Abstract

Abstrak: Pengembangan desain program pelatihan Infografis bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pegawai sebagai Infografer. Keterampilan ini merupakan salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan perusahaan dalam rangka meningkatkan sdm perusahaan. Karena dengan menguasai keterampilan infografis pegawai dapat memiliki kinerja yang lebih efektif dan efisien yang diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Dalam ruang lingkup pekerjaan, keterampilan infografis dapat diimplentasikan dalam berbagai bentuk seperti laporan, bahan presentasi, pamflet atau brosur perusahaan, weekly info, website, dll. Dalam penelitian ini mengambil subjek penelitian di PT Pelindo III (Persero) Surabaya dengan jenjang pegawai manajerial level 9-14. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE. Hasil dari validasi draft desain program pelatihan kepada ahli desain pelatihan diperoleh 93.2% , kepada ahli materi diperoleh 90.4% dan hasil uji coba calon peserta diperoleh 91,9% . Dengan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa draft desain program pelatihan Infografis dikatakan valid dan layak untuk digunakan.Abstract: The development of the infographic training program design aims to improve the skills of employees as infographers. This skill is one of the ways companies can do in order to improve the company's human resources. Because by mastering infographic skills employees can have more effective and efficient performance that is expected to improve company performance. Within the scope of work, infographic skills can be implemented in various forms such as reports, presentation materials, company pamphlets or brochures, weekly info, websites, etc. In this study the subject of research at PT Pelindo III (Persero) Surabaya with managerial level 9-14 levels. This research was conducted using the ADDIE development model. The results of the validation of the draft training program design to the training design experts were obtained 93.2%, 90.4% to the material experts and 91.9% of the prospective participants' trial results. With these results it can be concluded that the draft design of the infographic training program is said to be valid and feasible to use.
