Abstract

This study discusses the Analysis of Customer Satisfaction with the Courier Service Business in Palopo City. This study aims: To find out how much the level of customer satisfaction has used package delivery services at Jne Ekspress, PT. Pos Indonesia, Jnt Ekspress in Palopo City, To find out whether there are differences in customer satisfaction at Jne Ekspress, Jnt Ekspress, PT. Indonesian Post in Palopo City. This type of research is quantitative research, which is comparative. The population is the courier service business customers Jne Express, Jnt Ekspress and PT. Indonesian Post in Palopo City. Taking a sample of 50 respondents from the three courier businesses using Roscoe's theory, as well as using accidental sampling. Data obtained through a questionnaire. Furthermore, this data was analyzed using Kruskal Wallis. The results of this study indicate that: Calculation of the level of customer satisfaction in the courier business where Jne Express Palopo City has a satisfaction level value of 81.1%, the satisfaction level value of Jnt Ekspress Palopo City is 88.7%, and at PT. Pos Indonesia, Palopo City, which is equal to 84.5%, from this conclusion it can be seen that Palopo City Express Express has the highest level of satisfaction among the three courier businesses, and by obtaining an Asymp.Sig i value of i0.006, the result is i0 smaller than the significant level i0 .05 i or i0.006 < 0.05, and it can be seen that there are differences in the satisfaction of the three courier businesses.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze financial ratios (liquidity, solvency and profitability ratios) in the Drinking Water Company (PAM) Tirta Mangkaluku) Palopo City. The type of data used in this study is secondary data, where the data relates to the financial reports obtained from the Drinking Water Company (PAM) Tirta Mangkaluku Jalan Pongsimpin, Murante Village, Mungkajang District, Palopo City for the period 2014 – 2016. Based on the results of the study, it was found that Current The ratio cannot increase the added value of PAM Tirta Mangkaluku, Palopo City, but because the Current ratio (CR) is more than 100%. Thus, the company can pay off its current debt when billed. The Quick Ratio (QR) cannot increase the added value of PAM Tirta Mangkaluku Palopo and the results of current assets minus inventory are higher than current liabilities so that the company is able to pay off its current debts when billed. The debt to total asset ratio (DR) can increase the added value of PAM Tirta Mangkaluku, Palopo City, because the total assets are more than the total debt, so the company can pay off its total debt. The Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) can increase the added value of PAM Tirta Mangkaluku, Palopo City, because the total assets are more than the total debt, so the company can pay off its total debt. Economic Profitability (RE) cannot increase the added value of PAM Tirta Mangkaluku, Palopo City. Based on the calculation results of Own Capital Profitability (RMS) for the last 3 years from 2014 to 2016 there has been a fluctuating increase, the result is that Own Capital Profitability can increase added value to PAM Tirta Mangkaluku Palopo City.

Abstract

There are many brands of laptop, such as Acer, Toshiba, HP, Apple, Dell, Asus and Lenovo, etc which each has advantage and disadvantage also has its own enthusiasts. Based on market share in 2014-2016, all brands are fluctuating, but Apple, during the period 2014-2016 continues to decline from 7.4% in 2014 to 5.2% in 2015 even lower and lower it's 3.3% in 2016. That shows the consumers awarenes on Apple is also low. Many factors can influence on purchasing decisions of Apple Laptops, such as product quality, brand awareness, brand image and trust. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of product quality, brand awareness, brand image and trust toward purchasing decision of Apple Brand Laptops in Semarang. The population in this study were consumers who purchased Apple's brand laptop in Semarang city by 100 respondents as sample. The type of data used the primary data.  Sampling techique used non-random type of purposive sampling. The data method collection using questionnaires and analysis techniques used multiple regression. The result shows that product quality, brand awareness, brand image, consumer trust has a positive and significant influence simultantly on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The research in this thesis aims to find out the process of developing plastic waste products into paving blocks, to find out the business prospects of paving blocks from plastic waste in the city of Palopo and to find out the business implications of paving blocks from plastic waste in the city of Palopo. The type of research data uses research and development methods and descriptive quantitative methods. This research was conducted by conducting product-making experiments and interviews. The development techniques used by researchers are the previous research stage, the initial product development stage, the expert validation stage, and the compressive strength test stage. Analysis of the data used by the author is an analysis of the compressive strength of paving blocks, analysis of economic value, and analysis of contribution to the environment. The results showed that Sample B with a composition of 1.5 kg of plastic waste and 1.5 kg of sand, sample C with a composition of 2.25 kg of plastic waste and 0.79 kg of sand, sample D with a composition of 1.5 kg of plastic waste and 1 .9 kg meets the eligibility standard for paving block quality based on SNI 030691 1996 quality standard. Paving block products made from plastic waste have the potential to be developed into a business with a Break Event Point occurring in the 1st month. The profit by producing 1,500 paving blocks has already benefited from the business with the first month's R/C Ratio of 1.1 and the first year's R/C Ratio of 1.4. Paving block products have implications for reducing the amount of plastic waste in the city of Palopo by making plastic waste a raw material for making paving block products. 25 Kg of plastic waste and 0.79 Kg of Sand, sample D with a composition of 1.5 Kg of plastic waste and 1.9 Kg met the eligibility standards for paving block quality based on SNI 030691 1996 quality standards. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine public knowledge about the shopping movement at neighboring stalls. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with descriptive statistical analysis approach. This research was conducted in Pong Samelung village by taking the population of Pong Samelung villagers. The sample to be used in this study amounted to 30 sources. The data collection technique was done by interview. The data analysis used is data collection, data reduction, display, and verification. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) 24% of the respondents did not know about the shopping movement at the neighboring stalls, and 76% of the respondents knew of the movement; 2) Benefits when shopping at neighboring stalls: a) saving 14% more expenses; b) friendship and closer relationship 67%; and c) assisting the economic circulation of 19% neighbors.
