion.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis aktivitas Customer Relationship Management (CRM) dalam meningkatkan loyatitas pelanggan terhadap produk pada PT Suzuki Indomobil. Perusahaan berusaha memuaskan pelanggannya dengan menerapkan konsep pemasaran sebagai acuan bagi setiap aktivitas pemasarannya. CRM merupakan sebuah konsep bisnis yang berfokus kepada pelanggan, dimana pelanggan menjadi pusat dari segala aspek bisnis yang dijalankan oleh perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode wawancara terhadap manajemen yang terlibat dalam penerapan aktivitas CRM di perusahaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PT Suzuki Indomobil Jakarta telah melakukan CRM dengan cukup baik. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil penjualan produk Suzuki yang meningkat sejak beberapa tahun terakhir. Kata Kunci:CRM, Loyalitas Pelanggan, Aspek Bisnis dalam Perusahaan

Abstract

When language is spoken through words, speech and gestures (signs) are also combined. However, while language is conveyed in writing through sentences comprising of words and punctuation marks, sign language on the contrary does not use words or punctuation marks but instead uses gestures in the form of signs that are commonly understood by the signer and the recipient. Therefore, sign language is also called nonverbal communication which is a language that does not use words at all and is a part of communication. What we have viewed on television on August 17, 2017 shows that the existence of sign language has become a gift for the 72nd independence day of our nation this year. In other words, it is the freedom that can be enjoyed by people with hearing disability, which is the freedom to gain the same information as other citizens. The presence of sign language used by broadcasting agencies in news programs fulfills language as a means of communication. Not only language as a universal form, but also language as a system as well as a culture. Abstract

This research entitled Semiotic Analysis Meaning Motivation Song Lyrics "Stories About Mountains and Seas" Work Payung Teduh. This research is intended to know the meaning of the content of the song lyrics. The theory used and relevant in this research is Ferdinand De Sausurre Semiotics Theory. The method used in this study using qualitative methods. The subject of this research is the song lyrics of Stories About the Mountain and the Sea. Techniques Data collection is done by doing the object appreciate research, dissect the object ofresearch and interpret the meaning of signs. This study found some conclusions of meaning that exist in the lyrics of the song About the Mountain and the Sea Work Payung Teduh has the meaning of members of the motivation in the life of each stanza. In each stanza in this song using parable words that can be analyzed in semiotics.Keywords: semiotics, song lyrics, motivation

Abstract

Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC), which is also called integrated marketing communications is the process of development and implementation of various forms of persuasive communication program to customers and prospective customers on an ongoing basis. The importance of the implementation of this IMC in the company has been recognized by PT Tokopedia. Therefore, the purpose of this study is that analyze the implementation of IMC in Tokopedia in retaining customers and constraints faced in the implementation of the IMC. This research method is descriptive qualitative informant number six. The results of this study are implememtasi of IMC on Tokopedia is reflected in the activities of advertising, direct marketing, sponsorship, merchandising, public relations activities and websites aimed at retaining customers. The obstacles encountered in the implementation of the IMC activities is the lack of human resource capacity in terms of communication when providing information to customers and also technical problems in the care of the Website.Keywords: integrated marketing communications, e-commerce, customer retention

Abstract

His study aimed to analyze the relationship Quality of Service and Quality of Products With Customer Satisfaction PT. Taman Kampong Artist Rental Broadcasting Equipment and Shooting Location. This research was carried out in different places to get the respondent. While the product quality is the ability of a product to meet and satisfy the needs of a customer who is buying or using goods or services. In this study using the method of quantitative research. A questionnaires distributed to 34 customers PT. Taman Kampung Artist (PT. TKA) known as the Hometown of the artist, is an Entertainment that is committed and consistently to be the most comprehensive in Indonesia. Results of the study showed that the quality of service and product quality are jointly able to explain the relationship of customer satisfaction just of 0.049 or very low. Abstract

The purpose of the research is to prove the long convention among public relations practitioners that publicity message is more superior compare to advertising message. Although publicity have more credible because its third party endorsement empirical finding could not significantly prove the above proposition yet.This experimental study researches some factors – gender and product category – that  could prove that publicity have significant  different respond to consume. Through pilot studies to get the category product of durable and consumer goods, this experimental study employs 2 marketing message (publicity, advertising) x 2 gender (male, female) x 2 product category (durable, consumer) between subject design.Using One Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) the result of this research confirmed that gender is significantly affect consumer exposing to publicity and advertising. Female consumer is more favor to publicity compared to the male consumer who favored advertising.  Product category also show affect the consumer perception that they will more keen to see the publicity especially for durable product.

Abstract

The result of empirical study, that RRI Pro 2 FM Jakarta has conducted marketing communication of it’s interative programme in the frame of attracting the audience toward the advertiser through two strategies both push strategy and pull strategy such as advertisement, promotion, public relation and publicity, personel selling and direct selling. However, the result of its advertisement has been unoptimum as the private radio in Jakarta worked. The results of analysis of qualitative approach by SOSTAC method (Situation, Objective, Strategy, Tactics, Action, Control) is gotten the result that marketing communication of interative programme through advertisement, promotion, public relation and publicity, personel selling and direct selling at RRI Pro 2 FM Jakarta has been not conducted maximally due to the limited number of marketing, so the gained commercial advertisement has not met an existing quota. This is caused by having not been supported a planning, implementing and evaluation effectively, sistemically, integratedly and comprehensively as the impact of having not been fully encouraged by quality and quantity of organizer’s human resources of RRI Pro 2 FM Jakarta sufficiently, especially Marketing Human Resources those are involved durctly in marketing communication of interative programme.Keyword: Strategy Of Marketing Communication, Interative Programme, Radio

Abstract

Sasaran penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterlibatan Karyawan dalam pengambilan keputusan dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan, pengaruh langsung motivasi berprestasi dengan kepuasan kerja Karyawan dan pengaruh keterlibatan Karyawan dalam pengambilan keputusan dan motivasi berprestasi secara bersama-sama dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Target penelitian (responden) dari peneltian ini adalah semua karyawan yang berstatus tetap, dengan jumlah 45 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dan analisis jalur (path analysis), data diolah dengan program SPSS versi 15.0.Dari uji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan menggunakan analisis faktor menunjukkan, instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah valid dan reliabel. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda dan analisi jalur menunjukkan keterlibatan karyawan dalam pengambilan keputusan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi berprestasi, keterlibatan karyawan dalam pengambilan keputusan dan motivasi berprestasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Sinar Abara Internasional (SAI). Sedangkan faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan berdasarkan analisis regresi linear berganda adalah variable keterlibatan dalam pengambilan keputusan.Perlu dilakukan pengukuran data dengan menggunakan data kepuasan kerja yang objektif seperti data prestasi kerja karyawan PT. SAI untuk menguji konsistensi temuan penelitian ini, mengingat keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah instrument pengukuran, data yang menggunakan data persepsi yang bersifat subjektif sehingga data yang dikumpulkan cendrung menunjukkan persepsi positif, sebagai respon yang dipengaruhi oleh bias metode self report yang digunakan dalam pengukuran data.Kata kunci :Keterlibatan dalam pengambilan keputusan, motivasi berprestasi dan kepuasan kerja
