The author discusses the use of Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Interference System (ANFIS) in implementing the Scholarship Selection Acquisition using ANFIS (Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Interface System) or Adaptive Network-based Fuzzy Interface System for the withdrawal of its conclusions. ANFIS is an architecture that is functionally similar to the fuzzy rule base Sugeno models. It could be said that ANFIS is a method by which in adjusting the rules used learning algorithms on a set of data. The hope is to get knowledge of such data, obtained from the knowlage ANFIS method is the rule on Fuzzy Interface System (FIS). This study aims to predict students who received scholarships, so the school did not have to bother anymore to manually select students. Data for the training system focuses on three pieces of input value, Number of Dependents Parents and Parents Income; and 1 pc output is Earned Scholarship. From the results obtained training, web-based application created to determine Acquisition Scholarship based on the available quota. Then students can register online for the scholarship application process so that students easily access the information about scholarships

The writer research the color identification tool with voice output that aims to facilitate children under five to recognize and memorize the colors that are around him and this tool can detect more color than the base color. In this research the writer uses the method of Laboratory Research and Library Research, is to perform direct testing of the equipment to be tested using Arduino Nano and TCS2300 color sensor. From design tool that has been done, then the writer tested the tool by using the Research Laboratory using the programming language. From the results of this test, the color identification tool uses a color sensor with voice output as learning media for children under five year can work as expected. This tool can facilitate children under five to recognize colors, and utilization TCS2300 color sensor is able to detect and distinguish the color of the object by reading the value of the intensity of the color of the object, in this case the object is detected in the form of colored toys.

In this research, the development of e-information system on STIKOM Dinamika Bangsa Jambi. The e-information system is used by STIKOM Dinamika Bangsa to provide course timetable information and other latest information to students. In the implementation, students still have to go to campus STIKOM to see the attendance schedule of lecturers. And the lecturer should inform the cancellation of the college schedule to the academic section. In this study, the authors do the development of android mobile applications that can be used by lecturers to cancel cancellation schedule, and in the process of cancellation will send notification to the students so that students receive the lecture schedule information more quickly. The design of this application using the material design and the way this application is, the android e-information application performs an encrypted request to the API (application programming interface) database e-information stikom. After going through the authentication process, then through the API data base e-information stikom provide appropriate response to the demand for android-based e-information applications. This application requires internet connection and data sent in using this application <30kbps in each request process. Based on testing, this application can run well featuring lecture schedules, campus information and notifications in the event of cancellation of college schedule.

STIKOM Dinamika Bangsa Jambi is one of the computer colleges in the city of Jambi. Currently STIKOM Dinamika Bangsa Jambi already has an academic information system that is processed by the BAAK. As with private universities in general, every semester of the academic process should be reported to their respective Kopertis Region. Problems that arise is the process of inputting data that is repeated data that has been inputted to the application of academic information system will insert again to be reported using application feeder PDDIKTI (Pangkalan Data Pendidikan Tinggi). Application of Web Service Technology To Integrate Basisdata Academic Information System Stikom Dinamika Bangsa Jambi With Basisdata Feeder Pangkalan Data Pendidikan Tinggi (PDDikti) can be utilized to solve existing problems in data entry activities in STIKOM Dinamika Bangsa Jambi.

Organized sales transactions information processing is needed to provide an overview and analysis to support strategic decision making for the organization. This study aims to design Market Basket Analysis for sales system at Sun Young Cell as a sales transaction information processing application which can provide analytical results representing sales rates according to trends in certain product sales. The technique used is association rule that describes the patterns of transaction by using rules to support decision making process.

The rapid development of information technology and currently it’s possible to send information quickly. Speed transmission of information is certainly very dependent on the size of the capacity of such information. The large size of the capacity of information could result in the slow process of delivery. Beside that, the size of a large information capacity would require a very large storage space. The solution to this problem is to compress the information before sending in order to measure the capacity of such information becomes smaller. While reverting to forms the initial compression is to perform decompression technique. Some digital image compression techniques have been developed as block-coding, encoding and more. Digital image compression techniques continue to be developed with the aim to compress the image data as small as possible, but at the moment none of the decompression image data is lost. Huffman method is one method that is able to compress and decompress the digital image. Image compression is the process to minimize the number of bits that represents an image so that the image data capacity becomes smaller. Huffman method is a method of digital image compression is lossless compression method that is by doing the encoding in the form of bits to represent character data. Each type of characters contained in an image is calculated and sort by the fewest amount to a large amount in the form of binary trees and code for each character. The existing data will be replaced with the code bits based on a binary tree. Data that has been turned into a bit of code stored as a result of compression.

