Abstract

Bina Sarana Informatika (BSI) campus has an academic information system which is used as a working tool for the staffs at the Bureau for Academic Administration and Student Affair (BAAK). The use of this system requires a particular skill from each staff which is influenced by the technical competency of each user. So far, the problem which occurs concerning the system is that it has not been utilized maximally by the staffs of BAAK in their efforts on providing precise and fast services to all academicians of Bina Sarana Informatika. In this paper, the writer studies on whether there is correlation between the academic information system and technical competency of the system users towards the staffs’ working effectiveness at BAAK BSI. This research uses two independent variables and one dependent variable. The study is carried out at BAAK BSI with population and samples are the whole staffs at BAAK BSI at about 40 people. The instrument used for this study is linkert scale questionnaire, of which validity and reliability has been tested using Chi Square (c2) to see whether or not the data distribution is normal. To test the hypothesis, the writer uses simple linier regression analysis with two variables to test the first and second research hypotheses. To test the third research hypothesis, the writer uses multiple linier regression analysis. All research data is also tested using multy-colinierity and autocorrelation. The purpose of this study is to find out how great is the effect of academic information system towards staffs working effectiveness; the technical competency towards staffs working effectiveness; and academic information system and technical competency towards staffs working effectiveness. Keywords: academic information system, working effectiveness, technical competency

Abstract

In organized activities is quite difficult for us in making decisions that could accommodate all the wishes of each participant involved in the decision-making contribution. Analytical Hierarchical Process (AHP), a method that is able to handle the problems in making decisions that bind all desired expectations. Analytical Hierarchical Process (AHP) is a method used to solve problems that can assist communities in selecting bekasi public facilities and infrastructure development will be built mainly in the construction of roads, markets, sports hall and recreation area. Through the analysis of the AHP process to which the writing can be inferred from the three criteria based on the value end of the analysis are viewed from the public participation criteria to prioritize construction of sports hall, seen from the criteria for prioritizing the benefits of road construction, and visits from care criteria to prioritize the development of recreation areas. The first process is performed in AHP is to find the eigen value vector of criteria and alternatives, and then calculate the value of consistency ratio (CR) of each criteria to comply with the value of the Random Index (RI) to the number of orders that were analyzed, the analytical results obtained value of consistency ratio (CR) criteria for public participation, benefits, and successive treatments were (-0.4872), (0.0730) and (0.0336). AHP value of consistency in the rules Ratio (CR) must be less than 0.1. From the analysis of the results obtained CR values below 0.1, so that decisions can be said to have an optimal and acceptable. Keywords: AHP, eigen vector, consistency ratio, decision

Abstract

This fuzzy logic system has 3 input parameters such as thickness, hardness, diameter and has a single output that is hard tablets. From the input and output has three linguistic labels for each membership function, and has if-then rules used in this fuzzy system. Fuzzy algorithm can be used as an algorithm to determine the level of thickness, hardness, and the diameter of a tablet. In this study Mamdani model is used to control the tablet weight of each of these three parameters change tablets. Input membership function of the parameter determines the level of the tablet weight deviation from the nominal value of tablets. Results weight tablets using fuzzy logic with rule-based approach and common sense have a stable average rate of 99,953%. In the production process that uses pencetakkan tablets fuzzy logic Mamdani model occurs only deviation: 606 mg (max), 600 mg (min), 600 mg (standard), which gained an average of 600,283 mg + 0047%. Keywords: fuzzy, production, tablets, MATLAB

Abstract

This study aims to identify and find the key tone of the song using extraksi cord mp3. An application that serves to extract the key songs on the guitar tune, so that will generate the key (Cord) tone that represents the humming. Technique Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCC), is the method used to extract features from music signals and comparing suaru with unknown speakers with the existing speakers in the database. This application input data undergo several processes, before finally producing the key (Cord) tone. These processes include identifying the sound of the song. Voice recognition is useful for biometric authentication and communication between the computer system. Abstract

The learning of module system is a model of learning that is designed and arranged in a systematically planned way and aimed to help students and teachers reach for learning goals. This research  aims to know and to describe whether the learning of mathematics by using the module can show the students learning progress  and whether it’s better than conventional models. This research uses a quantitative experimental approach. The population of this research is sixth level students from elementary school  named Daar el Salam in Gunung Putri, Bogor. Then sampling  taken in this research is 30 students by using  purposive sampling method. Instruments used to collect data are: Test and Questionnaire. The data collected will be analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. From the results of descriptive statistical analysis,it  can be known that the interest of students in learning mathematics by using module is very good Then by inferential statistical analysis, it can be found that t count = -20.80 and t table = 2.00. By using  the two-tailed test,it can be seen that the value of  t count is outside the tolerance of acceptance Ho: -2 <t count <2, so that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. The conclusion can be taken  that the learning of mathematics with the module system has a very significant impact . Or in the other words, the learning mathematics with the module system is better than the conventional method. Key Word : Impact, Learning of Mathematic, Module

