Abstract

Communities of  “Danau sipin” District in  Jambi City especially housewives were mostly showed various ethnic groups with a different levels of education and have  an autonomy decision in determining their food consumption, especially fish. This study aimed to describe the characteristics, the level of knowledge, attitudes and behavior of housewives toward to the fish consumption, and also to analyze the relationship between both  knowledge and attitudes toward to fish consumption behavior. The Age of housewives ranging from 27 – 55 years with an average age of 38.18 years. The lowest last education level is the SLTP and the highest educated SI, with a majority educated SLTA (38.64%). The type of work is housewives, ASN, entrepreneurial, private employees and honorers, with a majority as housewives (38.64%). The number of family members ranges from 3 to 6 people with an average of 4 people. The results showed that the level of knowledge of housewives gave  75%. as high category while the attitude of fish consumtion  was showed an encouraged category  as 86.36%. Fish consumption behavior showed a good category of 54.54%. There was no relationship between the knowledge and fish consumption behavior. The same case there was also showed  no relationship between attitude and fish consumption behavior. Keywords: Relationships, Knowledge, Attitudes, Fish.

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted in Perdamaian village of Singkut District, Sarolangun Regency, this research was conducted in November-December. This study aimed were : 1) to described the activities of the cooperative “Al-Hikmah”, 2) to explained the socio-economic strength of cooperation members before and after this Cooperation existing, 3) to analyzed the differences between the socio-economic strengths of cooperation members before and after the Cooperation existing. There were 20 farmers as a sample. Primary data sources were obtained by survey methods. The results showed that the Al-Hikmah cooperation was engaged in the business unit of the production input shop, the rubber marketing business unit and the consumption shop business unit. The condition of socio-economic strength of rubber farmer as a cooperation members before the Al-hikmah cooperation showed an average score of 10.35. Where as after the existence of the cooperation the socio-economic strength conditions showed an average score of 29,  it included  the aspects of health, education, income, and types of capital access. It was mean that the socio-economic strength of  the cooperation members had changed better after the Al-Hikmah Cooperation existing.Keywords : Impact, Cooperation, RubberAbstrakPenelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Perdamaian Kecamatan Singkut Kabupaten Sarolangun, penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan November-Desember. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) mendeskripsikan kegiatan koperasi Al-Hikmah, 2) menjelaskan kekuatan sosial ekonomi anggota koperasi sebelum dan setelah adanya Koperasi Al-Hikmah, 3) Menganalisis perbedaan antara kekuatan sosial ekonomi anggota koperasi sebelum dan setelah adanya Koperasi Al-Hikmah. Dengan  jumlah petani sampel 20 orang, sumber data primer diperoleh dengan metode survey dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa koperasi Al-Hikmah bergerak dalam bidang unit usaha warung saprodi, unit usaha pemasaran karet dan unit usaha warung konsumsi. Kondisi kekuatan sosial ekonomi anggota koperasi tani karet sebelum adanya koperasi Al-hikmah memiliki nilai skor rata-rata yaitu 10,35. Sedangkan setelah adanya koperasi Al-hikmah kondisi kekuatan sosial ekonomi masyarakat tani karet rata-rata nilai skor yaitu 29, dalam aspek kesehatan, pendidikan, penghasilan, dan jenis akses modal. Berarti kondisi kekuatan sosial ekonomi anggota koperasi tani karet Desa Perdamaian mengalami perubahan kearah yang lebih sejahtera bagi anggotanya setelah adanya Koperasi Al-Hikmah.Kata Kunci : Dampak, Koperasi, Karet

