Abstract

The loan is the delivery of goods, services, or money from one party (the creditor / lender) on thebasis of trust in the other party (customer or debtor / borrower) to the appointment of a receiver topay credit to the lender on the date agreed upon by both parties. Research each loan application ishighly dependent on factors such as type of business, the economy, the intended use of the credit,the amount of credit that do not kredit.Analisa carefully and thoroughly resulted in someborrowers who have no credit given the ability to make payments so that there was nonperforming loans. In this study, using the method of C4.5 algorithm, which was applied to the data members Multipurpose Cooperative Enterprises "Ceger Jaya" that get good credit loans are problematic in the installment payment or not. From the test results to measure the performance ofthe algorithm testing using Cross Validation, Confusion Matrix and the ROC curve, it is known that the C4.5 algorithm has the highest accuracy value, which is 90.67 which is very good classification.Keywords: C 4.5, Credit Analysis, Decision Tree.

Abstract

The result of a research information system that aims to determine the factors that influence acceptance and use of e-commerce systems (bukalapak.com) and focus on testing based on the diversity between the sexes, age and the online transaction experience of factors that support the behavioral acceptance and use of e-commerce systems. This study is an empirical study using purposive sampling techniques in data collection. The data used are primary data using aquestionnaire. Individual research subjects are users of e-commerce system, especially students and lecturers BSI karwang. Some 192 participants participated as respondents in this study. The technology adoption model used is model UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) which is the unification of the models of previous technology adoption. In addition totesting the theory, the study was also conducted to test the variables in the model UTAUT that affect the acceptance and use of e-commerce systems (bukalapak.com). Data analysis was performed with the approach to Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is a covariance-based SEM with AMOS program 18. From the results obtained by SEM analysis that the model does not fit.Therefore, modification model to test the hypothesis. The results of this study demonstrate that effort expectancy and facilitating factors condition (the existence of facilities that support a system) influence the acceptance and use (bukalapak.com) then there is a difference variables moderating towards the acceptance and use of e-commerce systems (bukalapak.com).Keywords: E-Commerce, Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT),Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), AMOS

Abstract

Information Tehnology is evolving so fast and has changed the pattern of how an organization's activities. The fact the increasing dependence on IT to achieve strategic goals and needs of the organization to be the main drivers of the importance of IT.All companies that use IT certainly rely on IT for success. If IT processes and IT services are implemented, organized, and supported by anappropriate level then what the company's objectives will be achieved. This study was conducted to evaluate the extent of the implementation of ITSM (information technology service management) that exist in the IT services using ITIL (information technology infrastructure library) Version 3 in the area of service operationframework Diskominfo. Development of information technology and the technology of the Internet resulted in a collaboration that can support the effectiveness of the data processing, distribution, data or information that can assist in the process of the activities conducted by acorporation, one of the activities that can take advantage of computer technology and the Internetisthe business of selling,Sales activityis an activity that interacts directly with consumers to obtain or ders or sales, so it is necessary speed and accuracy in the presentation of information. Build PT.Nata Prima is one company that is selling one of the activities in support of the company's sales process has be enaided by the information system but as the running time, mobility PT. Nata Bangun persadasales activity is very high so that the system information contained in the company can no longer handle, demands that information system scan run more practical and can be done any where, quickly and easily, the application that can run on mobile devices. Applications Sales Force via mobile is an application that is run by using an Internet connection is made on the need to support the sales force applications that are already available today, which are expected to conduct employee approval unlimited space and time. The benefits to be gained from this research. Abstract

Queue Tree is one of the Bandwidth management becomes essential for multi-service networks, more and varied applications that can be served by a network effect on the use of links in the network. The links that exist should be able to handle the needs of the application client will tesebut even though in a state of congestion, there must be a guarantee that the link still works properly despite an explosion in demand for application. Bandwidth management has animPortant role in the distribution of quotas for these types of applications that can access the link, in addition to Bandwidth management to provide better Bandwidth guarantees to applications that have been allocated Bandwidth to continuously transmit data in accordance with the allocation though there is congestion in the network or the client even in Under certain circumstances when the Bandwidth allocation that is owned by an application or client is not used, then the Bandwidth Manager idle Bandwidth can be temporarily transferred to the classroom who are experiencing Queues, this gives the advantage of a class Queue accelerating loss while optimizing the use ofexisting links. Hierarchical Token Bucket (HTB) as the implementer of the available bandwidth management can be run on linux operating system platform is also available on Mikrotik Router which are Queue HTB tree is proper bandwidth management analysis, is expected to use a precise and accurate will make the network work optimally.Keywords: Bandwidth, HTB, Queue Tree.

Abstract

Managing a project has a challenge for a project manager should be able to utilize existing resources and look at the rules and restrictions that need attention. Cooperation among the team would also have to coordinate the project manager so that all team members have the same mission and vision. The development of information technology is now offering a way of virtualteam work, teamwork is not influenced by the geographic location where the inter-team is located. Redmine is a software application as a project manager tool to manage resources. Redmine application is a web-based applications that can be accessed by anyone using a browser on the same network. Internet today opens an opportunity for anyone able to transact with each other indifferent parts of the world's data, so that when the application Redmine is on the Internet network so anyone can access the application anywhere as long as users are connected on the Internet. Web-based application that is placed on the Internet network would be accessible by anyone. Implementation of web applications on the Internet network to be accessible by a team would alsohave to use the Internet, and how web-based applications can be accessed by anyone on the Internet without using a Public IP. Abstract

An educational institution requires a deeper knowledge for evaluation, making better plan and decision. Some of this knowledge can be extracted from operational data which stored in a database of educational institutions into a Data Warehouse that can be used to support decisionmaking process. The Data Warehouse has a big role in providing strategic information for decision-making process for a Data Warehouse can perform complete data storage and consistent, obtained from various sources that can be used to meet the needs of end users in a business context. This study examined the development of a Data Warehouse model for student academic data so it can dig up the information which is important and also to build a model that can assist strategic in making decision that can improve the daily operations in providing the best service forstudents. The result of this research is a Data Warehouse application complete with a web-based data presentation and desktop. The ultimate goal of this research is to produce a data warehouse model that can support the needs of end users in decision-making by providing strategic information about the academic drawn from a Data Warehouse that can generate accurateinformation and do not take a long time to get that information, so that strategic decisions taken can be more accurate and optimal.Keywords : Data Warehouse, Strategic Decision, Student Academic.

Abstract

The role of an expert or experts is crucial in solving a problem so as to get an effective solution. Currently there is a new innovative techniques in capturing and integrating knowledge of an expert in a computer system. In the expert system are the knowledge base in the form of formal knowledge, which mostly comes from experience. Like humans theoretical and practical knowledge and has been refined through experience in the domain. The use of expert system can apply or pour the expertise of a technician or an expert in the field of computers, especially computer networks. The purpose of this study is to design an expert system computer network management device that acts to solve practical problems when the expert is not available. In this research, the analysis and design of data structures of production rules, inference mechanism in tracking conclusion based knowledge base and the user interface. Expert systems are designed to provide solutions based on production rules by using a forward chaining inference mechanism for identifying and advising solutions to the problem of computer network devices.Keywords: expert systems, artificial intelligence, computer network.

Information on world health is also needed because of increased awareness about the health of modern life. Needs of a growing economy makes the factor for many people to try a natural treatment with herbal medicine, information on medicinal plants are also more and more.
