The first Paradigma Journal was published in 2006, with the registration of the ISSN from LIPI Indonesia. The Paradigma Journal is intended as a media for scientific studies of research, thought and analysis-critical issues on Computer Science, Information Systems and Information Technology, both nationally and internationally. The scientific article refers to theoretical review and empirical studies of related sciences, which can be accounted and disseminated nationally and internationally. <![CDATA[Corporate governance of information technology is becoming a very important needs for the sake of the survival of an organization. IT governance practices at the University of Pakuan (UNPAK) Faculty of MIPA Bogor in particular has not been done optimally , which still require evaluation in it, this was to be one of the goals in this study. By using descriptive types of qualitative research and exploratory that expected to know the condition of IT governance is ongoing. Results of the evaluation of the implementation of the IT governance is made by using index.KAMI Methode which is an adoption of ISO/IEC 27001, which is a tool to analyze the readiness of the security level of information about an organization's security framework. The maturity of the implementation of the corporate governance of information technology within the Faculty of MIPA UNPAK in level two, which is still in the process of the effectiveness and consistency of application framework used. <![CDATA[For the implementation of administrative processes requires a computerized administration system for data and information can be processed properly. Administrative information systems strategic planning sales laundry services will provide a comprehensive picture of the needs of the administrative information system established by the company. This research aims to produce results from the administrative information systems strategic planning sales laundry services, where the research was conducted on the apartment rental service company in Plaza Senayan Apartment degan using Visual Basic.NET. Data collection was performed by the method of literature review, interviews and observation. Systems development method of information system using the waterfall method, in describing the functional model and ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) to describe the data model. Research conducted through several stages, namely the study of literature, determination of the general method, administrative information systems strategic planning, laundry services, analysis and conclusions as a system design that will be created. The results of this study provide information on entry and exit laundry process quickly, precisely and accurately, giving the proposed computerized system to the laundry which is expected to ease the work of the staff room and can speed up the search process the data, minimizing errors and loss of data, as well as speed up the reporting process. <![CDATA[Travelling Salesman Problem is one of problems to find shortest route from travelling a salesman from first city and then to destination cities and finally back to first city, but one city just only once visited. There are some algorithms to solving travelling salesman problem,such as Greedy Algorithm, Artificial Bee Colony Algorithm, Cheapest Insertion Heuristics Algorithm, Genetic Algorithm and many more. In this paper, only greedy algorithm, cheapest insertion heuristics algorithm and dynamic programming are discussed. After compared using an example case with 5 cities and solved by third of algorithm, shortest route is same but the way to solving is different. They have advantages and disadvantages of each, and has the characteristics of each. Greedy algorithm is more suitable when used for a number of cities that are not too much because the process is more simple, but cheapest insertion heuristics algorithm is more suitable to case with more city throught the process more complicated than greedy algorithm. Counting in Dynamic programming must be right because it will be influence for the next counting result. ]]>

<![CDATA[Customer complaint result in customer dissatisfaction and looses for businesses. Fierce competition in its property business apartment requires companies to reduce the number of complaints. Therefore, the classifications and predictions technique in data mining is needed to resolve the issue. Classification techniques used in data mining are decision tree. Decision tree is a technique which is widely use and produce output in the form of rules. The decision tree can present customer complaint pattern behavior. In this study, it uses the algorithm C4.5 to generate classification rules of customer complaints to the apartment and the accuracy result in this study was 75%. <![CDATA[In the era of information technology and now this is where almost everyone has a computer, laptop or smart phone to make the wearer more closely with the technology compared to print media such as books and newspapers. The use of print media to convey information've felt less able to deliver to the general public. What's more, especially to the people that a lot of busyness and career. While there are some important things to be delivered, for example supporting maternal health information to pregnant women, especially pregnant mothers candidate's first child. The solution to overcome this is done this research is intended to design media information supporting multimedia-based maternal health. Multimedia is one right way to simplify the delivery of information in the form of visual and audio. The existence of multimedia has changed the way humans interact with computers and smart phones is through media images, text, audio, animation and video images that interact and integrate with each other. Submission information can be better due to the multimedia are capable of producing media becomes more interesting and lively. Black box testing is performed to determine the performance of applications and correspondence between inputs and outputs so that the data is displayed in accordance with the input data in the application view.]]>

Multimedia learning can be defined as a multimedia application that is used in the learning process. In general, the benefits that can be obtained from a multimedia learning is the learning process more interesting, more interactive, the amount of teaching time can be reduced , the quality of children's learning can be improved and the process of teaching and learning can be done anywhere and at any time, as well as the attitude of children's learning can be improved. Learning on students Mts Nurul Falah Ciater still using conventional methods , where the process of learning and teaching face-to- face with makeshift props. This is a constraint of which is the students feel interested in the subjects given tajwid especially in learning, students are less able to understand the science of recitation so the other required instructional media that can make learning more interesting atmosphere so that students can easily understand tajwid learned . One of them is especially multimedia instructional media with interactive multimedia. With the medium of interactive multimedia learning and teaching process is expected to be optimal and conducive and students can more quickly read the Quran with proper recitation.
