Abstract

Nowdays, information technology has been applied to all sectors in human life and has been used in various fields to support a business processes in order to run faster, accurately and efficiently. PT Bakri Karya Sarana is a company that is engaged in cleaning service provider or outsourcing employee provider that has 470 outsourcing employee in Batam area. In its employee data management, PT Bakri Karya Sarana still has several obstacles in recruiting new prospective employees, registering employee’s attendance, permission, leave, mutation, promotion, demotion, resignation, warning letters, field staff appraisal and employee quality assessment by clients. The purpose of this study is to build a website-based of Staffing Information System at PT Baki Karya Sarana to simplify and minimized the problems happened in Human Resource Development (HRD) division. Framework for the Application of System thinking (FAST) is a methodology of this study. This Staffing Information System was built using notepad++, PHP as a programming language and MySQL as data storage media. This Staffing Information System can assist HRD Division in managing all staffing data, starting from recruiting new prospective employees, performance data collection process and empoyee’s rights until the process of reporting can be done faster and accurately.

Abstract

The readers' acceptance of novels in digital format is an important thing that must be understood, given the huge market potential of the novel. Although digital novels offer many conveniences, not necessarily readers who have enjoyed digital novels will continue to use. So, this study aims to find out whether other factors such as perceived convenience and perceived price as an external factor in the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) also influence the readiness of individuals to continue using digital novels. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The sampling technique uses judgmental sampling, with a sample of 200 digital novel readers. Data analysis used in the statistical analysis of this study is SEM-LISREL. The results of this study indicate that perceived convenience and perceived price together with the variables perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a positive effect on attitude toward using. The attitude toward using has a positive effect on the behavioral intention to use, and the intention to use also has a positive effect on actual system use, where actual system use also has a positive effect on satisfaction when using a digital novel and has implications for the intention to continue using the digital novel.The readers' acceptance of novels in digital format is an important thing that must be understood, given the huge market potential of the novel. Abstract

Pengaturan kecepatan pada motor sinkron menjadi permasalahan pada sebuah operasi motor sinkron. Salah satu metode pengaturan kecepatan motor adalah dengan penambahan kontroler PID. Parameter PID harus dituning dengan baik untuk mendapatkan kecepatan optimal. Salah satu metode penalaan dengan menggunakan metode cerdas berbasis koloni semut. Algoritma Ant Coloni pada prinsipnya mencari sumber makanan berdasarkan jejak feromone yang kemudian secara berkelompok akan mengikuti jejak yang memiliki feromone yang terbesar. Dengan prinsip ini algoritma akan mencari parameter yang paling optimal untuk diisikan pada parameter PID, sehingga didapatkan kendali optimal pada kecepatan Motor sinkron. Hasil optimasi ant colony didapatkan nilai fitness function sebesar 1.8833e+04, dengan 50 kali iterasi yang konvergen pada iterasi ke-10, dan parameter nilai PID yang optimal di mana, parameter P (Proportional) sebesar 0.7431, I (Integral) sebesar 0.3510, dan D (Derivative) sebesar 0.1385. Dengan beberapa case kecepatan pada Motor sinkron, dengan kendali PID Ant Colony didapatkan kinerja system optimal dengan overshoot yang minimum dan settling yang cepat.

Abstract

Determining the right and best school is not easy. We must look for information in the schools that we go to, then compare it and choose which schools are suitable according to the criteria, such as determining which Vocational School in Central Lampung we must determine from different aspects as consideration for reviewing the best Vocational Schools, therefore we use decision support system as the best method of determining Vocational School, Decision Support System is a computer-based interactive system that is able to help decision makers to find the best alternative based on predetermined criteria using the MADM method (Multiple Attribute Decision Making). This method was chosen because it is able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case the intended alternative is to determine the best Vocational High School based on the specified criteria. The study was conducted by looking for weight values for each attribute. Of the five alternatives that are used as the highest sample values there are in the first alternative A1 with a value of 86 that indicates that alternative one is an alternative chosen as the best Vocational School in Central Lampung.

