Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study examines the effect of return on assets, current ratio and public ownership structure on the accuracy of financial reporting (timeliness) on consumer goods business in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2014 with multiple linear regression analysis method. The number of samples was 78 observations. Regression result showed that return on assets had positive effect on timeliness, public ownership structure had positive effect on timeliness, but current ratio did not affect timeliness.Keywords: return on assets, current ratio, public ownership structure and accuracy of financial reporting (timeliness)ABSTRAKPenelitian ini menguji pengaruh return on assets, current ratio dan struktur kepemilikan publik terhadap ketepatan pelaporan keuangan pada bisnis consumer goods di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2014 dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Jumlah sampel adalah 78 pengamatan. Hasil regresi menunjukkan bahwa return on assets berpengaruh positif terhadap ketepatan waktu, struktur kepemilikan publik berpengaruh positif terhadap ketepatan waktu, namun current ratio tidak mempengaruhi ketepatan waktu.Kata kunci: return on assets, current ratio, struktur kepemilikan publik dan ketepatan pelaporan keuangan.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of profitability, sales growth and size of the company's on stock prices with the capital structure as mediation on the companies listed on the LQ-45 index in the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2015. The research sample as many as 17 companies, where the method used is purposive sampling is a sampling method by setting certain criteria for 6 years so the total sample of 102. The data analysis method using path analysis using the data processing programSmart PLS 3.0 (Partial Least Square). The results showed that profitability has a significant negative effect on capital structure. The growth of sales has no significant effect on capital structure. Company size has a significant positive effect on capital structure. Profitability has a significant positive effect on stock prices. Growth of sales have positive effect is not significant to stock price. The size of the company has a significant positive effect on stock prices. Capital structure has a significant negative effect on  stock prices. Capital structure proven to mediate the relationship of profitability to stock price and Relationship mediate profitability to stock price is partial mediation. The capital structure is not proven to mediate the relationship of sales growth to stock prices. The capital structure is not proven to mediate the firm size relationship to stock prices.Keywords: profitability, sales growth, firm size, capital structure, stock price, mediationABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, pertumbuhan penjualan dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap harga saham dengan struktur permodalan sebagai mediasi pada perusahaan yang terdaftar pada indeks LQ-45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia 2010-2015. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 17 perusahaan, dimana metode yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling yaitu metode sampling dengan menetapkan kriteria tertentu selama 6 tahun sehingga total sampel 102. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur menggunakan program pengolahan data Smart PLS 3.0 (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadapstruktur modal. Pertumbuhan penjualan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap harga saham. Pertumbuhan penjualan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham. Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap harga saham. Struktur modal berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap harga saham. Struktur modal terbukti memediasi hubungan profitabilitas terhadap harga saham dan Hubungan memediasi profitabilitas terhadap harga saham merupakan mediasi sebagian (partial mediation). Struktur modal tidak terbukti memediasi hubungan pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap harga saham. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to test how much influence of Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Equity (ROE) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) to share price at Food and Beverages company. The study population of 16 Food and Beverages companies listed in BEI 2011-2014. Sample 9 companies taken based on purposive sampling technique. thenthe sample size is 36 samples. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 20 tool. The result of data analysis show that Earning Per Share (EPS) have a significant negative effect to stock price, Return On Equity (ROE)have a significant positive effect on share price and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) significant negative effect to stock price.Keywords: Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Equity (ROE) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) to stock price ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Equity (ROE) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan Makanan dan Minuman. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of communication and competence on organizational commitment to career development as moderation. The population in this study is all lecturers and instructors at the Police Academy in Semarang with a total of 179 people. In this study, the number of samples taken from all members of the population. Data processing method using SPSS 17.0. The results of this study found that communication has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Competence has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Career development is moderating the positive influence of communication on organizational commitment. Careerdevelopment also moderates the positive influence of competence on organizational commitment.Keywords: communication, competence, organizational commitment, career development and moderationABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi dan kompetensi terhadap komitmen organisasi terhadap pengembangan karir sebagai moderasi. Kompetensi berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi. Perkembangan karir merupakan memoderasi pengaruh positif komunikasi terhadap komitmen organisasi. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the Working discipline and organizational commitment to performance characteristics of caregivers to work as a moderating variable. The population in this study are all caregivers at the Police Academy in Semarang totaling 158 people. In this study the number of samples taken of all members of the population. Methods of data processing using SPSS 17.0. The results of this study found that work discipline has a positive effect on proven caregiver performance. Organizational commitment positively affects proven caregiver performance. Job characteristics positively moderate the influence of discipline on proven performance. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at City Planning Department and Housing Semarang City. In this study the population used is all employees at the City Planning and Housing Office of Semarang, amounting to 200 people. Sample amounted to 67 people taken using Slovin formula with random sampling technique. While the data analysis tools using multiple linear regression with SPSS tool. The result of hypothesis test shows that work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Employee Performance ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Tata Kota dan Perumahan Kota Semarang. Dalam penelitian ini populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh pegawai di Dinas Tata Kota Semarang yang berjumlah 200 orang. Sampel sebanyak 67 orang diambil dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan teknik random sampling. Sedangkan alat analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan alat SPSS. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai
