Abstract

Abstrak. Provinsi Aceh sebagai daerah dengan kewenangan khusus pelaksanaan syariat Islam, memberika kewenangan pendistribusi zakat melalui lembaga non struktural Baitul Mal Berdasarkan Qanun Nomor 10 Tahun 2007. Distribusi zakat produktif yang tepat sasaran menjadi salah satu target pencapaian dalam mereduksi kemiskinan diwilayah perkotaan. Untuk itu, distribusi zakat produktif perlu ditelaah dalam suatu penelitian yang spesifik dalam upaya mereduksi kemiskinan di Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi muliple regression dengan menempatkan kinerja amil zakat produktif sebagai moderating variabel. yang mereduksi tingkat kemiskinan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan sebanyak 100 orang mustahik zakat produktif pada kelompok usaha mikro pada tahun 2017. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa jumlah zakat produktif, pendapatan, dan kinerja amil berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap penurunan tingkat kemiskinan mustahik zakat di Kota Banda Aceh. Penurunan kemiskinan yang diindikatorkan dengan income gap ratio, mampu turun dengan Kisaran persentase penurunan sebar 0,19% - 0,25%. Maka dapat disimpulkan penyaluran zakat produktif dapat mengurangi tingkat kesenjangan pendapatan mustahik zakat produktif.Kata kunci: Zakat, Kemiskinan, Kesenjangan Abstract. Aceh Province as an area with special authority for the implementation of Islamic law, gives the authority to distribute zakat through non-structural institutions Baitul Mal Based on Qanun Number 10 of 2007. The right distribution of productive zakat is one of the targets of achievement in reducing poverty in urban areas. For this reason, the distribution of productive zakat needs to be examined in a specific study in an effort to reduce poverty in the city of Banda Aceh. This study uses multiple regression methodology by placing productive amil zakat performance as a moderating variable. which reduces poverty. Sampling was carried out as many as 100 people mustahik productive zakat in the micro business group in 2017. Based on the results of the study found that the amount of productive zakat, income, and performance of amil significantly influence the decrease of the poverty level of mustahik zakat in the city of Banda Aceh. The decline in poverty which is indicated by the income gap ratio, is able to decrease with the range of the percentage spread of 0.19% - 0.25%. So it can be concluded that the distribution of productive zakat can reduce the level of inequality in productive zakat income. Keywords: Zakat, Poverty, Gap

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efektifitas pungutan sumber Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), yaitu pajak daerah, retribusi daerah, laba perusahaan daerah, dan lain-lain pendapatan yang sah yang dikelola oleh Dinas Pendapatan Kota Banda Aceh. Sekaligus juga menganalisis apakah pajak daerah, retribusi daerah, laba perusahaan daerah, dan lain-lain pendapatan yang sah tersebut berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) di kota Banda Aceh. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis rasio efektivitas dan analisis kontribusi. Untuk keperluan analisis digunakan data sekunder dengan periode tahun 2007-2011. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa, secara rata-rata tingkat efektivitas berada pada kategori sangat efektif untuk pajak daerah, efektif untuk retribusi daerah, kurang efektif untuk laba perusahaan daerah, dan sangat efektif untuk lain-lain pendapatan yang sah. Sementara untuk analiss kontribusi, secara rata-rata tingkat kontribusi pajak daerah, retribusi daerah, laba perusahaan daerah, dan lain-lain pendapatan yang sah berada pada kategori baik untuk pajak daerah, sedang untuk retribusi daerah, sangat kurang untuk laba perusahaan daerah, dan sedang untuk lain-lain pendapatan yang sah. Kata kunci: Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Efektifitas, dan Kontribusi. Abstract. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the collection of sources of Regional Original Revenue (PAD), namely local taxes, regional levies, regional company profits, and other legitimate income managed by the Banda Aceh City Revenue Service. At the same time, it also analyzes whether local taxes, regional levies, regional company profits, and other legitimate income contribute to increasing PAD in Banda Aceh. Data analysis used in this study is effectiveness ratio analysis and contribution analysis. For the purposes of analysis, secondary data is used for the period 2007-2011. The results of this study reveal that, on average, the level of effectiveness is in the very effective category for local taxes, effective for regional retribution, less effective for regional company profits, and very effective for other legitimate income. While for analyzing contributions, on average the level of contribution of local taxes, regional retribution, regional company profits, and other legitimate income is in the category of good for local taxes, moderate for regional retribution, very less for regional company profits, and medium for other legitimate income.Keywords: Regional Original Income, Effectiveness, and Contributions.

Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana minat masyarakat Kota Banda Aceh terhadap kartu kredit, untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat Masyarakat Kota Banda Aceh terhadap kartu kredit Bank. Penelitian dilakukan di Kota Banda Aceh yang meliputi para nasabah kartu kredit Bank yang terdapat di Kota Banda Aceh.yaitu Nasabah Bank sebagai berikut; (1). Bank BRI, (2). Bank BNI, (3). Bank Mandiri, (4). Maybank, (5). Bank BCA, (6). Bank Danamon, (7). Bank Bukopin, (8). Bank Permata, (9). Bank Panin. Dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 270 orang responden. Berdasarkan uji KMO and Bartlett’s test diperoleh nilai approx. Chi-Square sebesar 717.400 pada df = 21 dengan tingkat probabilitas sebsar 0,000, sehingga semua variabel yang dijadikan indikator sebagai penelitian ini dijadikan acuan oleh masyarakat Kota Banda Aceh untuk memiliki kartu kredit Bank. Faktor yang paling dominan yang menimbulkan minat masyarakat terhadap kartu kredit secara berurutan adalah dimensi kebudayaan, dimensi sosial, dimensi pribadi, dimensipsikologis, dimensi chievement, dimensi power dan dimensi affiliation. Kata kunci: Minat Masyarakat, Kartu Kredit Bank, Kota Banda Aceh. Abstract. The purpose of this study was to find out how the interest of the people of Banda Aceh City on credit cards, to find out the factors that influence the interest of the Banda Aceh City Community towards the Bank's credit card. The research was carried out in the city of Banda Aceh which included the customers of the Bank's credit card in the City of Banda Aceh. That is the Bank Customer as follows; (1). Bank BRI, (2). BNI Bank, (3). Bank Mandiri, (4). Maybank, (5). Bank BCA, (6). Bank Danamon, (7). Bank Bukopin, (8). Bank Permata, (9). Panin Bank. With the number of respondents as many as 270 respondents. Based on the KMO and Bartlett's test the values obtained were approx. Chi-Square is 717,400 at df = 21 with a probability level of 0,000 so that all the variables used as indicators for this study are used as references by the people of Banda Aceh to have a Bank credit card. The most dominant factors that cause public interest in credit cards in the sequence are cultural dimensions, social dimensions, personal dimensions, psychological dimensions, achievement dimensions, power dimensions, and affiliation dimensions.Keywords: Community Interest, Bank Credit Cards, Banda Aceh City.

Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan konsultatif dan tuntutan tugas terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan di PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Cabang Banda Aceh dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan dan tuntutan tugas tehadap komitmen organisasi karyawan di PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Cabang Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Cabang Banda Aceh. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Cabang Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini akan menyajikan tentang bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan dan tuntutan tugas, terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Cabang Banda Aceh, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 47 orang. Berdasarkan hasil uji-F (simultan) menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel yang diteliti mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan komitmen karyawan PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Cabang Banda Aceh dengan nilai Fhitung> Ftabel, pada tingkat signifikansi = 5%. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t (secara parsial) variabel yang sangat signifikan berpengaruh terhadap komitmen karyawan PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Cabang Banda Aceh adalah variabel tuntutan tugas dengan diperoleh nilai thitung lebih besar dibandingkan dengan variabel kepemimpinan konsultatif mempunyai nilai thitung yang lebih kecil.Kata kunci: Tuntutan Tugas, Kepemimpinan dan Komitmen Organisasi.  Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of consultative leadership style and task demands on organizational commitment of employees at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Banda Aceh Branch and to find out how much influence leadership and the demands of the task of employee organizational commitment at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Banda Aceh Branch. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Banda Aceh Branch. The object of this research is all employees at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Banda Aceh Branch. This study will present how the influence of leadership and the demands of the task, on organizational commitment of employees at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Banda Aceh Branch, with a total of 47 respondents. Based on the results of the F-test (simultaneous), it shows that all the variables studied have a significant effect on increasing the commitment of employees of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Banda Aceh Branch with a value of Fcount> Ftable, at a significance level = 5%. Based on the results of the t-test (partially) the variables that have a significant effect on the commitment of the employees of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Banda Aceh Branch is a task demand variable with a t-count value greater than the consultative leadership variable having a smaller t-count value.Keywords: Task demands, leadership and organizational commitment.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini diharapkan berpengaruh terhadap Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Biaya Operasional Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO) terhadap Return on Asset (ROA) sebagai proksi Kinerja Keuangan perbankan syariah di Indonesia periode 2014- 2016. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 11 bank syariah di Indonesia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk periode tahun 2014-2016, dan sampel diperoleh sebanyak 33 bentuk 11 bank dan 3 periode keuangan repo 2014-2016 dengan purposive sampling. Metode Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan Software SPSS versi 16.0 Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel FDR dan CAR tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA, sedangkan variabel BOPO memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA. Kemampuan prediktif dari ketiga variabel pada ROA sebesar 72,3%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam model riset.Kata kunci: Financial Performance, Return on Assets, Financing to Deposit Ratio, Capital Adequacy Ratio, BOPO Abstract. This research is supposed the effect Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), (BOPO) Operating Expenses to Operating Income to Return on Asset (ROA) as a proxy of the Financial Performance of Islamic banking in Indonesia period 2014- 2016. The population in this study was 11 Islamic Bank in Indonesia in asset listed on Bursa Efek Indonesia for the period years 2014-2016, and the sample is got as 33 forms 11 banking and 3 periods financial report of 2014-2016 by purposive sampling method. The data analyses employed the use of multiple linear regression with Software SPSS version 16.0. The result from this study indicates that variable Financing to Deposit Ratio and Capital Adequacy Ratio has not significant influences on ROA, while BOPO variable has significant influences on ROA. Predictive ability of the three variables on the ROA of 72,3%, while the rest is influenced by other factors not included in the research model.Keywords: Financial Performance, Return on Assets, Financing to Deposit Ratio, Capital Adequacy Ratio, BOPO

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini tentang karakter pemimpin dan hubungannya dengan kinerja karyawan PDAM Tirta Daroy Cabang Sultan Iskandar Muda Kota Banda Aceh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dua metode yaitu studi kepustakaan (library research) dan studi lapangan (field research. Melalui studi lapangan Peneliti melaksanakan melalui dua teknik yaitu; pengamatan (observasi), yaitu cara pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan melihat dan terjun langsung pada rutinitas yang terjadi pada PDAM Tirta Daroy Cabang Sultan Iskandar Muda Kota Banda Aceh dan melalui wawancara (interview), yaitu dengan mengadakan wawancara dengan staff-staff PDAM Tirta Daroy Cabang Sultan Iskandar Muda Kota Banda Aceh. Hasil penelitian didapati karakter pemimpin PDAM Tirta Daroy Cabang Sultan Iskandar Muda termasuk ke dalam pemimpin yang kurang ideal. Masihnya kurangnya kedisiplinan yang diterapkan oleh pemimpin karena pada saat mengamati keadaan kantor, masih terdapat beberapa karyawan yang datang terlambat. Upaya–upaya yang dapat dilakukan oleh pemimpin PDAM Tirta Daroy Cabang Sultan Iskandar Muda untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan adalah pemberian kompensasi kepada karyawan, program pembinaan karyawan, melaksanakan pengawasan langsung dan pengembangan serta peremajaan karyawan.Kata kunci: Karakter Pemimpin, Kinerja Karyawan. Abstract. This research is about the character of the leader and its relation to the performance of PDAM Tirta Daroy Branch of Sultan Iskandar Muda of Banda Aceh City. source collection using two methods, literature study (library research) and field study (field research) Through field study researchers perform through two techniques, namely: observation the way source collection is done by looking and plunge directly into the routine that occurs on PDAM Tirta Daroy Branch of Sultan Iskandar Muda Banda Aceh City and through interviews, by conducting interviews with PDAM Tirta Daroy staffs Branch of Sultan Iskandar Muda Banda Aceh City. The results of the research were found to be the leader of PDAM Tirta Daroy Branch of Sultan Iskandar Muda belonging to in less ideal leaders Still lack of discipline applied by the leader because at the time of observing the office situation, there are still some employees who arrived late. Apples that can be done by PDAM Tirta Daroy Branch of Sultan Iskandar Muda to improve employee performance is a compensation, employee guidance programs, direct supervision and development and employee rejuvenation.Keywords: The Caracter of the Leader, Performances.