Abstract

The development of globalization that agricultural diindonesia still many problems to be overcome .To help in determining pest disease , it takes the support system decision .A method of  simple additive weighting used to scrutinize pest plant disease corn .This method chosen because it is able to select alternative best of a number of the alternatives .A function of this method that is determine the value of weights to each alternative and kriteria-kriteria the judgment that has been determined .There are seven the criteria used in this research viz: caterpillar leaves, flies seeds, caterpillar agrotis, bulai, blight leaves or the rust leaves, caterpillar tongkol, new leaves and new stems.Of the study were obtained three scores alternative highest namely v1 with the 0,64, v2 with the 0.76 and v5 with the 0,96 and three the alternative elected as an alternative worst expressed meet the criteria pest plant disease corn.

Abstract

Nowadays, technology has a huge impact on helping human working activities. E-HRM practices such as e-recruiting, e-learning, workforce planning, e-income tax, e-salary, mobile absent, etc, can be seen as activities that help the organization to meet their objectives. This study will explain factors HRM effectiveness through UTAUT analysis of E-HRM in the organization. Using a quantitative method, we collect data with a questionnaire at eight companies in Indonesia, Structural Equations Modelling (SEM) being used in this research. We assume that E-HRM will help the organization by increasing its effectiveness.

Abstract

Many cases of rice farmers have difficulty coping with various types of diseases due to lack of knowledge and rarely counseling about the types and characteristics of rice diseases and how to overcome them. and the disease can cause losses to rice farmers. To overcome the above problems, the need to build a system that acts as a tool for rice farmers to analyze diseases that attack rice plants. The system in question is an expert system. The method used is Forward Chaining. From the results of the study, this system of rice disease experts was able to analyze the disease of rice plants based on their symptoms as a substitute tool for an expert. But for the results of the diagnosis can not provide solutions or suggestions that are really appropriate in handling it.

Abstract

sophisticated era, especially in the field of computer inspire for the making of computer application System Expert Diagnosis of Chicken Layer layer Disease. The purpose of this study is to create a website application that can be used by laymen either rural farmers or experts who want to add insight into the various symptoms and diseases that attack livestock. There are 45 symptoms that produce 15 diagnoses of disease caused by viruses and bacteria. The programming language used in the design of this expert system is PHP. Meanwhile for the author database using MySQL. The methodology used to develop software is Waterfall. Meanwhile, to build this expert aplikation writer using a website-based application and the results of this expert application can provide solutions in the form of prevention, how to treatment, and drugs that must be used so as to cope with the disease early on.

Abstract

The internet in this era is a way of communicating the most quickly and effectively in disseminating information. Through the internet, various information can be received using several ways, such as websites, email and others. To determine the success or failure if an application of information technology, a Technology Acceptance Model was developed based on Theory of Reasoned Action to explain and predict the acceptance of technology by users. This model places the factors of attitude, intention and behavior of users by using 2 main input variables, namely usefulness and easy of use. Empirically this model has been shown to provide an overview of the behavior of information technology users, here we analyze to determine the level of acceptance of website usage in modeling the Structural Equations by users identifies through the user’s perceptions and behavior in using the website

Abstract

Dunia pendidikan masih menghadapi tantangan yang cukup mendasar yaitu masalah mutu dan daya saing pendidikan, Penelitian ini menentukan kriteria-kriteria perankingan dan bagaimana menerapkan metode  weighted product  ke dalam Sistem Pendukung Keputusan untuk penilaian hasil belajar mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi jurusan agama islam yang ada di kabupaten  pringsewu. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai  bobot  untuk  setiap  atribut, yang kemudian dilakukan  proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif  yang optimal, yaitu mahasiswa terbaik Berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditetapkan ialah kemampuan berbahasa arab, keahlian membaca alqur-an, mampu menghafal hadits, dan mengerti bahasa international (inggris). Perlu kita ketahui agama islam ada di seluruh dunia maka di haruskan mahasiswa pun mengerti dan memahami bahasa international yang harus di pelajari. Dengan adanya kriteria yang sudah di tetapkan, maka akan diberi beasiswa untuk tidak membayar satu semester tiap kali mendapat satu kali beasiswa. peran dosen sebagai pengajar dalam proses belajar mengajar sangatlah penting bertugas melaksanakan tri dharma perguruan tinggi. Yang meliputi pendidikan dan pengajaran, penelitian dan pengembangan iptek, pengabdian pada masyarakat serta kegiatan penunjang lainnya.
