<![CDATA[Electric power is the basic human needs in life. In Indonesia, electricity partly served by the State-Owned Company (PLN) and the other using an electric generator engine with its own power as an energy source, such as: the increasing number of industries and companies in the rapidly growing demand PLN electricity supply must be reliable, inexpensive and economical. With the increasing demand for electricity resulted in the development of generation capacity and transmission line / distribution.The distance between plants with consumers so far the distribution of electrical power through a long transmission line is generally in the form of an open airway, causing disturbances on the electrical system the greater the chance of interference. Such defects if left unchecked will lead to substantial fault current and can disrupt electric power distribution to the consumer. Result and analisys In research to improve the performance and reliability of distribution systems by optimizing the determination of optimum mounting location in PT. PLN (Persero) Cabang Dumai Gardu Hubung Ujung Tanjung for the capacitor 3 x 600 kVAr using program ETAP 4.0.0 version accepted in order to obtain a voltage of 17.6 kV irreparable loss and saving power of 553 kW and 817 kVAr.Reliability level of 0.7638 (index value 76%)Keywords: Distribution systems, capacitors, power loss, voltage drop]]>

<![CDATA[Development needs for the changes and development of information systems. Information system development methodology that varies with the advantages and disadvantages of each to make the process of selecting information system development methodology to be not easy.to generate the development of information systems most appropriate for Atma STMIK Luhur, this study provides a structured hierarchy with methods Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), which displays the criteria - criteria for what should be considered in selecting information systems development methodologies. The results of respondent data processing expert with Expert Choice 2000 software indicates that the information system development methodology that works best for Noble STMIK Atma is an object-oriented methodology or OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis and Design) with the weight reached 23.9%. Where an indicator of qualityof service is a priority for improved by using a servqual method that includes five dimensions : Tangibles,Reliability, Responsivenes, Assurance and Emphathy and methods Analitytic Hierarchy Process.Is population information system service quality in the Department of Population and CivilRegistration Muaro Jambi regency was in a state of good, and the criteria which services are still needed.Based on the analysis results with servqual method, all the indicators in the assessment ofservice quality should be improved, in light of the AHP weighting obtained Empathy indicators that havethe highest level of service quality, while Tangibles is the highest indicator of quality of service should beimproved.Key Word : the service quality, servqual, AHP method]]>

<![CDATA[Widespread distribution of sales sites (e-commerce) in the world of internet shopping method led to the start switch of spending directly to shopping over the internet. This is because the efficiency of time and effort, as well as various types of products offered sales site. To support the innovation development of the existing site, then designed a web store that is selling virtual reality for the sale of furniture. Virtual modeling to be made include a furniture store that sells a variety of bedroom set, living room set and kitchen set. In this application, store design and type of item in it is presented in three-dimensional images using Virtual Reality Modeling Language. The web page is displayed with a Java Server Page that will be able to link to some other file formats, such as *. Html and *. Wrl. As for the item or cancellation of orders, made interaction with the data items that have been stored in a MySQL database. This application is a web sales can be an alternative option in the concept of online shopping is backed by a quality visual display item in the web and the ease of interaction between the user with the application. <![CDATA[An industry always expected to operate more efficiently in order to still be able to compete with other industries. One effort efficiency to do is to minimize the number of work stations, especially on the assembly work station path balancing method of production used the method ranked positional weight (RPW). The observations made in the data collection as much as 20 times each station observed and calculated test the adequacy and uniformity of data that can be obtained by standard time. From the data processing method RPW shows increased production efficiency is 35% at the starting position and following a path balancing the production efficiency of up to 83% due to, among others, the incorporation of several work stations where the initial conditions account for 7 stations and after the merger becomes 3 work stations, while initial jobless 2.97 to 0.33 this means that there is a decrease of 2.64 minutes. Initial wait time balance 64.28% to 16.6%, this means that there is a decrease of 47.68%. The balance of the track on the floor CV. <![CDATA[Limitations of mammography database with image coding and the identification of a variety ofcharacteristics, such as pathology, and abnormal breast tissue types, is an issue in the development ofcomputer systems for the diagnosis of breast cancer. IRMA coding system was developed to facilitatecontent-based image retrieval identify (CBIR) as a prototype application in medical diagnostic radiologyimagery. IRMA Code was developed following the network code American College of Radiology (ACR)and data system (BI-RAD). Through IRMA code, obtained standardized code for the type of tissue, thelevel of tumor and lesion description. The results of the code in the form of a character string of no morethan 13 characters (IRMA: YYYY - DDD - AAA - BBB). The code can be extended by introducingcharacters in certain positions code if there is a new modality is introduced. IRMA coding system can beapplied to mammographic Digital Mammogram Image Analysis Society (MIAS). Complete initialinformation from mammography is the basis for the study of medical image breast cancer, while the finalinformation obtained from IRMA coding system can be input for clinicians in decision-making for patientaction.Keywords : Mammography, IRMA coding system, MIAS database]]>

<![CDATA[Perkembangan kebutuhan menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan dan pengembangan sistem informasi. Metodologi pengembangan sistem informasi yang beragam dengan kelebihan dan kekurangannya masing-masing membuat proses memilih metodologi pengembangan sistem informasi menjadi tidak mudah. untuk menghasilkan pengembangan sistem informasi yang paling sesuai untuk STMIK Atma Luhur, penelitian ini memberikan sebuah hirarki yang disusun dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) yang menampilkan kriteria – kriteria apa saja yang harus diperhatikan dalam memilih metodologi pengembangan sistem informasi. Hasil pengolahan data responden ahli dengan perangkat lunak Expert Choice 2000 menunjukkan bahwa metodologi pengembangan sistem informasi yang paling sesuai untuk STMIK Atma Luhur adalah metodologi berorientasi objek atau OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis and Design) dengan bobot mencapai 23,9%. Kriteria level pertama yang paling penting untuk diperhatikan dalam memilih metodologi pengembangan sistem informasi adalah kriteria tahapan pengembangan sistem, dengan bobot mencapai 34,3%.]]>

<![CDATA[Gestational Diabetes Mellitus Diabetes is the kind experienced by women during pregnancy. Theproblems that arise in the treatment is to calculate the dietary levels of patients according to the exactneeds based on nutritional status and physical activity of patients. Hence made a decision support systemfor dietary recommendations for patients with this disease to facilitate the patient's nutrition and caloriecounting is right, and combine various types of foods that are equivalent to the level of patient's diet. Thisapplication uses the K-Nearest Neighbor method to calculate the appropriate dietary recommendationsand the combination diet for patients with this disease. Input data obtained from medical records ofpatients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus and diets of data that comes with the amount of calories,calculation is then performed by finding the shortest distance between the data before the data that will betested.