Abstract

In a learning process of an e-learning environment, every user has different characteristics of learning style. This difference can be accommodated by utilizing the Adaptive E-Learning System (AES). This system is able to represent learning content suitable with user’s learning style. Developing AES based on the learning style can be done through questionnaire and automatic approach. This study particularly discusses the automatic approach. The use of features, patterns, and limits needs to be considered in developing learning-style based AES automatically. The dimension for the learning style model used in this study is the Felder Silverman Learning Style Model (FSLSM) which consists of active/reflective, sensing/intuitive, visual/verbal, and sequential/global dimensions of learning style. Keywords: features, patterns, limits, adaptive e-learning system, FSLSM learning style

Abstract

Technological developments, especially the Internet, has resulted changes in transaction activities and business processes of an organization. Activities of transactions that required buyers and sellers meeting at a certain place and time can now be done without any limitation of space and time. Buyers are able to view, order products and make payments whenever and wherever she/he is. The seller can receive orders, check product availability, order packing, ship goods, and receive payment from a particular place without the need for face to face directly with the buyer. The transaction activities can be done if they are supported by a business environment, called the Electronic Network Business Environment (ENBE). In addition, the Electronic Network Business Environment (ENBE) also provides changes in the activities of the company's financial reporting. The field of accounting must be able to adjust to these changes. The Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) issued by IAI has gradually adjusted towards a changing business processes. Knowledge in the field of Accounting Information System design, including hardware, software, brainware, data and procedure are also experiencing change and development. This study aims to create a framework for designing accounting information systems in the era of the Electronic Networking Business Environment (ENBE) that can be used as a reference / guideline for developing a system. The KMS Development serves as a basis to create the framework for accounting information systems. A number of the KMS methods, such as capturing and sharing knowledge, are becoming a major discussion in this study. Data collection methods conducted in this study include qualitative methods, i.e., interview and action research. It is expected that this study is able to provide a good impact to people (especially accountants, programmers), process (efficiency and effectiveness), product quality, and ultimately organizational performance can be improved as a whole. Key Words: Knowledge Management Systems, Accounting Information System

Abstract

Currently the Indonesian community was rife with long-distance communication must be use the internet facility. By using fasilitan via the Internet, hence more easy communication between each user, one of the connecting bridge that has been using social networking allows the user to communicate a lot like Facebook, Friendster, and Twiter. With many social networking facilities, then this study will provide an assessment in choosing among the three forms of social networking above and be an alternative choice. In assessing the third among alernatif social networking can be measured by several criteria such as level Popularities, Features, and Security, so that the results obtained from the analysis of the normalization of eigen value vector that can be obtained from each of the criteria can be described as follows: For the criterion level of popularity gained eigen value vector (0.4742), whereas the criteria associated with the eigenvalues obtained Features vector (0.1494), and for the safety criterion obtained eigenvalues vector (0.3764). With the basic use of the Random Index (RI) using a number n, then it can be searched value consistency Index (CI) and consistency ratio (CR) of the three social networks are as follows: In terms of criteria Popularity CI value (-1.1915) and CR (-2.0544), while the views of the criterion Features CI value (-1.1915) and CR (-2.0544) and visits from security criteria CI value (-1.1915) and CR (-2.0544).From the analysis of each value of consistency ratio (CR), it is concluded that this decision was acceptable, because the value of CR in the rules Analytic Hierarchical Process (AHP) must be worth less than 0.1 or a negative value. Keywords: analytic hierarchy process, eigen vector, consistency index, consistency ratio, decision making.

Abstract

The main function of electric distribution network is to distribute electricity from central power plants through transmission network and reduce the voltage to 380 volts AC and 220 volts AC by using the distribution transformer. The 220 volts AC is a voltage from a onephase distribution network which is mostly used for household and office consumption. The electrical  network can be optimized used as transmission to controlling electrical loads that connected with him. It is expected that with this system we can utilize the onephase electric network, work with computer continuously and effectively, and we can also control loads which is connected to the network effectively and efficiently. By using this system, the computer will directly receive alarm signal when there is a problem with one or all electrical load device.
