Abstract

The development of technology today is very rapid and many innovations created such as administrative information systems have been used by many parties, both organizations and educational institutions. Especially at elementary level educational institutions that still use manual administrative information systems, therefore, to help administrators and teachers in matters relating to the SPP Payment Process and Student Abstentions which are more effective and efficient by using an sms gateway based application. In addition, there is still a lack of information from the school to parents or guardians of students regarding payment transactions and information on arrears in tuition fees and student attendance. Abstract

Security in public parking facilities can be increased by adding the vehicle plate number to the parking receipt. This aims to prevent misidentification when the vehicle exits the parking facility due to negligence of the vehicle owner or the purpose of an irresponsible party. The license plate number can be printed on the parking receipt by extracting the characters from the vehicle image which is generally acquired at the parking entrance portal. The character extraction process can be done using the Optical Character Recognition method using the Tesseract library. Tesseract is the most accurate Optical Character Recognition library in its recognition, so that the extraction process can produce vehicle license plate text with minimal errors.

Abstract

Credit is a major part of financing economic activity. Credit is an important activity for cooperatives, because credit is a source of funds for cooperatives. Prior to commencement of lending activities, a good and thorough analysis is needed of all aspects of credit that can support the credit granting process, in order to prevent credit risks and irregularities, one of which is bad credit. Therefore it is necessary to have a system that can support decision making in providing credit. With the decision support system created, it is hoped that it can help the chairman of the cooperative in analyzing credit and reducing the level of bad credit in the cooperative. In the assessment, a good mechanism is needed, one of which can be done by using the weighted product (WP) method. The weighted product (WP) method uses multiplication to relate the attribute rating, where each attribute rating must first be ranked with the attribute weight in question. From the end result of the research conducted for the provision of credit is whether or not cooperative members deserve credit.

Abstract

In recent years, most people use their free time to visit several places, namely traveling. People travel using suitcases and backpacks to keep their luggage. Everyone requires security and comfort when they travel because security is very important for the Traveler. However, losing items often confuse a person since the person must be worried and wants to be able to find the lost items as soon as possible. The security system in this suitcase is also still conventional where people still maintain the contents of the suitcase only by using padlock as security some are already using a combination of numbers but can still lose. As reposted by many Lost and Founds facilities airports, incidents of loss of goods often occur and the found suitcases are broken into using pointy objects. Therefore, to overcome these problems, a system is created to become a solution to secure suitcases. This suitcase security system uses RFID which can open the suitcase lock and use GPS Tracking to find out the coordinates of the suitcase. This system can provide information when the suitcase is opened by force and can also find out the current location of the suitcase to the smartphone

Abstract

Trade in the modern era currently uses a system of buying and selling not directly face-to-face but only with one finger and in one right is not limited by space and time which is commonly called online trading and online transactions in one place, namely the website and there are very many types of marketplaces as long as technology continues to develop and changes in the quality of technology continue, in this study the author wants to show the use of the Facebook marketplace in the business world, showing an increase in economic growth for every group and age by utilizing technology provided by Facebook, the results of This research shows the quality of the selection of the Facebook marketplace as a site that is quite busy being used by many people today as the most accessible and friendlier marketplace.

Abstract

Cryptography is a security tool used to hide a message. For that we need a security by means of encryption and decryption of data using cryptographic algorithms Rivest Code 2 (RC2). In the cryptographic algorithms Rivest Code 2 (RC2), designed in java programming netbeans which include the ability to operate directly for RC2 algorithm implemented by mode. Specifications architectures and languages into a specified algorithm implementation does not yet support 64-bit operating efficiently. Therefor, instead of using two 64-bit registers as in RC2, RC2 uses four 32-bit registers. Because it uses four registers there will be two rotation operation on each half-round there, and it will also be a lot of bits that will be used to affect the number of bits that are rotated. This multiplication operation is very effective in producing the effect of diffusion or which of course resulted in the deployment of more secure RC2. Abstract

The computer is a sophisticated technology that is widely used for now, a lot of work that used to use manual processes, has now been replaced by a computerized system, one example is the process of evaluating answers to essay tests online, the process of evaluating answers to essay tests that the authors currently use is by using the Tf-Idf text mining algorithm, which application system is a model for evaluating the essay test answers for prospective employees at PT. Siloam Hospitals TB Simatupang. The aim is to accelerate the process of evaluating essay test answers to prospective employees at PT. Siloam Hospitals TB Simatupang. In order to make the same frequency between several words in the sentence that can be used Term Frequency equation, Term Frequency is a factor that can determine word weight based on the number of word frequencies in each document, 4 sample essay questions are taken , the results can be if the prospective employee correctly solved the problem and the result or the value of the equation is 1, the value obtained by the prospective employee is 100: 4 = 25. From the results of the study that the essay test assessment system using text mining methods has worked well in the application Essay examination trials show the suitability of the assessment in the application with  the scores made by HRD with an average of 73.51%
