PT. XYZ is distributor and sales of mobile phone in Palembang city. PT. XYZ is not maximal for giving services to customers where it need more time in purchase order and sale products . There’s no easiness in interaction process between customer and company where company when interacting with customers only by phone and face to face. Information delivery about products, promotions, customers critique and suggestions can not informed quickly. For customer data management by this day can not used and maximized for analysing customers needs and customers purchase behaviors. In the development of this system use Iteration methodology with PHP language programming and MySQL database. The system that is being develop has feature like product order, purchase, critique and suggestions, and live chat that make communication more communicative and interactive. These system also generates customers report, best customers report, transactions report, and best sales product report. E-government at the village Wonokarto a web-based electronic governance aimed at improving the quality of government services to publik. Development e-government is an effort to develop an electronic-based management government in order to improve the quality of public services effectively and efesien.Wonokarto a village be in the district Gadingrejo Pringsewu Lampung regency. During the service in the village Wonokarto still use manual methods so that the public service of information Wonokarto village less than optimal, with this then to solve it in create a new system that could help the government apparatus Wonokarto village in providing information to the public. The process of creation of e-government at the village Wonokarto is done by analyzing analyzing the existing system in the village of Wonokarto, then making a couple of diagrams, namely, DAD (Data Flow Diagrams), DFD (Data Flow Diagram) and Flowchart. Followed by the web designing and database My SQL .E-Government on Wonokarto village is expected to help government personnel in making the letter and provide services to the community and the right information quickly so that people who want to get information, services and potential Wonokarto Village can access via the Internet.

Various types of government programs in poverty alleviation efforts have been widely implemented, but the assistance that reached the hands of the people has not been in accordance with what is expected. One reason is that the determination of the status of poor families as beneficiaries has not been optimal, so that in providing poverty assistance has not been well targeted. Application Development Decision Support System Determination of Poor Family is made by the method used in determining the decision is the method of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). The results of the assessment conducted by the system are given poverty status such as Very Poor, Poor, Vulnerable Poor and Not Poor. SAW method is chosen because it can determine the weight value for each attribute, then proceed with the ranking process that will select the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case the alternatives referred to are families categorized as poor families based on the criteria specified. With the ranking process, the assessment will be more precise because it is based on predetermined criteria and weights, so it will get more accurate results for anyone who is categorized as poor. These results can then form the basis for the TPK (Poverty Reduction Team) team of Tamanmartani villages to determine which families are entitled to receive government funding so that the distribution of aid is targeted.

In the course of employment, the employee is not uncommon to find the problems in the software and hardware used. However, handling the problem by system developers must be done in the initiation and control of the project to be or underway, because recording is still a simple process that affects the performance of the company. This can have a negative impact, ie, there is a risk of problems noted repeatedly, the problem is not an accurate calculation and a long wait to get a report. For the software development process using UML models (The Unified Modeling Language). Done starting from the identification and analysis of problems, requirements analysis, system design, system implementation and testing. PHP and Database Management System (DBMS) MySQL will be used for the preparation of the information system. With the implementation of this application is expected to facilitate the processing of data and generate reports quickly and accurately which can be used for corporate decision-making.

The research is the development of research aims to understand the process of development , conceptual model , physical model of teaching materials electronics skills and effectiveness of teaching materials using program autoplay 7.0 which focus to develop media learning the youth group village Bontopannu Pangkep district . Model of development that is used in this research is a model of the development of ADDIE was done with several tranches is 1). analysis , 2).the design , 3).the development , 4) implementation , 5) evaluation .Learning that media developed , have been validated by two experts by experience that the revision of being used .The trial conducted as many as three times is the trial of individuals , the trial of a group of small and expanded pilot .The results of the analysis response educator shows that learning in the media category of very good .So that it can be concluded that the media learning the result of developing has been responded by a coach or friend peers .The result showed that learning uses the media autoplay 7.0 in engineering maintenance and repair of the telecommunications equipment expressed valid , practical and effective really mature use their experiences in the village Bontopannu Kabupaten Pangkep .The results of a sheet of expert validation of materials with the total value of the average 3.5 be in categories valid and the results of validation media experts with a total value the average 3.23 is at categories valid .Of the results of the analysis response coach and participants training in categories very good , so that expressed the practical use in their experiences .The results of the analysis data the activity of the participants and the participants are categorized as very good , so that it can be declared effective in their experiences.

LIVE City is a smart city concept that can help people manage the available resources efficiently and provide accurate information to the public or agencies in conducting its activities or events that I will expect the unexpected. Smart city is a dream of almost all countries in the world. With LIVE City, a variety of data and information that reside in every corner of the city can be collected via sensors mounted in each corner of the city, were analyzed by the intelligent application, then presented in accordance with the needs of users with applications that can be accessed by a variety of means. Through gadgets, interactive user can also be a source of data, they send information to the data center for use by other users. The aim of this study was to assess the progress and analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the information system LIVE that have been applied using PIECES Framework, as well as to determine whether there is an impression of the level of profit increase in the use of the system so that companies can make follow-up of leads business to face the global challenges. The method used is the method PIECES Analysis Framework, which consists of multiple point analysis, namely: Performance, Informations and Data, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency, and Service. Where each point of the analysis is the evaluation and analysis reference information system. The results showed that the information system is being used by Play already has a number of advantages and strengths that can support operational activities LIVE, but there are also some weaknesses and shortcomings so that the system still needs to be improved LIVE information.

Trade through the internet network is known as electronic commerce has advantages that directly can be useful for Atk Sindoro one that uses the internet to aim to expand the marketing and service through the Internet so as to add value to the Ats Sindoro Shop. In order to customer is done by contacting by phone or go to company, so that takes a long time and hamper customer in doing transaction. Therefore this thesis is made aiming to design a web application program that is used for online ordering activities at Atk Sindoro. This research uses RUP methodology, programming language and database used in making this system is PHP and MySQL. With this system facilitate the process of sale and transaction of consumer ordering.

The purpose of making the library application was to simplify the data seaching process and make the librarian easier such as borrow and return books and to know the late of returning books at the library. Model of Visual Basic (VB) was used in the development of this system. There were some necessary data in making the application such as members,books, borrowers, returning, rack book, and category book. From the data it was expected could be the basis to present the important informasion quicly and accurately. Because the system in saving and manage the data were changed from manual become computerized it was expedted to make the librarian prosess more effective.

Analysis the data used was data analysis qualitative in starting by making data collection, reduction data, and presentation of data and the withdrawal of conclusion. This research using a technique collection, research room namely by data collection through the activities of observation, research, interview documentation to get data clearer in accordance with required in research. In the results of research obtained conclusion on performance counselors religion the ministry of religion in counseling religion in kabupaten pringsewu.The guidance had run quite well where stage the training is do three stages covering guidance, counseling, and lighting. Performance evaluation of among others for the delivery of material, discipline, responsibility, absentee, cooperation. From the study obtained the result that father m.Including extension workers miftahudin religion with the best grades namely 0.91.
