The development of network technology, especially networking security system, demands the security system to evolve. Honeyd is honeypot with low interaction type which has smaller risk than high interaction type. It is because the interaction to honeypot does not directly engage with the real system. In this research, honeyd is integrated with iptables implemented to local network by trying several attacks, such as scanning host, DoS, and Ddos. From the result of honeyd log, the gained information data is processed with honeyd-viz and is expected to become an inputand solution to decide the security policy in network and make the system safer. The experiment showed that honeyd was able to detect the attack by Netscan android by doing scanning host in network. In Ddos attack experiment using Loic, average cpu load before the attack was 15.25%, while after the attack cpu load was 45.98%, and after attack deflection the cpu load was 30.83%.ÂÂ

Food security is a cross-cutting issue which has become a national issue as the impact of food insecurity in several regions in Indonesia. Food Logistics Systems focuses on determining the location of the farm, to delivery points and distribution centers of commodities that can improve system performance food logistics. In this case some of the factors considered, commodities, the offender and logistics service provider, Transportation, policies and regulations and food logistics. The integration of SD and GIS (SDS) involved in producing the model output as input for policy formulation in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of logistics in the food supply chain. The results of the dynamic system model scenario will be visualized using GIS as a basis for decision-making related to increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of logistics in the food supply chain, so as to enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of food logistics in the future.

Stock is one instrument that is traded in the capital market. Investment in the form of shares can also offer enormous profit, even though it is highly risky in the investment especially on weekly stock trade.; Based on this reason, a system is developed to help take action in transactions whether to buy, sell or hold the stock. This analysis system uses technical and fundamental approach by applying Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ). This research uses five inputs taken from technical analysis, namely: Open Price, High Price, Low Price, Close Price, and Volume. One more input from the fundamental approach is Last Price. This system test indicated 72% accuracy on the transaction actions.

At present technology, specifically in telecommunication sector, develops very rapidly, and mainly adopts Internet Protocol (IP) to support the communication network. In IP networks it involves voice communication commonly called Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). It the development of telephone communication using IP networks as paths of data transfer. As it is an open source, its network security becomes a crucial issues in VoIP. One of the ways to cope with the security problems is to adopt Intenet Protocol Security (IPSec) in VoIP networks. The communication trials used two different bandwidths – 375 kbps and minimum bandwidth standard – codec G.711 u. The result of the analysis showed that the trial using minimum bandwidth standard – codec G.711 u was not suitable to be applied in VoIP IPSec network, as in average it had package loss by 58.75%. Accordingly, the VoIP IPSec networks with 375 kbps bandwidth were more superior. In average, with delay rate (3,4956 ms), jitter (6,8894 ms) and package loss (0,00%). In conclusion, VoIP IPSec networks requires large bsndwidth, i.e. : minimally 375 kbps in its operation.

People nowadays mostly use mobile device for their daily needs such as for playing game, Smartphone with android OS because they can play it anywhere. The game of Adventure Gyro was about the adventure of a child to save animal. The writer intended to make game as entertainment media because this contained message to save animal in our surroundings using rational unified process (RUP) model that consist of some phases such as; inception, elaboration, construction, transition. The early design of game was made in first phase, inception. The further design of game plot was conduction in elaboration phase. Then, game was made for sure in construction phase. The next was transition phase to test the game. After test conducted, the questionnaire on adventure gyro was given to 30 users who tried this game. From the result, it was found that the usability of this game was 85%, information quality was 79%, and interaction quality was 75%. Therefore, it can be concluded that this game is proper to be used.

The Ministry of Education Indonesia held a national examination for high school students every year with the aim of assessing the achievement of competency standards on specific subjects nationally and as the basis of selection into the next education level. Fraud in paper-based implementation of National Examination often found, although it can not be completely eliminated but it can be minimized. National Exam-based computer is one of the policies that can be used to reduce the risk of fraud or violations committed by students, teacher, schools and others who intentionally used for a particular purpose. National Exam-based computer will also improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the budget, because it does not use paper media that will be replaced with computer media and its oversight will be easier. In this research scenario will be simulated implementation of National Examination using a computer-based modeling of dynamic systems. Hopefully, through modeling of dynamic systems can be known factors that cause fraud or breach, as well as a variable in the National Exam that can be analyzed to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the budget, so the goal of the National Examination can be achieved in order to improve the quality of education in Indonesia.

Indonesia is one of countries that produces several types of tobacco. Almost 80% tobacco produces is used of cigarette industry. Tobacco leaves slicing into small cuts is one of the process of cigarette production. The cutting process of tobacco requires Cut Cell which is able to cut tobacco into small pieces. Contol is required in the process of making cut cell to set the quality of the blade. The quality control often has problem in determining the Cut Cell quality. The problem is the length of time needed in determining the quality. In this fast paced era, the Quality Control is demanded to be able to determine the cut cell quality quickly and accurately. To support this need from the Quality Control, a system that can be used to determine the cut cell quality which has fast output result. The research process is started with collecting the system needs, followed by system designing, then system making, and system test. The system designing is initiated by preparing the test data and training data which are going to be used for the making and testing of the system. RADIAL BASIS FUNCTION consist of several calculation processes. The first process is the process of center search of each variable using K-MEANS method. Aftar the center is found, the deviation standard of each variable is calculated. The second process is setting the GAUSSIAN matrix of every group found. The third process is the process of new weight and bias values search by doing pseudo-inverse GAUSSIAN matrix multiplication. The forth process is classification in which this process sets out the classication result by multiplying the value of GAUSSIAN matrix and new weight and bias applying network output formula. The experiment done to 75 experiment data which are compared to manual data as the reference result 12 different data, thus it can be concluded that the accuracy level of this system is 84 %.
