Abstract

The phenomenon of social media presence as a result of the development of information andcommunication technology is remarkable. With a variety of services that can be used, social media haschanged the way we communicate in society. Social media presence even had an impact in the way wecommunicate in all fields, such as marketing communication, political communication andcommunication in the learning system. It is certainly interesting to study whether social media presenceonly brings change impacts of conventional means of communication into a modern and all-digital, oralso cause the communication is more effective.Keywords : Social media, effetiveness, communications

Abstract

The objective of the research is to know the effect of the product quality and service tocustomer satisfaction. This study was carried out at Jakarta Greater Area with 100respondents. Which were taken by propotional random sampling. The respondents werepeople who was user of Tiger Balm and live at Jakarta greater area.Data anlysis techniquesare used to test the hypothesis is correlation and multiple regression were oprated bycomputer using Statistical Product & Service Solution (SPSS). Computational results fortesting the model showed analysis of determination, and anlysis non parametrik regression.The results show the quality of product and service is a significant positive effect andcorrelation between quality product and service on customer satisfaction. The better thequality of the product it will be a positive impact on customer satisfaction. High-quality ofservices are services that can exceed the expectations of the consumer, the better the servicereceived by the customer it will be a positive impact on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Globalization for Betawi people is not a something new. and it is not possible can be prevented,that is because the Betawi is an indigenous tribe inhabit Jakarta, namely the capital city ofIndonesia since the reign of Dutch East Indies already has a diversity residents of variousnationalities, coupled with the ever increasing technological advancements in this era ofmodernization, the challenges faced in so large in its preservation. One of the things we can do toassist the government in the effort to preserve Betawi culture is by utilizing advances in technologyitself in this case using the internet as a medium that can be used to promote Betawi culture back tothe society and even the whole world can access this information via the internet.

Abstract

Conflict, both internal and external conflicts, can cause problems in organizationbecause of differences in purpose, interests, personalities, experiences, perceptions,and motivations among individuals or groups in the organization. Every leader needsto apply conflict management to curb the excessive nature of competition andundermine the spirit of synergism organization. Through servant leadership style andorganizational culture, leaders are expected to be able to apply conflict managementin accordance with the circumstances in the organization. The research proves thatthere is an influence between servant leadership and organizational culture toconflict management in PT. Indonesia Power - UBH at Jakarta. The evident from theresults obtained from the calculation showed that there is a significant influencepartially and simultaneously of servant leadership and culture organization towardsconflict management. It can be concluded that the improvement, socialization andimplementation of servant leadership and organizational culture are important toimprove the leaders’ conflict management skills in PT. Abstract

In making this application is expected to facilitate the layman inplaying and studying piano with ease without having to use immediatelyknown piano are quite expensive. Making these applications using AdobeFlash CS6, discusses the navigation structure, storyboard (storyline), togiving action script application is also made interesting because there areaudio, video, graphics and text are combined into one to be published in theform of exe, so no need there adobe flash applications in the computer orlaptop. Integrated Islamic School in essence is a school that implements theconcept of Islamic education based on the Qur'an and Sunnah. In itsapplication the school ISAM interpreted as school approaches by combiningthe implementation of public education and religious education curriculuminto a braid. Integrated Islamic school also emphasizes the integration inteaching methods so as to optimize the cognitive, affective and conative.Integrated Islamic School also incorporates education aqliyah, ruhiyah andjasaddiyah. In implementation combines the active involvement andparticipation of the learning environment ie school, home andmasyarakat.Dengan some understanding of the above one can draw anunderstanding that a comprehensive public school is a school of IslamicISAM organized by combining integrative values and Islamic teachings inthe curriculum building approaches effective learning and optimalengagement and cooperative between teachers and parents, and thecommunity to build character and student competitions.
