Abstract

This paper aims to explore the anomalies of organizing umrah worship, prove thetruth of information on abuse in conducting umrah worship and integrate(integration) istislah tools as maslahat-based instruments as a solution that is inline with Islamic values. The steps or methods taken by describing phenomena,facts and the reality of anomalies in organizing umrah, data on abuse. Varioussolutions are taken by the government with a preventive approach, modification of regulations, persuasive action to repressive. The reality of the fantastic number of victims in 2017 up to now requires the government to accelerate repairs by the system (devices, implementation principles) and by umrah caretaker (umrah organizers). The results of the writing indicate that istis (something that is valued and charged with maslahat) with various breakthroughs and updates that aredifferent from the previous ones, the number of victims of the Umrah congregation can be minimized or no longer worsen. The istislah concept is manifested in the form of regulation Minister of Religion Regulation No. 8 of 2018, limitation on the provision of minimum Umrah fees, fund collection from prospective pilgrims on the third party, provision of technology-based information systems, stipulation of repayment of Umrah fees no later than 3 months before departure, and coordination across institutions. Most of the “mischievous” umrah organizers were handled by convictions, refunds, opening a crisis center to revoking permits to minimize the increase in the number of victims. The misuse ofcongregation funds that are minimal from the realization of the departure of umrah or zero refunds is considered to have led other pilgrims to be more selective and vigilant and shift the paradigm of the Islamic community that cheap umrah irony will end in trouble.

Abstract

The results of this study are that the Parepare Customs and Excise Enforcement conducts various strict and massive and continuous supervision including law enforcement efforts on various attempts to smuggle illegal, dangerous goods and captured goods will be destroyed and provide sanctions in the form of fines. The factors that hinder the directorate general of customs against the circulation of illegal excise, the factor of the lack of public awareness that still brings illegal excise goods into the Parepare area, the factor is still weak supervision and enforcement carried out by customs officials, there are several efforts made, namely preventive efforts, namely efforts made for prevention, repressive efforts, namely the form of activities carried out after the existence of preventive supervision, internal factors, namely the submission of additional personnel or employees, external factors, namely free and unclear area boundaries.

Abstract

A new practice in buying and selling that arises when people shop at minimarkets is the practice of rounding off the price of goods by cashiers. This practice of rounding up prices is common in minimarkets such as Indomaret, Alfamart, and Alfamidi. As happened in the minimarket, there was rounding off if the buyer paid the extra money and there was a small change like Rp. 50, - or Rp. 100, -, then the small amount will be rounded off by the cashier. The main problem of the description above is how the review of Islamic economic law regarding rounding prices on buying and selling transactions in the mini market and its impact on consumers. Then in this study using qualitative research methods with an empirical approach and the building of analysis in the article will attempt to articulate several laws related to data reduction, triangulation of the results of articles, and then the presentation of data in the form of narrative text. The data used in this study are secondary in the form of literature, articles, and research journals that have been carried out related to Islamic economic law reviews regarding price rounding on buying and selling transactions at minimarkets and their impact on consumers.

Abstract

The role of Islamic business ethics in the home industry is a crucial aspect that is very important in every activity. As a guide in setting goals and ethical actions. As well as increasing consumer confidence in business people. This study aims to determine the role of Islamic business ethics in building Islamic business in home industry players. This article uses a qualitative research type with a descriptive approach. Business actors in the home industry who apply Islamic Business Ethics in their operations will get good feedback because the Islamic value applied will trust their consumers, thereby indirectly increasing income from their business.