Abstract

This reseaech was conducted with the aim tofind outdescriptin ofcasava farming and economic aspects (income, R/C ratio, Break Event Poin (BEP) and PaybackPeriod (PP), in Bagan Pete Village, Alam Barajo Subdistrict, Jambi City. The researchobjective was to determine income, R/C ratio BEP and Payback Period. The resuts showed that the average cassava farming income was Rp 13,703,931 /MT,with anaverage income of Rp 13,976,351 /MT, the value of R/C Ratio obtained was 51.3,the business was said to be unprofitable,but it described an inadequate income,because with capital of Rp 272,420 obtained sales results of 51 time or equivalent to Rp13,976,351. BEP of production is 90.80 Kg . MT,meaning that thelowest price that must be achieved so that farmers do not experiencelosses is 90.80 Kg/MT. BEP price of Rp 58.4 / Kg, meaning the lowest price that must be achieved so that farmers do not experience losses is Rp 58.4 /Kg, while the Payback Period (PP) of 0,05 < 7,8,the business is said to be feasible because the payback period value is smaller that the economic age average tool,meaning that the timerequired to retur the investment itsef is not up to 7.8 MTKeywords: study, Farming,CasavaAbstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kelurahan Bagan Pete Kecamatan Alam Barajo Kota Jambi.dengan tujuan  untuk mengetahui  sisi ekonomi usahatani seperti (Pendapatan,R/C ratio,Break Event Poin /BEP dan Payback Period/PP). Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan rata-rata penerimaan sebesar Rp 13.976.351,-/MT dengan rata-rata pendapatan sebesar Rp13.703,931,-/MT,nilai R/C Ratio sebesar 51,3 dan hasil perhitungan R/C ratio ini menunjukkan bahwa usahatani singkong yang dilakukan petani memperoleh keuntungan dan layak untuk diteruskan, dengan kata lain bahwa dengan modal sebesar Rp272.420,- diperoleh hasil penjualan sebesar 51,3 kali atau setara dengan Rp 13.796.351,-/MT. BEP produksi hasil perhitungan sebesar 90,80 Kg/MT yang memperlihatkan bahwa produksi terendah yang harus dihasilkan oleh petani adalah sejumlah 90,80 Kg/MT agar usahatani tidak mengalami kerugian sedangkan BEP harga sebesar Rp58,4,-/Kg, artinya dengan harga Rp 58,4,-/Kg petani sudah dapat mengembalikan modal usaha,sedangkan hasil perhitungan dari PP sebesar 0,05  yaitu kecil dari rata-rata umur ekonomis alat yang digunakan (7,8  MT) dengan demikian waktu yang diperlukan untuk mengembalikan investasi tidak sampai 7,8 MT.Kata Kunci: Tinjauan ekonomi,Usahatani, Singkong.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out about the general description of consumer perception towards tempe, consumer preference towards tempe and to find the correlation between perception and preference towards tempe in Pasar Angso Duo Kota Jambi. The reason this research was conducted in Pasar Angso Duo Kota Jambi Kelurahan Legok Kecamatan Danau Sipin, because the market in this place is the largest market or the central market in Kota Jambi and costumer came from all the social class. Data collection for this research were implemented on November 2019. Number of sample studied was 50 people. The research hypothesis proposed is thought to have a correlation between perception and consumer preferences for tempe in Pasar Angso Duo Kota Jambi. Chi-Square test statistical analysis was used to examine the correlation between perception and consumer preferences for tempe. The results showed that there was no correlation between perception and consumer preferences for tempe in Pasar Angso Duo Kota Jambi, seen from count = 0.646 > table 0.481 with α = 5% the same as using SPSS where the results of  count = 0.646 ( Sig.2-sided) = 000 < α = 5%.Keyword : Perception, Preference, and Tempe.ABSTRAK            Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran persepsi konsumen terhadap tempe, untuk mengetahui gambaran preferensi konsumen terhadap tempe dan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi dengan preferensi terhadap tempe di Pasar Angso Duo Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Pasar Angso Duo Kota Jambi Kelurahan Legok Kecamatan Danau Sipin, dengan alasan bahwa pasar tersebut merupakan pasar terbesar atau pasar induk yang ada di Kota Jambi dan konsumen yang berbelanja di Pasar Angso Duo terdiri dari berbagai lapisan masyarakat Jambi dan sekitarnya. Pengambilan data penelitian di laksanakan pada bulan November 2019. Adapun jumlah sampel yang diteliti adalah sebanyak 50 orang. Hipotesis penelitian yang diajukan diduga terdapat hubungan antara persepsi dengan preferensi konsumen terhadap tempe di Pasar Angso Duo Kota Jambi. Analisis statistik uji Chi-Square digunakan untuk menguji hubungan antara persepsi dengan preferensi konsumen terhadap tempe. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara persepsi dengan preferensi konsumen terhadap tempe di Pasar Angso Duo Kota Jambi, dilihat dari hitung = 0,646 > tabel 0,481 dengan  = 5% sama dengan menggunakan SPSS dimana hasil hitung = 0,646 (Sig.2-sided) = 000 < α = 5%.Kata Kunci : Persepsi, Preferensi, dan Tempe.