SISFO Akademik STIKOM Dinamika Bangsa Jambi was builded with supported by not good database design. It’s caused by the information need was responsed by building database incidentially without data model which can be used as a guide. The results are as like the lost of historical data, hard to make important information and difficult to integrating it with another information system. To fix those problems then needed to do a study to build a data model which can describe the academy domain activities which result of the analysis of it’s business process. In the building of the data model for SISFO Akademik STIKOM Dinamika Bangsa Jambi is parted in first two steps which are the conceptual and the logical step. For the data model result representation, ER diagram is used. So that with the data model, SISFO Akademik STIKOM Dinamika Bangsa Jambi could supported by a better integrated and better integrity database.

Timbangan badan adalah salah satu peralatan yang digunakan dalam dunia kesehatan, timbangan badan yang terdapat dibeberapa pos pelayan terpadu dan puskesmas masih banyak yang menggunakan timbangan tradisional. Oleh karena itu diperlukan timbangan badan elektronik bersuara, karena nilai ketelitian timbangan elektronik bersuara ini lebih akurat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian perpustakaan, metode penelitian lapangan, dan metode penelitian laboratorium. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membuat timbangan badan bersuara yang sederhana dengan menggunakan sensor Loadcell yang akan mendeteksi nilai berat badan manusia. Sebagai pengolah nilai berat dari sensor Loadcell digunakan Modul Arduino. Mikrokontroller ATmega328 yang terdapat dalam Modul Arduino akan mengolah data dari nilai tekanan sensor Loadcell untuk di tampilkan ke LCD dan suara ke Speker. Bahasa pemograman yang digunakan adalah bahasa C yang terdapat pada software Arduino. Dengan alat ini diharapkan penimbangan berat badan manusia lebih akurat dan lebih mudah. Sedangkan hasil pengujian dari rangkaian secara keseluruhan yaitu menampilkan berat yang terukur pada LCD dan menginformasikan berat yang terukur melalui Speker. Secara keseluruhan disimpulkan bahwa rancang bangun timbangan badan bersuara yang telah di buat sudah dapat bekerja dengan baik sesuai dengan yang di rancang.

Tunarungu merupakan kelainan fisik yang dialami individu berupa ketidak mampuan mendengar baik sebagian maupun seluruhnya dimana penyandang tunarungu akan mengalami gangguan komunikasi secara lisan dengan orang-orang disekitarnya sehingga untuk mengatasinya penyandang tunarungu memanfaatkan bahasa isyarat untuk berkomunikasi.Akan tetapi berdasarkan hasil survey sekitar 87% dari 69 penyandang tunarungu menyatakan masih kesulitan berkomunikasi dengan orang disekitar mereka dikarenakan ketidak mampuan orang disekitar mereka menggunakan dan memahami bahasa isyarat yang mereka gunakan. Guna memecahkan masalah tersebut, penulis merancang sebuah aplikasi yang memanfaatkan Speech Recognition agar dapat membantu penyandang tunarungu untuk berkomunikasi dengan orang sekitar atau sebaliknya.Penelitian ini berhasil menghasilkan aplikasi “Deaf Communicator†yang dapat membantu komunikasi antara penyandang tunarungu dan sebaliknya.

Sistem pelayanan penasehat akademis pada institusi STMIK Amik Riau masih dilakukan secara konvensional. Dosen tidak mengetahui data-data mahasiswa bimbingannya secara detail karena tidak ada data rekaman jejak konsultasi yang dikelola dengan baik. Untuk memudahkan pemantauan terhadap mahasiswa bimbingannya dibutuhkan sisem informasi penasehat akademis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi penasehat akademis yang dapat terintegrasi denga sistem yang telah ada sebelumnya. Pada penelitian dilakukan metode pengumpulan data dan identifikasi masalah, perancangan global, perancangan antarmuka, perancangan database, perancangan classdiagram, implementasi program dengan Framework Model View Controller menggunakan CodeIgniter. Penelitian ini telah berhasil menerapkan teknologi pemograman MVC menggunakan framework codeigniter pada aplikasi sistem penasehat akademis (SIMPA) yang dapat terintegrasi dengan sistem yang telah berjalan dilingkungan STMIK Amik Riau.
