Abstract

Information technology is increasingly developing and provides various benefits for its users, so that it becomes part of carrying out daily activities. In line with technological developments, UMKM should adapt to the era of digitalization. However, not all UMKM are ready to adapt. Many UMKM do not have the knowledge and skills regarding digital marketing, especially social media and google. This research was conducted using qualitative methods using primary and secondary data with the research object being UMKM which are under the guidance of JakPrenuer. It is hoped that this research can help UMKM to find out the benefits of using advertising on social media and google so that UMKM can have the knowledge to be part of digitalization.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of tax planning and leverage on firm value using firm size as a moderating variable. The model employed in this study is a descriptive quantitative research design using secondary data. The population in this study includes consumer goods sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018-2023. The sample selection process used a purposive sampling method, resulting in 156 observations from 26 companies selected as samples. Hypothesis testing is conducted using a moderation analysis model. The results of the study indicate that tax planning affects firm value and leverage affects firm value. Firm size as a moderating variable is capable of moderating the influence of tax planning and leverage on firm value.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of video marketing, price and product quality partially and simultaneously on the buying interest of Shopee marketplace users in Sidoarjo Regency. The sample used in this research was 100 respondents. This research uses an associative explanatory method, this sampling uses a non-probability sampling method, known as purposive sampling with the data analysis approach applied is multiple linear regression, and is calculated using the Slovin formula. The results obtained show that simultaneously the video marketing, price and product quality variables have a positive and significant effect on the buying interest of Shopee marketplace users, but partially only the video marketing variable has no significant effect on the buying interest of Shopee marketplace users.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of total assets and liabilities on company profits at PT ABM Investama Tbk. The data used in this research is in time series form using the financial reports of PT ABM Investama Tbk for the period 2013-2022. Using quantitative descriptive methods using secondary data with multiple regression analysis tools. The results of this research show that there is a significant influence on total assets and liabilities on profits at PT ABM Investama Tbk during the 2013-2022 period.

Abstract

This research explores the influence of financial performance on the shares of companies conducting an Initial Public Offering (IPO) and analyzes the influence of leverage, company size, managerial ownership structure, and board educational background on share price volatility. This study is based on signal theory and focuses on new economy and non-new economy industries that conduct IPOs between 2021 and 2022. Using financial data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website, the population of e-commerce companies consists of 3 companies, while The sample of non-e-commerce companies consists of 12 companies. The research results show that leverage has a positive effect on stock price volatility.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) are business sectors that offer a range of goods and services and play a significant role in developing new industries as a solution to the unemployment issue. MSMEs have a huge potential to boost local economic activity and provide the majority of people with a source of income, which would improve welfare. MSMEs are still growing, but it is not slow and stagnant growth because of issues including capital constraints, a lack of utilization of information and technology, and poor financial literacy in managing company finances. The primary data for this study came from questionnaire surveys that were conducted directly. The results of the study allow for several inferences: The degree of income and financial literacy has a significant impact on where control is placed. The way people handle their money has a huge bearing on their financial knowledge. The majority of the time, people's financial management is unrelated to their degree of income. The behavior of financial management is significantly influenced by the locus of control. Financial knowledge has a significant impact on financial management behavior through the locus of control. The placement of control is substantially influenced by income and financial literacy levels. The way people handle their money has a huge bearing on their financial knowledge. The way people manage their finances is mostly independent of their income level. The behavior of financial management is significantly influenced by the locus of control. Financial knowledge has a significant impact on financial management behavior through the locus of control.

Abstract

The value of a company can basically be measured through several aspects, one of the proxy that can be used is the price book value (PBV) or comparing the price of shares per share with the book value per share. This population study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange on the grounds that more manufacturing companies have an impact on the surrounding environment as a result of operational activities carried out with a population of 150 companies. Sampling using purposive sampling is the technique of taking samples with specific consideration. The sample for this study is 50 companies with 3 years of observation and a total of 150 observations. Profitability has a positive impact on the value of the company. CSR has a negative impact on company value. GCG positively affects company value and company size does not affect the company's value.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of decreasing the proportion of GRDP in the industrial/manufacturing sector which is influenced by PMDN, PMA, income per capita and analyzing the moderation of the number of working people on the influence of PMDN on the decline in the proportion of GRDP in the industrial/manufacturing sector, analyzing the moderation of the number of working people on the influence of PMA on the decline in the proportion of GRDP in the industrial/manufacturing sector, analyzing the moderation in the number of working people on the influence of per capita income on the decline in the proportion of GRDP in the industrial/manufacturing sector in 34 provinces in Indonesia in the period 2002-2021 using the Fixed approach Effect Model (FEM) as a panel data regression model. In this research, the moderating test will be carried out using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Partial test results show that PMDN has a positive and significant effect, PMA has a negative and significant effect, Income per capita has a negative and significant effect on the decline in the proportion of GRDP in the industrial/manufacturing sector, The number of employed people moderates the influence of PMDN, The number of employed population moderates the influence of PMA, and The number of working people does not moderate the effect of per capita income on the decline in the proportion of GRDP in the manufacturing/industrial sector.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the comparison of promotional models on social media on generation Z purchasing decisions in Sungai Full based on the AISAS (Attention, Interest, Search, Action and Share) marketing communication model. In this study, data was collected through the questionnaire method. The population of this study was Generation Z in Sungai Penuh (11-25 years), and the sample used was 90 people. Data analysis in this study used Smart PLS 3.0. The results of this research show that Instagram is the social media that is widely used by generation Z in Sungai Penuh namely 72.2%, 62.2% of TikTok users, and only 26.7% of Facebook, and promotions using the AISAS (Attention, Interest) model. , search, action and share) on social media Facebook do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions in generation Z in Sungai Penuh. On social media Instagram it is known that interest, search and share have a significant effect on purchasing decisions in generation Z in Sungai Penuh, while attention and action does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions in Generation Z in Sungai Penuh, on Tiktok social media, attention, interest and share have a significant effect on purchasing decisions in Generation Z in Sungai Penuh, while search and action do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions in Generation Z in Sungai Penuh.

Abstract

Inequality between regional aspects is common in regional economic activities. This study is to measure the level of regional inequality, the relationship between economic growth, poverty, and the human development index on inequality, and analyze whether there is convergence in the West Coast Region and the East Coast Region of North Sumatra Province. The study uses Williamson index calculations to measure gaps, panel data regression analysis and sigma convergence and beta convergence analysis. The results of the research show that the West Coast Region is indicated by a low level of inequality and the East Coast Region is indicated by a high level of inequality. Economic growth has a positive but not significant impact on inequality in the West Coast Region and a positive and significant impact on inequality in the East Coast Region. Poverty has a positive and significant impact on inequality in the West Coast Region and the East Coast Region. The Human Development Index has a positive and significant impact on inequality in the West Coast Region and the East Coast Region. Simultaneously, Economic Growth, Poverty and the Human Development Index have a positive and significant impact on inequality in the West Coast Region and the East Coast Region. Sigma Convergence does not occur in the West Coast Region but occurs in the East Coast Region. Beta convergence occurs in the West Coast Region and the East Coast Region.
