Many the needs of the people especially to find products fashion being suitable and appropriate using a web to the needs of user but many web market products fashion make levels color is needed to looking for a match with the skin and the proportion of the body .The need for the measurement of levels color for it was very needed to search products fashion required with classifications uses the method algorithm k-means to get accuracy color being suitable and to clustering staining approaching search products fashion for example by color selection to model suit that in conformity with the wish .It is expected that with this research will help the people to determine match use of color in the fashion desired .The research results show that this method can reduce ketidakakuratan 25 % , so that color later is produced and same in image color will look homogeneous and this study shows the percentage Failure or error rate by more or less under 20 %.

By using these two media promotion expenses to be expensive and inefficient because companies will expend not less. Utilization of wireless technology is now used in almost all fields, education, businesses, organizations, companies and others. With the wireless technology, Internet access becomes easier and faster, can be done anytime and anywhere. One of these is the use of technology in the library. Hostpot wireless services especially in Purwakarta District Library aims to improve service to the visitors and to facilitate the search and fulfillment information needed by the visitors. Apart from reading books, with this facility, the visitors can browse the information they need through the internet in the form of digital data by using wireless hotspot locations contained in the library. In the present study tested whether the use of wireless hotspots as a means of access to digital data have a relationship and affect the fulfillment of information needs of the visitors. The study was conducted by using a questionnaire given to the visitors for later processing performed to test the hypothesis that the data taken using the SPSS application. From the results of the study will be determined how the use of wireless hostpsot towards fulfillment of the visitors so that information can be used as input for the library.

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a metabolic disorder that is most common, with an estimated prevalence of worldwide between 1%-5% (Susztak et al., 2006). The number of sufferers diabetes was increase at the global. Unfortunately not many of the practitioners of computer or informatics was concerned with the complexity of diabetes disease, especially for help the expert or professional preparing nutrition diet for diabetic patients to make balanced nutritional needs and help his healing disease diabetic. Expert system are computer based system that use knowledge, in facts and research to solve the problem which usually worked by expert or professional in particular field. Expert system are really solving the problem in this moment where the information of technology was increase. This expert system program produce the output information calories daily needs and a list menu for the sufferers. Daily calories needs is obtained from the body mass index was calculated from weighte and height of the patients also the nutrition of patients.

Education given to the child at an early age is the basis of knowledge and thought processes in the future to teach toddler son on fundamental matters such as recognizing letters, numbers and colors need determination and patience from the teachers and parents. The basic concept of letters, numbers and colors important to learn as they learn the foundations of mathematics and science to solve problems absences ahead. During this study the letters, numbers and colors done by parents and teachers in schools with the help of tools such as card reading, books, and other props. With media activity is required from parents or teachers to attract children, sometimes even children get bored. Therefore, it is necessary that alternative media can be used as media for early childhood learning through interactive media are packaged in the form of animation is interesting, easy to understand and not boring fast. Weather is an important part of people's daily activities. Therefore, many people who need information atmospheric conditions (weather) is more rapid, complete, and accurate. Accurate weather predictions can be used to solve problems arising from the effects of weather such as drought detection, bad weather, crops and production, energy planning industry, aviation, communications and others. Neural Network method is more efficient in computation is fast and capable of handling the data are not stable in the case of typical weather forecast data. For Weather Prediction with synoptic data input is the data. Several experiments were conducted to obtain the optimal architecture and generate accurate predictions. The results showed the artificial neural network method produces an accuracy value of 72.97%.

The fertility rate is to be considered, especially for adult men is because infertility is a global problem that occurs in couples. Infertility can result in couples unable to conceive. Infertility in one partner may terminate especially male lineage. Its high level of infertility in today's society can be caused by several things between environmental factors and lifestyle of today's society. Previous research on fertility has been done is by using artificial neural network and produce 82% accuracy. In this paper will be improving the accuracy of neural network method for predicting male fertility through semen using particle swam optimazed (PSO). The survey results revealed that the use of the optimization method can improve the accuracy of the method used in this study was obtained accuracy of new methods for neural network improved its performance using PSO to 92%.

Queuing problems often occur in everyday life, for example on ticket purchasing, car servicing and delivery of goods, etc. This problem will certainly make customers become boring by long queues that can not be solved by companies and they look for other companies which offers better service. Certainly it could make the income decrease. This study aims to solve queuing problems that occur in most of daily activity. Therefore the research can be expected, service companies can provide better services without increasing facility cost in the future. This will create satisfied customers using the company service and they can be loyal because of the faster service. The research was conducted by analyzing the queuing system then when results found after a simulation is done by altering the queue system before, becomes a better system that can reduce the average waiting time in queue and improve the company's service. The results showed that the previous queuing system is a single channel single phase. By the simulation through multi-channel single-phase system and adds of 2 or 3 servers, found the most optimal server utilization is 2 servers. This system can reduce average time in queue which was originally 25 minutes to 1,8 minutes with utility rates 90% .
