Abstract

In the 21st century, the awareness that customers have a value and that customers prefer quality rather than price, began increasing. The impact is, company started to focus on customer relationships to retain customers and create a loyal customer. In building relationship with customers, some companies use CRM tools to combine customer data with managers. But the conversion process of customer data into customer knowledge is not easy. One of approach to solve the problems of implementation of CRM is to apply knowledge management into the customer relation management in order to not only for maximizing operational area but also streamline the strategic areas through CRM to gain and share knowledge about customer. Successful implementation of CRM is not only supported by the integration of customer knowledge and knowledge management but also need supporting from the organization.

Abstract

GPA is the average value obtained by the student after completing a stage or a combination of more than one stage of learning outcomes assessment. GPA consists of a semester GPA, grade point average, and the Final Grade. Perstasi index can be calculated for each student in person before the actual results issued by the Campus. GPA calculation is very important to know the approximate value derived from each stage of learning outcomes assessment, so that students can take into account the value that should be obtained to obtain the IP had hoped. Microsoft Excel is a software that one of its functions is as a database. Contained in the Microsoft Excel Macro that can automate existing operator or function in Microsoft Excel. Moreover, in the Microsoft Excel also contained Excel Visual Basic for Application (VBA) that can be used to create application programs. This study examines the stages in the creation of index calculation application perstasi (IP) using Macros and VBA to assist students in performing simulation calculations perstasi index (IP) them.

Abstract

In improving funeral service and fulfilling the public demand, there are still a lot of problems in the location site of public cemetery especially in area of Jakarta that need to be fixed. One of the problem is there is probability of overlapping of cemetery to the previous cemetery that is not family related. In addition there is administrative problem and lack of directory or guidance for family or the inheritance for looking the cemetery location accurately. By applying Information System, all data that are manual can be computerized which hopefully can solve all the problems that currently exist so that the service to public in general and the mourning family in particular could be improved.

Abstract

Puskesmas is a functional organization for providing health service which is comprehensive, integrates, equal, reachable and cost friendly for the people. Puskemas emphasizes its service on the optimum level of health to the wider society. To enhance the quality of the services to the public, it is time for a clinic to be supported by a computer application that can help the patients who have to wait with a long queue when they want to get the services from it. Queuing application with web-based system can help the patients by online registration and get the queuing number without come to the clinic before their visit. By this system, the patients can also observe the progress of the queue from the website, take their time to wait in the outside of the clinic and arrange their coming without stay for a longer time before their turn. The clinic itself may apply First Come First Served (FCFS) queuing system which means a patient will get handled until the previous patient is finished. Furthermore, this application will help the clinic officer to manage the existing data in it without keep calling the patients one by one manually. Subsequently, the operator will only press the button in the queuing application to call the next patient

Abstract

PT. Logix System Technology is a foreign investment company (PMA) that performs software implementation and software development in manufacturing industry. According to the number of staffs, this company is categorized as a small company. The company has been finding problems in delivering product to customers. Management wants to improve performance of the delivery process and solve the problems by adopting Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI).The implemetation of CMMI for PT. Logix System Technology is the theme of this research. Products of the research are weaknesses in current running processes of PT. Logix System Technology and their recommended solutions according to CMMI guide. To achieve the desired results, this research has been conducted the following steps: literature studies, data collection by means of direct interview, and analysis. Continuous representation model and CMMI Roadmap have been selected. Assessment was performed by applying appraisal steps in Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI) C. The results are lists of weaknesses of the current running process and their recommended solutions according to CMMI. These results can be used by PT. Logix System Technology to improve their processes.
