Abstract

This study discuss about employee/laborer's benefit in Indonesian corporates. It's difficult for the employee to make their prosperous increased by themselves. It may effect to their dissatisfaction and caused in arising instability in social and economic. Competent authorities must solve this problem to avoid for future risk. It conduce not only to the laborer, but on the other side of it, for the corporate and the country too. Laborer needs attention for their viability immediately.

Abstract

Upon, the corporation focus in a bussiness was to get financial adventages only. The bussinessman have not been demanded to give attention to the effect of their corporations services to the steak holder (either directly nor indirectly). Now, the corporations services cannot be run any more without regarding the internal surrounding (employees, investors) or external surrounding (public and environment). To show the attention process with the recycled residue which is not polluse the environment and to many ways to conserve the environment.The corporations attentions to the environment must be in creased in reformation era which is showed by the transparancy increase. The corporation which do not have the social and environment attention will get many obstacles such as getting public go strike, even the corporation will be stopped producting by the authority.

Abstract

Due to the checs, crisis which happen in a bussines lately, relaizes the steak holders to run the bussines more sporty, transparant, honest, accountable in management and trust in managing the organization, institution, wealth or other resources to reach the goals. To reach these goals, many theorities and policy appear such as the management system and another concept such as good corporate governance (GCG) concept.One of the good corporate governance (GCG) principle forms is to open the public information access based on the transparancy corridor and information transparancy. One of those informations is the accounting report. The accounting report which is made must have significance meaning, or  there isn’t any hidden information or disclosure.

Abstract

Orientation displacement in business causes more width space of company social responsibility. Company isn't only give responsibility to creditor, investor and government, but also to others like public community and employee.This study had goals to analyze the effect of responsibility report in company financial statement with financial performance of go public companies in Jakarta Stock Exchange. Social responsibility report had four themes. There is energy and environment, employee, product and costumer, and social theme. Financial performance proxies on Return on Assets (ROA).Sample in this research is curtained with purposive sampling method and obtained 40 go public company has convey statement report 2004 in Jakarta Stock Exchange. This analysis uses multiple regressions. The result show that energy and environment, employee, product and costumer, and social theme with simultan regression not effect with financial performance. Partial regression show that only energy and environment theme have effect positive significant with financial performance. Employee, product and costumer, and social theme not effect with financial performance. This study also shows that determination coefficient is 19.2 %; means that a lot ofother .variables out of this study can affect company financial performance.
