Abstract

This study aims to determine whether tax audits and tax sanctions affect taxpayer compliance at BPPKAD Grobogan Regency. The population in this study were taxpayers registered at BPPKAD Grobogan Regency. Samples were taken as many as 76 respondents using the Probability Sampling method, namely random sampling because the sampling of members of the population was done randomly without paying attention to the existing strata and in the population. Meanwhile, data collection using a questionnaire. The results of the analysis show that the tax audit has a positive effect on the compliance of taxpayers with the t value is greater than the t table, namely 2.966> 1.665 with a significance level of 0.004 and taxation sanctions have a positive effect on the compliance of taxpayers with the t value is greater than the t table, namely 5.992> 1,665 with a significance level of 0,000.

Abstract

The Dividend Payout Ratio is very important for shareholders in investment decisions. This study aims to analyze the factors affecting the DPR in companies indexed LQ45 for the period 2018-2019. The factors examined in this study are the CR, debt to equity ratio, return on assets, firm size, net profit margin, asset growth, sales growth, and earnings per share. This research examines companies with the LQ45 index that publish financial reports in rupiah currency during the 2018-2019 period. Based on www.idx.co,id data, there are 38 companies. This research used saturated sampling method and data analysis method employed multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that return on assets is the most dominant factor affecting the Dividend Payout Ratio in companies indexed LQ45. Meanwhile, CR, debt to equity ratio, firm size, net profit margin, asset growth, sales growth, and earnings per share have no effect on the DPR.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence and factors that cause low school year expectancy, life expectancy, purchasing power, and the number of poor people on economic growth in Banten Province. This study uses data from 2014 to 2019. The method used in this study is the panel data analysis method with theapproach Random Effect Model. The result of panel data analysis shows that the variable of school duration expectancy, life expectancy, purchasing power, and the number of poor people simultaneously influence economic growth in Banten Province. Partially, the variable expectation of school years and people's purchasing power has a significant positive effect on economic growth in Banten Province, the variable life expectancy has a significant positive effect on economic growth in Banten Province and the number of poor people has a significant negative effect on economic growth in Banten Province.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of EPS and DPS on the share price of Bank Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) Banks from 2012 to 2019 obtained from the websites of each bank. The method applied is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 21. This research shows that EPS has a simultaneous effect on stock prices with a significance of 0.03 < 0.05, then the first hypothesis is accepted. DPS has no partial effect on stock prices with a significance of 0.647 > 0.05, so the second hypothesis is rejected. Then simultaneously, EPS and DPS have an effect on stock prices with a significance value of 0.009 < 0.05, the third hypothesis is accepted. The coefficient of determination test results show that the share price is influenced by the variable EPS and DPS of 23.7%, the rest is influenced by other ratios that have not been examined in this study of 76.3%.

Abstract

The Faculty of Economics and Business Islamic University of Nahdlatul Ulama Jepara, three years ago has given soft skills training to new students. Therefore, to find out the effectiveness of these activities then need to evaluation student’s soft skill. Evaluation is done by giving questionnaires to respondents that contain statements relating to the attributes of soft skills. Soft skill attributes used in this study include five attributes: critical thinking, creativity, team work, communication skills and time management. The population of this research is 1.287 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business for the year 2015/2016 to 2017/2018, using the Slovin formula with alpha 10%, a sample of 93 students was obtained. Data analysis in this study uses descriptive statistics then the categorization of soft skiil capabilities was carried out.The method of determining the category of students' soft skills is based on the calculation of the highest average with the lowest average. The results of the study show that the five soft skill attributes examined are in the very good category. Students of the 2016 Faculty of Economics and Business have better soft skills than students in 2015 and 2017. Based on existing majors, students majoring in management have better soft skills than accounting and Islamic economics.

Abstract

PT Bank Bukopin acquisition by KB Kookmin Bank make it necessary for the writer to analyze the financial performance of PT Bank Bukopin based on CAMELs principles. This study aims to find out the health level of PT Bank Bukopin in terms of capital, asset quality, management, earning, and liquidity.This study uses a descriptive quantitative method of case study, using secondary data from Indonesia Stock Exchange and processed by testing credibility and data narrative.From the results of PT Bank Bukopin research in 2017-2019 shows that finalcial performance by CAMELs principles in 2017 was categorized as unhealthy, in 2018 was categorized as unhealthy, and in 2019 was categorized as unhealthy.

Abstract

AbstractThe existence of Gunung Mulia Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Grenden Village, Puger District, Jember Regency, provides an economic contribution whose strength is tremendous in improving the economy of the village community. This BUMDes is one of the village institutions which is engaged in the economic, social and cultural fields that accommodates the aspirations of the community which are then used in planning for development. Both economic, social and cultural development. The existence of BUMDes which certainly plays an important role in the village economy, of course every activity carried out is appreciated and fully supported by the community. The existence of BUMDes itself has been regulated in law and is indeed an institution from the village, but its management is separated by the village so that BUMDes has its own work plans and programs in developing the economy and increasing the potential of the village which later aims to create an independent village. The economic activities carried out by BUMDes include the creative economy by developing the potential of the village such as the existence of UMKM or the Sore Market, and working with various parties to create new economic activities, and other activities related to non-economics, namely moving in the cultural field. This economic institution is a form of institutionalization of the economic structure in the village with various changes in various aspects of community life.Keywords: creative economy, economic cooperations, regional autonomy, village institutions, village-owned enterprisesAbstrakKeberadaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Gunung Mulia yang berada di Desa Grenden Kecamatan Puger Kabupaten Jember memberikan sumbangsih ekonomi yang kekutannya sangat luar biasa meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat desa. BUMDes ini merupakan salah satu lembaga desa yang bergerak dalam bidang ekonomi, sosial dan budaya yang menampung aspirasi masyarakat untuk kemudian digunakan dalam melakukan perencanaan dalam melakukan pembangunan . Baik pembangunan ekonomi, sosial serta budaya. Keberadaan BUMDes yang tentunya berperan penting dalam perekonomian desa tentunya setiap kegiatan yang dilakukan diapresiasi dan didukung penuh oleh masyarakat . Keberadaan BUMDes sendiri sudah diatur dalam hukum dan memang merupakan lembaga dari desa akan tetapi pengelolaannya terpisah oleh desa sehingga BUMDes memiliki rencana dan program kerja tersendiri dalam membangun perekonomian dan meningkatkan potensi desa yang nantinya bertujuan menciptkan desa yang mandiri. Kegiatan ekonomi yang dilakukan oleh BUMDes meliputi ekonomi kreatif dengan mengembangkan potensi dari desa tersebut seperti adanya UMKM atau Pasar Sore, dan bekerja sama dengan berbagai pihak untuk menciptakan kegiatan ekonomi baru, dan kegiatan lainnya berkaitan dengan non-ekonomi yakni bergerak dalam bidang budaya. Lembaga ekonomi inilah sebagai wujud dari institusionalisasi struktur ekonomi di desa dengan berbagai perubahannya di berbagai segi kehidupan masyarakat.Kata kunci: badan usaha milik desa, ekonomi kreatif, institusi desa, kerjasama ekonomi, otonomi daerah
