Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Emotional Intelligence, Education and  Career  Levels  Of  Performance  (sales  marketing  case  study  on  PT  Astra International Daihatsu Branch Tangerang) using a descriptive approach Kuantitatif Sampel this peneliian employee sales force in PT Astra International Daihatsu Branch Tangerang. Using the questionnaire and SPSS analysis. These results indicate that the EQ variable has a positive and significant impact on employee performance variable partial  test  results  (test  T),  0.021  <0.05,  Pendididkan  rate  does  not  affect  the performance of employees with a partial test (t test) 0.452> 0.05 and career do not affect the performance of employees with a partial test (t test) 0.095> 0.05.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of locus of control on operational strategy and performance of UKM in districts muna to the environment as a moderator variable. This research data is the primary data obtained through a questionnaire given to entrepreneurs traditional weaving in Lohia and Kontunaga in Muna district. The results showed that the locus of control significantly influence the operational strategies of UKM, but have a negative relationship. This happens because the weaving entrepreneurs still have the belief that there are outside forces that can control the things that happen in life as their chance and luck. The results also show that the interaction of locus of control and environmentally significant effect on the operational strategy of UKM. This means that the environment of uncertainty faced by employers weaving cause uncertain situation for employers weaving to make operational strategy. The results also show that the locus of control have a significant effect on the performance of UKM, and interaction locus of control and the environment also have a significant effect on the performance of UKM. Locus of control is a significant negative effect on the performance of UKM indicate that employers are still weaving industry has knowledge of the weaving industry for generations and very weak in taking the initiative for the development of the weaving industry so that the performance of UKM has declined.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Local Own Revenue, Revenue Sharing, General Allocation Funds, Other Local Revenues, and Personnel Expenditure affect the Capital Expenditure Budget District / City Government on the island of Sumatera. The population in this study is the district / city governments in Sumatra 2009-2013. By using purposive sampling method, of 151 regencies / cities in Sumatra obtained a sample of 122 district / city. This research is a quantitative research using secondary data. Testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression with t test, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that the Local Own Revenue, Revenue   Sharing,   General   Allocation   Funds   significant   affect   Budget   Capital Expenditure, Other Local Revenue no effect on the Budget Capital Expenditure, while personnel expenditure have a significant effect but with a negative direction.

Abstract

In the year 1990s through the UPPKS group loan assistance from the venture capital fund Mandiri Foundation is growing very rapidly. The scheme was launched when it was Skim Takesra and Kukesra. By the year 1997 the number of UPPKS groups have approached the amount of 700 thousand groups throughout Indonesia. With the end of the cooperation between the BKKBN with Independent Fund Foundation, the scheme Takesra Kukesra Mandiri has not renewed. For a few years later there is vacuum venture capital assistance so that in 2003-2004 was started on social assistance or loan capital of the state budget funds. Overview of this study to identify the knowledge of program managers to access  capital  sources,  identify  readiness  range  of  capital  sources  to  implement  the existing schemes and identify ways to increase access to capital UPPKS group. The design of this research is descriptive qualitative. The informants method consists of the Field KS, financial institutions, agencies, both public and private capital, field officers and UPPKS group. The techniques used in this study is the determination of the informant sample group (sample group). In this study data collection used three techniques, namely: engineering FGD (Focus Group Discussion), in-depth interviews (depth interview) and documentation. The results of this study concluded that (1) Policy and commitment: MOU with BRI and pawnshops in 3 locations are still the way that the mortgage due in accordance with the commitment, (2) the availability of capital, namely the cooperation between the Ministry of cooperatives and SMEs with Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI ) through the Business Credit (KUR), and cooperation between the State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) with the banks. (3) Knowledge capital: Lack of socialization provided by financial institutions that have SME programs so that people in general do not know the program. (4) Source informant capital: promotion of the dissemination of leaflets and brochures as well as participate in completing activities at key moments such as the exhibition of products with the PKK, product promotion meetings by the Department of Institutions se Mojokerto and others. (4) Management UPPKS group: if the source of the capital of the central BKKBN is not there then they will find it hard to obtain capital relief and will seek the assistance loans from other financial institutions.

Abstract

This  study aims  to  test  and  prove  empirically transformational  leadership, motivation and organizational culture with the device performance of the village in Temon Kulon Progo. The research method used survey method. The subjects were village. The total population of this study are 185 respondents, while the total sample of 130 respondents. Method of sampling techniques with non-random sampling with proportional random sampling technique. Data are analyzed using simple linear regression tool. The results of the reseerch are: (a). There is a positive effect of transformational leadership at the Village performance; (b). There is positive effect Motivation Performance with the Village and (c) .There is a positive influence organizational culture with a performance of the village in Temon Kulon Progo.

Abstract

His study aimed to determine empirically the retail mix in small business retail, that includes Physical Facilities Merchandising, pricing, promotion, services and Organization/Personil, as a predictor of the performance of small retail businesses and competitive advantage. The method used in sampling was purposive sampling, a total of280  respondents  drawn  at  small  retail  businesses  in  Tangerang.  The  data  analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), using by LISREL versi 8.8 are need to test the hypothesis. The results showed, retail mix small business strategy that includes Physical Facilities Merchandising, services and Organization/Personil can be used to predict the performance of retail, which means that the research hypothesis tested. While  pricing,  promotion  can  not  be  used  to  predict  the  performance  of  retail. Furthermore, the  retail  business  performance  can  be used  to  predict  the competitive advantage.  Through  these  results  can  be  material  for  the  attention  of  small  retail businesses to keep improving the combination of retail mix, either already affect or not affect the performance of the business, because through good performance can affect the competitive advantage for retailers in running the business.

Abstract

PSP3 (village development initiators of young academicians) program is intended to accelerate development through the role of youth, especially young people in villages, in various public activities. These activities can affect the dynamic of villagers’ lives, develop youth potentially, and increase the welfare of the youth and the elderly in villages. The research was conducted at Prongil Village, Tinada Subdistrict, and at Kuta Jungak Village, Siempat Ribe Subdistrict, Pakpak Bharat District, from May until July,2015. It was about PSP3 in village development in Pakpak Bharat District, using survey method. The role of PSP3 in people’s income organized by PSP3 was analyzed by using independent paired t-test and the role of PSP3in the level of people’s knowledge and skills in farming, especially in red chili agribusiness, was analyzed by using correlation test. The result of the research showed that people’s income organized by PSP3 increased which was indicated by the average income of Rp. 951.67 before the program was conducted became Rp. 1435.85 after the program was conducted. The increase in people’s income varied, from Rp. 300,000 until Rp. 650,000. The result of correlation test showed that the role of youth in improving people’s knowledge and skills in farming, especially in red chili agribusiness, had significant correlation as follows: correlation of the level of knowledge and skill with independence  was at p-value of 0.185 > 0.05 which indicated that there was significant correlation. P-value in knowledge and skill with assistance =0.000<0.05 which indicated that there was significant correlation and p-value assistance with independence = 0.006 < 0.05 which indicated that there was significant correlation. The conclusion of the research was that there was the role of youth in improving people’s knowledge and skill after PSP3 program was conducted and after there was the assistance from PSP3 personnel in farming, especially in red chili agribusiness.

Abstract

This case study was conducted to know the ratio of corporate income tax using the rates of Income Tax article 17, paragraph 2 and the rates of Income Tax article 4, paragraph 2 of Law Number 36 of 2008 on Income Tax and the impact acquired by corporate from the application of both of these rates. The results of this case study showed that the calculation of corporate income tax using Income Tax Article 17, paragraph 2 of Law Number 36 of 2008 had a positive impact for the corporate.

Abstract

The atmosphere of retail shall fucntion as kind of stmuli that will attract the visitor to decide which store to choose. Further, it was aimed to evoke the desire of visitors to purchase and create transaction.the purpose of this study was to determine the impact of atmosphere of the retail on the intention to buy among visitors. Explanatory research and survey researh was conducted by spreading 100 questionaires to visitors. The result of the study found that (1) according to partially colour and displayhave significant influence toward intention to  buy, and partially cleanness, music, smell, temperature, and lighting did not have significant influence toward intention to  buy, and (2) in a manner of simulate the retail atmosphere has significant influence toward intention to buy
