This study aims to determine (a) measure the feasibility assessment takes into account the provision of working capital credit for PT.Gatari as additional capital by comparing financial ratios (liquidity, solvency, profitability, and activity) for the period 2012-2015, and (b) measure the credit granting considerations on PT. Gatari according to standard financing considerations on PT. Bank DKI. This research is a descriptive method with the quantitative approach to PT. Gatari financial statements from its inception until today. The research sample is PT. Gatari financial statements in 2013, 2014 and 2015. The study shows that (a) the measurement of financial feasibility assessment showed good results because the calculation of the ratio is almost entirely according to the standard financial ratios applicable at PT. Bank DKI and (b) the measurement of supporting aspects of credit is good enough as a basis for credit supply PT. Bank DKI. This study was conducted to answer the question of what is the factors affecting decision to use BBM (BlackBerry Messenger) to support online store business. With SMEâ€™s online store booming in Indonesia, this research was specially studied SMEâ€™s and micro online store as subject. Survey has been conducted by BBM chat message and online web page to SMEâ€™s online store that using BBM in Indonesia. A total of 187 valid respondents from 18 provinces and 58 cities in Indonesia responded to the survey. Analysis was conducted using SEM method with Lisrel 8.7 support which tested the 8 hypotheses. The result indicated that there are positive significant effects of perceived usefulness, perceived playfulness and trust toward BBM use intention for online store. However, this study didnâ€™t find direct significant effects of perceived ease-of-use toward use intention. Perceived ease-of-use found to have significant indirect effect through the mediation effect of perceived playfulness. In fact, perceived playfulness is the main factor influencing the use intention of BBM for SMEâ€™s online store. This founding give insight for application developers to consider playfulness in developing social media applications for online business. Keywords: TAM, BBM, SME, media social marketing

This study aims to formulate recommendations and opportunities for potential infrastructure development in the social sector by using KPBU scheme. The direct beneficiaries of this activity are the Deputy of Investment Planning as a unit that is directly responsible for formulating the proposed establishment of the Act related KPBU in the field of infrastructure investment. The output of this activity is also expected to be useful for investors in infrastructure and related stakeholders. Model cooperation Public Private Partnership in social infrastructure should take into account the uniqueness of each sector, particularly the constraints, risks and macro conditions, including fiscal policy and commitment to the objective of each sector. So that needs to be made cooperation mechanism Public Private Partnership in the field of social infrastructure by making adjustments to the conditions and limitations in the field of social infrastructure. Human resources is one important aspect of a company, instability and uncertainty in terms of human resources or in this research referred to intention to move or high potential turnover may cause a negative impact on company operations and the increasing cost of human resource cost, in the form of training costs already invested in the employee until the cost of recruitment and retraining. High turnover also resulted in the organization is not effective because the company loses experienced employees and the need to retrain new employees.This research aims to analyze how much influence the employee satisfaction of supervision and promotion to intentions to move in PT XYZ. Data used in this research are primary and secondary data. The primary data obtained by interviews and questionnaires, while secondary data from literature study. The analysis method used in this study is multiple regression analysis.The results of this study show that the negative effects and significant correlation between employee satisfaction of supervision and promotion to their intention to move either be partially or together. Technological developments have significantly changed the way how a business works, especially the culinary business named Seblak Jeletet Murni, that has located in Jakarta. This business is still relatively new, but consumers continue moldy and this spicy culinary product sales have been continue to increase. This phenomenon is a result of business which has entered the digital era in social media. Marketing of this product is not done intensively by the owner of this business, but consumers who moved to market virally in social media, especially social media video youtube. In this article the author analyzed descriptively about consumer behavior in digital marketing that has affected the sales of the culinary products. The analyzes were performed with case studies and associated in the literature on consumer behavior and digital marketing strategies. This article aims to describe the behavior of consumers in the digital age so that it can be input in determining the marketing strategy culinary efforts forward and be used for thought on the future of consumer research. The purpose of this study is to determine which accuracy is better between fuzzy time series method and Holt double exponential smoothing method. The data used is daily published rupiah exchange rate of Bank Indonesia in the period of 1 April 2016 until 17 june 2016. After being calculated, the error rate fuzzy time series Hsu method is at 0,6 %, while the error rate holt double exponential smoothing method is at 2,25%. Based on the calculation, it can be concluded that the error rate forecasting rupiah exchange rate using fuzzy time series method is lower than the holt double exponential smoothing It means that the fuzzy time series hsu method has better accuarcy than Holt double exponential smoothing method. The result of forecasting in 21, 22, 23, 24, and 25 respectively are Rp. 13355, Rp. 13375, Rp. 13395, Rp. 13465, Rp 13.475. Keywords: fuzzy time series, holt double exponential, forecasting

The purpose of this study was to analyze the soundness and analyzes the factors that affect the soundness of BMT Syariah Cooperative Financial Services At-Taqwa and to find a formula the right strategy in the development of BMT Syariah Cooperative Financial Services At-Taqwa. This study uses a quantitative descriptive analysis of health assessment and qualitative description on service quality. The research proves that the level of health KJKS BMT At-Taqwa through computation eight aspects (six financial aspects and the two aspects of the non-financial) shows KJKS BMT At-Taqwa at the level reasonably healthy and is influenced by factors of seven financial ratios are on the effects on health of the Cooperative. In addition there is a five-part strategy that can be developed by BMT KJKS At-Taqwa ie services and the addition of customers, financing, dissemination and promotion, health cooperatives, blue print and build a cooperative networking. The purpose of this study is to examine the difference of employee compensation and to identifying the main type of compensation at PT BNI 46 Sudirman Jakarta. The study design was quantitative research by using independent samples t-test. Data were collected from 60 employees using questionnaire with random sampling method. This study finds that there is significant differences response between two-group samples. The main types of compensation are financial and non-financial compensation. Financial compensation, namely: wages and compensation based on the achievement of the job target. While the type of non-financial compensation is a major career development or job promotions. The purpose of this paper is to examine the influence of transactional leadership style and motivation on employee performance. The methodology used is survey based. Primary data were collected from 40 employees of Merlynn Park Hotel in Jakarta. Data analysis using simple and multiple linear regression to test the hypothesis. The research resulted in mixed ï¬ndings that only partially effect of motivation on performance. No signiï¬cant relationship was found between transactional leadership and performance. Simultaneously, transactional leadership style and motivation no significant effect on performance. Keywords: transactional leadership, motivation
