Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of socio-economic factors such as CPI, TPAK, GRDP, and per capita income on district/city minimum wages in Central Java Province from 2017 to 2021. The data used is secondary data with panel data from the Provincial Statistics Center Central Java. The linear regression analysis method was used with the Eviews 10 software. The study's results show that GRDP and per capita income have a big good effect on the minimum wage, while CPI and TPAK have a small effect. The government should maintain a good level of GDP growth and income per capita wage rates for workers in the Province of Central Java.

Abstract

Current economic progress has made many companies increasingly compete to meet consumer needs. This has led to the emergence of the goods delivery service sector within the company. With the goods delivery service, people can easily shop even though the seller and buyer do not meet in person. This research uses a purposive technique, namely focusing on informants in the case unit to be studied. Respondents in this research numbered 30 people per expedition. The data collection techniques used were interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is SWOT and QSPM analysis with the help of Ms. software. Excel and SPSS. The results of the research are: (1) Based on the results of the IFAS and EFAS matrices, the total weight x IFAS rating is 3.94 and the total weight of the EFAS rating is 2.98. SWOT for strategies that can be carried out according to the results of the IE matrix, namely grow and build strategy in cell IV. (2) From the results of the QSPM matrix calculation, 3 alternative strategies were obtained that were the most attractive and prioritized for Shoope Express. First, increasing the reach of shops to have Shopee Express services by providing regulations that require all shops on Shopee e-commerce to have Shopee Express services. Second, collaborating with other e-commerce to increase users of Shopee Express services. When, adding branches to remote corners of the country. (3) Based on the results of the IFAS and EFAS matrices, the total weight x IFAS rating is 3.18 and the total weight of the EFAS rating is 3.15. SWOT for strategies that can be carried out according to the results of the IE matrix, namely grow and build strategy in cell I. (4) From the results of the QSPM matrix calculation, 3 alternative strategies are obtained which are the most interesting and prioritized to be carried out. First, one day delivery for outside the city because currently there is only one day delivery within the city. Second, there is a need to maintain JNT branding by providing training. Third, increase discount programs to maintain customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of product quality on consumer decisions using wood packaging material services at Carsurindo Siperkasa Medan to assess the impact of product innovation on consumer decisions using wood packaging material services at PT. Carsurindo Siperkasa Medan determines the effect of product quality and product innovation on consumer decisions to use wood packaging material services at PT. Carsurindo Siperkasa Medan. The analysis technique used in this study uses quantitative data analysis techniques, namely testing and analysing data. The respondents in the study were 45 people. From the results of this study, it was obtained the significance value of the product quality variable (X1) on the consumer purchasing decision variable (Y) based on the t-test was obtained at t count > t table (8.212) > (2.018), (Sig 0.001 < α0.05) thus H1 accepted and H0 is rejected, the conclusion: there is a significant effect of product quality (X1) on consumer purchasing decisions (Y). The significance value of the product innovation variable (X2) on the consumer purchasing decision variable (Y) based on the t-test obtained t count > t table (3.970) > (2.018), (Sig 0.001 <α0.05), thus H2 is accepted, and H0 is rejected, in conclusion. There is a significant influence of product innovation (X2) on consumer purchasing decisions (Y). Therefore the results of this study state that the two independent variables support the hypothesis. Based on the results of the F test, it was obtained that the F count > F table was (34.068 > 3.21), (Sig 0.001 <α0.05); thus, H3 was accepted, and H0 was rejected. The conclusion: Product quality and innovation have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. It shows that if the company can improve product quality and innovation, consumers will be interested in buying these products, increasing consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This quantitative study uses religion as a moderating variable to investigate how customer decisions are impacted by factors related to promotion, product quality, and service quality. The purpose of this research is to determine whether factors have an affect on one another. Utilizing a questionnaire approach, the study was conducted in Jambi City at BMT Bina Insan Sejahtera. The Saturated Sampling Technique was utilized to gather samples from 88 respondents for this study. The research's hypotheses are that: (1) customer decisions are significantly influenced by the quality of the product; (2) customer decisions are significantly influenced by the quality of the service; (3) customer decisions are significantly influenced by promotion; and (4) customer decisions are significantly influenced by religion (The following are the ways in which religiosity influences customer decisions: (5) it strengthens or weakens the influence of product quality; (6) it strengthens or weakens the influence of service quality; and (7) it moderates the influence of promotion quality. The research yielded the following conclusions: (1) customer decisions are significantly influenced by product quality; (2) customer decisions are influenced by service quality; (3) customer decisions are influenced by promotion; (4) customer decisions are influenced by religiosity; (5) religiosity increases the influence of product quality on customer decisions; and (6) religiosity decreases the influence of service quality on customer decisions. (7) Religiosity reduces the impact of advertisements on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research is a case study research carried out in 2022. The aim of this research is to assess whether participative leadership, motivation and work environment have a positive effect on the performance of millennial employees in Banyuwangi. Millennial employees in Banyuwangi are the younger generation of employees aged 20 to 28 years. To obtain data, this research used a questionnaire technique with a 5 point likert scale. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis using partial least squares (PLS) warp analysis. The research results show that participative leadership, motivation and work environment have a positive effect on the performance of millennial employees in Banyuwangi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di kantor kecamatan Coblong, kota Bandung. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan paket statistik ilmu sosial versi 25 dengan alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, analisis regresi berganda dan koefisien determinasi. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 59 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner menggunakan formulir google. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, etos kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan disiplin kerja serta etos kerja secara bersamaan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of religiosity, subjective norms, and price on the decision to purchase halal cosmetics among UMS Accounting Education students, as well as to test their influence indirectly through the purchase intention of UMS Accounting Education students. The research method used was quantitative or survey by distributing questionnaires, and sampling was carried out using a simple random sampling technique with a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis model using smart PLS 3.0. This research was conducted with a population of 360 using the Slovin method, so the sample results were 189 majoring students. UMS Accounting Education Class 2019-2022. The findings of this study indicate that there is a positive and statistically significant impact of the p-value coefficients on all directly connected variables. The findings of this study indicate that all variables exhibiting an indirect impact exert a noteworthy influence on purchasing decisions via purchase intention, with the exception of the religiosity variable. The religiosity variable does not demonstrate a significant effect on purchasing decisions through purchase intention, as evidenced by a coefficient p value below 0.05

Abstract

Technology has made banking more user-friendly. Mobile banking a type of internet banking uses mobile devices to conduct financial transactions. Mobile banking makes banking easier and faster. To meet consumer expectations and build trust, loyalty, and happiness, mobile banking must be of high quality. Digital banking customers prioritize privacy and security, therefore banks must address these concerns. To reduce these concerns and retain customers, banks must provide excellent service. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the overall trust dimension in explaining the mediator role of the trust variable in shaping customer satisfaction. Before the research, validity and reliability tests were carried out on each statement using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS. In this study, 165 government bank customers in Indonesia were involved as respondents. Based on the results of research that has been conducted, there is a significant positive influence between service quality, information quality, system quality, Structural assurance, Task Characteristic, Perceived of usefulness, Perceived ease of use on customer trust. This influence shows that the better customer trust, the higher customer satisfaction. Improving system quality, information quality, in mobile banking services will help companies strengthen customer trust and increase perceptions of service usefulness, leading to more positive and effective interactions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the spatial market integration of broiler chicken meat commodities between various districts/cities in Jambi Province. The analysis method used is the VAR (Vector Autoregression) / VECM (Vector Error Correction Model) model. There is partial market integration in the long and short term for broiler chicken meat commodities between various regencies/cities in Jambi Province so that the price of broiler chicken meat in regencies/cities in Jambi Province influences each other not only in the current period but in relation to prices 1 to 2 days before. There is short and long-term spatial market integration for broiler chicken meat in districts/cities in Jambi Province. The price of broiler chicken meat in Jambi City causes changes in the price of broiler chicken meat in Batang Hari Regency, Kerinci Regency, Merangin Regency and West Tanjung Jabung Regency, and vice versa.

Abstract

Jambi City is a city that is experiencing growth and development in its industrial Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), with MSMEs contributing 37.68% to the overall industrial sector, out of a total of 6,416 industrial units in Jambi City. The objective of this research is to determine the leading industrial MSMEs and formulate appropriate strategies for fostering the development of these leading MSMEs. The research was conducted in Jambi City due to its highest number of MSME industrial units in the Jambi province. The determination of leading industrial MSMEs utilized the TOPSIS method, while the formulation of strategies for the development of leading industrial MSMEs employed a combination of TOPSIS-SWOT. The research findings indicate that the food sector is the leading industry for MSMEs in Jambi City. The recommended strategies for the development of the MSME industry include increasing product diversification through contemporary product designs, enhancing IT-based workforce competency, providing capital assistance and financial management support, and developing the online market..
