Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of attitudes and perceptions on customer loyalty of drinking water in the packaging of Aqua brand on Aqua agent in Candipuro subdistrict partially and simultaneously. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression. This research is a quantitative research by finding associative association that is causal or research that is asking about the relationship between two or more variables and causality. The analysis used in this research is multivariate analysis that is multiple linear regression analysis consist of 2 (two) independent variable and 1 (one) dependent variable, then sample size taken 10x3 variable = 30 sample member. Sampling method used in this research is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination (R Square) obtained is 0.383. This means 38.3% loyalty can be explained by attitude and perception variables, while the remaining 61.7% loyalty is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Limitations of this study is to examine the effect of attitude and perception on customer loyalty, while other variables that can influence customer loyalty are expected to be investigated by the next researcher.

Abstract

This study is to analyze the effectiveness of Zakat, Infaq, and Alms (ZIS) fundraising after the BAZNAS Banyuwangi decree No: KP.BAZNAS / BWI / A.01.SK / 30/2016 concerning the management of Zakat, Infaq, Alms at the Subdistrict level in collecting zakat profession (PNS) in the Zakat Collection Unit (UPZ) BAZNAS Cluring District, which aims to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in the collection of professional zakat funds in Zakat Collectors (UPZ) BAZNAS Cluring District and provide solutions to overcome the obstacles to the collection of professional zakat funds in the Zakat Collection (UPZ) BAZNAS in Cluring District. The results of the study show that the PNS professional zakat fund collection obtained from 9 local government agencies in Cluring District from the establishment of the Zakat Collection Unit (UPZ) of BAZNAS in Cluring District in December 2015 to date is quite effective because every month the collection of professional zakat funds always shows an increase in value.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) identify linkages of the tourism sector in various economic sectors, (2) to identify the impact of the tourism sector to the economic sector in the views from the output multiplier and income multiplier. These results indicate that the sectors that have relevance to the future (forward linkage) is highest with the agriculture and fisheries sector linkages value directly ahead of 0.6150 and indirect linkages at 1.3429. While the sector has backward linkages (backward linkage), the highest is the manufacturing sector with a value of backward linkages directly at 0.6960 and indirect linkages at 1.0963. Judging from the scatter forward and backward the highest of the tourism sector is a sector group of the restaurant, that is equal to 1.0058 and 1.1364 (DSD> 1; DSB> 1). The coefficient multiplier output is the highest type I is the agricultural sector and the results with a coefficient of 1.958. For type II multiplier output which has the highest coefficient is the livestock sector and fisheries amounted to 2,599. The manufacturing sector is the sector that has the income multiplier coefficients Type I as the highest, 1,874. Meanwhile, for Type II income multiplier of social and community services sector became the sector that has the highest coefficient is 2.392.

Abstract

Money is the second means of payment after the barter pattern that was carried out in the days before the discovery of coins in the VII century BC. Along with the times, the way of barter changed. People exchange goods using symbols or objects. The function of these objects is close to the function of money, but many people find it difficult to determine and determine such exchange rates. Finally, people know exchange with currencies. Technological sophistication is able to change the pattern of money and currency usage into demand deposits which are considered easier and more efficient. Money becomes the current payment instrument for all buying and selling transactions both directly and indirectly. money as a means of payment, as a means of payment of debt, as a hoarding tool or transfer of wealth (capital), and a tool to improve social status. The government's policy began to impose demand deposits as legal tender and began to be widely used by the wider community. With the ease of use of demand money makes it easy for people to make transactions and economic activities which in turn can affect consumer behavior in using demand deposits.

Abstract

Statistical data show that the number of cooperatives in Indonesia in 2017 reached 153,171 units, with active members recorded at 26.53 million. Among the data is the name Koperasi Syariah Fatayat NU Purwodadi District Pasuruan Regency. This cooperative was established in 2016, with 3 employees in it, because the cooperative is relatively young, so for the sake of sustainability it must have good management, even sharia-based management, because it belongs to Islamic cooperatives. The purpose of this study is to give an overview, that management is a very important thing, with good management, the Koperasi Syariah Fatayat NU in Purwodadi Pasuruan Subdistrict is also getting better.

Abstract

This research seeks to analyze the impact of leadership, punishment, and non-physical work environment on work discipline and employee performance in PT. Mitra Maju Mapan Jember. This research could be classified as explanatory research. Using cencus sampling method, the sample of this research was all the employee of PT. Mitra Maju Mapan totaling 87 respondens. The data was analyzed using path analysis. The result showed that leadership, punishment, and non-physical work environment have direct significant effect on work discipline, work discipline have direct significant effect on the employee performance, and leadership, punishment, non-physical work environment have indirect and significant effect on employee performance. This research contributes to knowledge regarding how to improve the work discipline among employee and further increase their performance. As a final point, it will be useful for further studies to compare the results of this study in different company to analyze the similarities and dissimilarities.

Abstract

Competition in the business world today is getting tighter. This is also felt by business people in the banking sector who are required to have better quality of service so as to satisfy the satisfaction of their customers. This study aims to analyze how much the quality of service and facilities influence customer satisfaction photo copy of awy comp at the Islamic boarding school of Darussalam Blokagung. After knowing the review of the related literature, in this study determined important variables that are strongly suspected to affect customer satisfaction, namely the quality of services and facilities. Therefore an understanding of the influence of the quality of services and facilities, with the variables that influence them can be seen as a strategic basis for the development of consumer satisfaction. So the analysis applied to this analysis to determine the effect of service quality (X1) and facilities (X2) on consumer satisfaction (Y), the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study were 30 consumers of copies of awy comp photos at Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung which were conducted randomly using purposive sampling technique. The results of the study indicate that there is a partial and significant influence between service quality variables on consumer satisfaction variables of 0.233 and there is a partial and significant influence between facility variables on consumer satisfaction variables of 0.819. Facility variables have a dominant influence on customer satisfaction variables rather than service quality variables. Variable quality of service and facilities simultaneously (together) and significantly affect the variables of customer satisfaction by 76.8% and the remaining 23.2% is influenced by other variables outside the research.
