Many factors must be considered in the management of organizational management related to human resources (HR). Rapid development and advancement of information and communication technology (ICT), external and internal environmental factors, international competition, uncertain global economic conditions. All this encourages companies to look for new ways to be able to utilize human resources more effectively. PT. Victory Techology Abadi utilizes ICT in the management of human resources that is still in the management of the management of a digital organization, by developing computer-based information systems. This system is designed with the waterfall diagram model approach with step 1. Requirement analysis, 2. Design, 3. Implementation, 4. Testing, 5. Maintenance. The results of the development carried out has resulted in a computer programmer application for HR management. <![CDATA[This research aimed to develop an Android-based mobile pocket book learning media and can be a supplement in understanding courses. This research uses a rapid application development (RAD) approach. And the source of this research is students who study the analysis and design of the seventh semester information system in the Nurdin Hamzah STMIK study program. To find out that the mobile pocket book application can be accepted by students, the researchers conducted a data collection technique by interviewing 40 student respondents. from 40 students 38 students who expressed interest in using a mobile pocket book. The mobile pocket book is produced in the form of an extension file. The application can be run on Android. Media that are made can give a positive response to students taking courses in the analysis and design of information.]]>

<![CDATA[Database is a collection of information stored in a computer systematically so that it can be checked using a computer program to obtain information from the database, so that the database can help store data and information that can be retrieved at any time. The data and information that is owned by abc company consists of several, starting from ordering data, employee data, financial data, job distribution data, and information related to abc company. Database modeling in this case study uses a constraint check to provide a limit of the data inputted, so that later the data entered in the database table can be filtered that is not the same or in accordance with the constraint check that is inputted in the data table. The database capability to filter every existing data is one of the good and correct structures for implementing the constraint check in each database table, while the structures owned by the constraint check are primary key, foreign key, not null and uniqie. Therefore each structure has its own function, which will determine the level of accuracy of the data entered by the user, the better.]]>

Therefore, by providing various facilities aimed at facilitating students in finding various information needed from the library before lending. The main elements in forming a system consists of inputs, processes and outputs, while the input needed from this system is member data and data books. Process the data or process it into a report that will be submitted to the library leadership. This website is created using the PHP Web Programming Language and uses MySQL for its database which is equipped with member tables, book tables and loan tables. The company gets problems that often arise due to promotions and information submitted using brochures and invitation bookings are still manual. Manually here means the invitation order is still manual and consumers can only order invitations directly to the printing site, of course this will complicate the development of this printing press. What is a weakness is that the company has difficulty in delivering information about products that are marketed, if this happens continuously, this will have an impact on their income because it can only have a marketing scope that is not wide enough. To overcome this error, it is necessary to build a tool in the form of an online-based program, which will make it easier for consumers to get invitation information and make it easier for consumers to order invitations online. The application used in helping processing the data is web-based programming. Chosen based on the web because information can be obtained easily anywhere and anytime. The advantages of this information system are as a means of information for consumers, as a place to describe the types of invitations, in lieu of brochures for promotional events in finding consumers.]]>

<![CDATA[Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer (STMIK) Nurdin Hamzah Jambi is a college that organizes academic education in the discipline of information technology. Every year STMIK always produces scholars who have qualified abilities. However, with the graduation rate in Jambi always increasing, the worries of students who are still running lectures get jobs that are suitable for their field of expertise. Therefore, an analysis is needed to see the level of accuracy of the work obtained by the alumni of Tekhnik Informtika STMIK Nurdin Hamzah Jambi. The purpose of this study was to find out the level of accuracy of the work of alumni of Teknik Informatika STMIK Nurdin Hamzah Jambi using the Naive Bayes theory. This analysis is assisted by using the Rapidminer with its input is the alumni identity, current employment data and expertise data after graduating from Teknik Informatika STMIK Nurdin Hamzah. The process in this analysis is carried out with data that has been given the value of each answer of alumni data in the Naive Bayes theory to obtain a Cluster is inappropriate, precise and very precise. The results of this study out of 100 alumni data obtained, 48 alumni entered the Cluster incorrectly, 35 precise Clusters and 17 Clusters were very precise.]]>

<![CDATA[PT. Fortuna Propertindo Indonesia as one of the companies engaged in the property sector should be able to utilize information technology in supporting various activities. Marketing carried out by PT. Fortuna Propertindo Indonesia is not conducted at any time, marketing is done by adjusting the work schedule of employees or when the booth is opened. Another problem is that a marketing employee can only serve one prospective buyer at any time. So, stand visitors must wait to be able to talk to the marketing employee if he is giving information to other prospective buyers. This of course caused a feeling of discomfort to the stand visitors. The purpose of this research is to make it easier for customers to find housing that is possible by displaying the type of house, house price, and housing location. The analytical method used is descriptive method and for the design method in this study using diagrams, designing interfaces to coding and databases using PHP, MySql, and Jquery, with the existence of a Housing Marketing Information System it is expected to help expand marketing reach to various regions and increase turnover sales of PT.
