Abstract

AbstractThis study will examine any changes in stock prices, especially the JCI and LQ 45 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange due to external factors, namely the impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic that hit Indonesia and all countries in the world. The study population was all daily data on the IHSG and the LQ 45 Index (BEI). The sample in this study was taken as many as 120 daily data before the Covid-19 Pandemic and 120 daily data during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The data is retrieved by downloading from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. To test the hypothesis of this study using Paired Sample Test. The analysis shows that there is a significant difference in stock returns from the JCI between before and during the Covid-19 Pandemic. So hypothesis 1 (H1) that there is a difference in stock returns from the JCI before and during the Covid-19 Pandemic is accepted. The analysis results also show that there is a significant difference in stock returns from the LQ 45 Index between before and during the Covid-19 Pandemic so that hypothesis 2 (H2) that there is a difference in stock returns on the LQ 45 Index before and during the Covid-19 Pandemic is accepted. Keywords: Return JCI, return LQ 45 Index, event study  AbstrakPenelitian ini akan mengkaji adanya perubahan harga saham khususnya IHSG dan Indeks LQ 45 Di Bursa Efek Indonesiakibat dari faktor eksternal yaitu dampak dari Pandemi Covid-19 yang melanda Indonesia dan seluruh negara di dunia.Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh data  harian IHSG dan Indeks LQ 45   di  (BEI). Sampel pada penelitian ini diambil  sebanyak 120 data harian sebelum ada Pandemi Covid-19 dan 120 data harian selama Pandemi Covid-19. Data tersebut diambil dengan melakukan download dari Indonesia Stock Exchange.Untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian ini menggunakan Paired Sample Test.Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan dari return saham dari IHSG antara sebelum dan selama  Pandemi Covid-19. sehingga  hipotesis 1 (H1) bahwa ada perbedaan return saham dari IHSG sebelum dan selama Pandemi Covid-19   diterima.Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan  adanya perbedaan yang signifikan return saham dari Indeks LQ 45 antara sebelum dengan selama  Pandemi Covid-19 sehingga  hipotesis 2 (H2) bahwa ada perbedaan return saham Indeks LQ 45 sebelum dan selama Pandemi Covid-19  diterima. Kata kunci : Return IHSG, return LQ 45 Index, analisis situasi.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study to analyze the effect of self-efficacy and teacher empowerment on job satisfaction with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The population is all teachers of SMK Negeri 4 Kendal totaling 82 people. Samples were taken using the census method processed using SPSS. The test results show that self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, so that it can be interpreted that the higher the self-efficacy, the higher the organizational commitment. Teacher empowerment has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, so it can be interpreted that the better teacher empowerment is obtained, the higher the organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, so it can be interpreted that the higher the organizational commitment, the better job satisfaction. Self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, so it can be interpreted that the higher the self-efficacy, the better job satisfaction. Teacher empowerment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction so that it can be interpreted that the better the empowerment of teachers is carried out, the better job satisfaction is. The Sobel test results found that organizational commitment can mediate the effect of self-efficacy on job satisfaction. This proves organizational commitment as a mediating variable of the effect of self-efficacy on job satisfaction. Organizational commitment can mediate the effect of teacher empowerment on job satisfaction. Populasinya adalah seluruh guru SMK Negeri 4 Kendal berjumlah 82 orang. Sampel diambil menggunakan metode sensus diolah menggunakan SPSS. Hasil pengujian menunjukan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan semakin tinggi efikasi diri maka semakin tinggi komitmen organisasi. Pemberdayaan guru berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan semakin baik pemberdayaan guru yang diperoleh maka semakin tinggi komitmen organisasi. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan semakin tinggi komitmen organisasi maka semakin baik kepuasan kerja. Efikasi diri berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan semakin tinggi efikasi diri maka semakin baik kepuasan kerja. Pemberdayaan guru berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan semakin baik pemberdayaan guru yang dilakukan maka semakin baik kepuasan kerja.  Hasil uji Sobel menemukan komitmen organisasi memediasi pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hal ini membuktikan komitmen organisasi memediasi pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kepuasan kerja. Komitmen organisasi memediasi pengaruh pemberdayaan guru terhadap kepuasan kerja. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload, work environment, and work motivation on employee performance at Laksana Karoseri Ungaran Company. The sample in this study were 68 people from the finishing department using the simple random sampling method. Data processing using SPSS. The results of this study found that workload has a negative effect on employee performance, so it can be interpreted that the higher the workload, the lower the employee's performance. The work environment has a positive effect on employee performance, so it can be interpreted that the better the work environment is, the higher the employee's performance. In addition, the results of the study show that work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. So it can be interpreted that the better the work motivation is given, the higher the employee's performance Keywords: Workload, work environment, work motivation, employee performance. AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV Laksana Karoseri Ungaran. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 68 orang bagian departemen finishing menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan, sehingga dapat diintepretasikan semakin tinggi beban kerja maka semakin turun kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, sehingga dapat diintepretasikan semakin baik lingkungan kerja, semakin tinggi kinerja karyawan. Selain itu hasil penelitian menunjukan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sehingga dapat diintepretasikan bahwa semakin baik motivasi kerja yang diberikan, semakin tinggi kinerja karyawan Kata kunci : Beban kerja, lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of financial compensation, transformational leadership style and work attitudes on the performance of Zenith Pharmaceuticals Company. The population is all employees of Zenith Pharmaceuticals Company, amounting to 250 people. The sample used was 71 respondents using random sampling techniques. The results of testing hypothesis 1 (H1) show that financial compensation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. So that it can be interpreted the better the financial compensation received, the higher the employee's performance. Hypothesis 2 testing (H2) produces transformational leadership that has a significant positive effect on employee performance, so that it can be interpreted that the better transformational leadership, the higher the employee's performance. Hypothesis testing 3 (H3) produces work attitudes that have a significant positive effect on employee performance, so that it can be interpreted that the better the work attitude, the higher the employee performance at Zenith Pharmaceuticals Company. Keywords: financial compensation, transformational leadership, work attitudes, and employee performance ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi financial, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan sikap kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Zenith Pharmaceuticals Semarang. Populasinya adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Zenith Pharmaceuticals Semarang yang berjumlah 250 orang. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 71 responden dengan menggunakan tehnik random sampling. Hasil pengujian hipotesis 1 (H1) menunjukkan kompensasi finansial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sehingga dapat diintepretasikan semakin baik kompensasi finansial yang diterima maka semakin tinggi kinerja karyawan. Pengujian hipotesis 2 (H2) menghasilkan kepemimpinan transformasional berpengareuh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sehingga dapat diintepretasikan semakin baik kepemimpinan transformasional maka semakin tinggi kinerja karyawan. Pengujian hipotesis 3 (H3) menghasilkan sikap kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sehingga dapat diintepretasikan semakin baik sikap kerja maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja karyawan pada PT. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of emotional intelligence and organizational culture on employee performance with affective commitment as a mediating variable. The population of this study was all of the 351 staff of UIN Walisongo Semarang. As for the samples taken by 100 responden. Data processing methods using SPSS. Hypothesis testing results show that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on affective commitment, so it can be interpreted that the higher the emotional intelligence, the higher the affective commitment. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on affective commitment, so it can be interpreted that the more organizational culture can be understood, the higher the affective commitment. Affective commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so it can be interpreted that the higher the affective commitment, the higher the employee's performance. Emotional intelligence has positive and significant effect on employee performance, so it can be interpreted that the higher the emotional intelligence, the higher the employee's performance. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance so that it can be interpreted that the more organizational culture can be understood, the higher the employee's performance.The results of the analysis of mediation variables using the Sobel test, found that affective commitment can mediate the influence of emotional intelligence on employee performance. Affective commitment can mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. Keywords: emotional intelligence, organizational culture, employee  performance, affective commitment Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan budaya organisasi terhahap kinerja pegawai dengan komitmen afektif sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh tenaga kependidikan UIN Walisongo Semarang yang berjumlah 351 orang. Sampel yang diambil 100 respomdem. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif, sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan semakin tinggi kecerdasan emosional maka semakin tinggi komitmen afektif. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif, sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan semakin budaya organisasi dapat dipahami maka semakin tinggi komitmen afektif. Komitmen afektif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan semakin tinggi komitmen afektif maka semakin tinggi kinerja pegawai. Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan semakin tinggi kecerdasan emosional maka semakin tinggi kinerja pegawai. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan semakin budaya organisasi dapat dipahami maka semakin tinggi kinerja pegawai. Hasil analisis variabel mediasi dengan menggunakan uji Sobel, menemukan komitmen afektif dapat memediasi pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja pegawai. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis mengenai pengaruh return on asset dan current ratio terhadap earning per share pada perusahaan manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014-2018. Sampel yang diambil berdasarkan metode purposive sampling sejumlah 215 perusahaan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi, dan teknik analisisnya menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa return on asset berpengaruh positif terhadap earning per share, dan current ratio berpengaruh positif terhadap earning per share. Abstract The research aims to analyze the effect of return on asset and current ratio on earning per share in manufacture companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. Samples were selected through purposive sampling of 215 companies. The method of data collecting used documentation, and data analysis using regression. The result show that return on asset has a positive and significant effect on earning per share, and current ratio has a positive and significant effect on earning per share.
